My family and I lived here in the complex for more than 5 years and we loved it here. Wished we didnt have to move out but our family is growing and we need a bigger place and a private backyard for our daughter and the services we had it was good and they always seemed to take care of the things we need. The area is very peaceful, quiet, safe and also respectful, nice and friendly neighbors too. They are very understanding and helpful even with our moving during this pandemic having to change our move out date they seemed to accommodate us. We are very thankful for it. I recommend this place for people to live. Check it out.

Honestly not that great of a place, there are better options. Outdated heavily, a bit pricy and management can be hard to work with sometimes. Have been living here for 4 years and they only remodel when one moves out so we’re left with an outdated place, that has had water leak problems along with a broken stove that took two weeks to fix. On top of that the place feels poorly insulated; you’re literally cooking in the home during the summer. Looking forward to my next place

Just renewed my lease today for the 3rd time. I absolutely love living here. All the neighbors are wonderful and everything from the grass to trees is kept up. I love the prime spot for these townhouses. From near by shopping to restaurants and schools. It’s perfect for my family. Andrew is phenomenal to work with and makes everything easy. Highly would recommend these townhomes to anyone.

A friend lives here, so in Im rating as a visitor. Guest parking is slim to none, and stashed in a dark corner... Not inviting in that regard. The place is clean, the units seem pretty dated, but well maintained. Gotta say, in the middle of the hot summer the landscape there looked great. If there Guest Parking was improved if give it 4 stars.

Very good experience here. Andrew works great, and so do the other staff members. Spacious living. Appliances phenomenal. Big closets.

Great community . The office is mostly closed and occasionally there is vehicles getting broken into. But very blue moon type of deal . Rents a bit high but the houses are nice.

Overpriced and will kick you out and raise rent

Helpful management and big bedrooms for the price! Only annoyance are the trains.

I was mistreated by the management, i always paid everything on time, and when i moved out they gave a bad renters history, and this was after kicking us out on short notice because they wanted to raise the rent.
