Lived here for a few years before moving out. When we first moved in, Andrew Roberts was amazing and made living here worth it. He was very caring of our concerns and addressed every issue we had!New management is horrible. Jenna is the new manager and does not respond to majority of my emails unless she needs something from me. I switched over units during my last year there and it was FILTHY and disgusting. Never felt like home after that.

After taking a tour of the Townhomes at Mountain View, I could easily say that I loved the floor plan and location of the homes. But what really sold me was the help of Andrew Roberts. He was really on top of everything! Every email I sent him was replied to either that same day or the next. Which I very much appreciate. The whole transition was seamless thank to him. Definitely worthy of five stars!

The signs say that the office is supposed to be open at 8am yet no one is usually there until noon if they show up at all. They took away the drop boxes for checks yet they never show up and their credit card machine never works. But it’s our fault if we don’t pay rent on time even if no ones there for several days. Everyone has their cats outside without a leash on yet the one time my cats outside we get in trouble. I can’t wait to move is all I have to say. And the townhomes are overpriced.

Yells at customers, no reason, I just walked in to ask about one if their services failing, cant get into room now

It used to be quiet here but no more. Loud music and if you call management, you are connected to an answering service. Nothing is ever done about it. Itdoesnt matter for us because we are moving soon anyway.

Your car will get broke into constantly but they dont care. There is also no parking for any visitors of you live in the first half of the neighborhood. You get 2 spaces and you gotta park at the storage units a qtr mile down the neighborhood. Once i parked my car right behind me other 2 and the office had a tow truck trying to tow my car and had to pay $300 for them to leave me alone. Its WAY overpriced and be surprised if anyone lived here longer than their first lease. If you wanna live in a overpriced, low quality home thats in the heat of rush our traffic and your gonna have bums and hoodrats going through your belongings(or sleeping in your car) yes that happened to me.

Overpriced and will kick you out and raise rent
