I think theyre a little overpriced but they did a good job they just called up and want more money after they tell you theyll do something
Needed some carpet patched in two spots. I had some extra carpeting from when it was installed years ago stored a away. Carpetland came in and used those pieces to repair them. When they were done you cant even tell where they were. Fairly priced and great service! Would definitely use again!
Beware! Was supposed to measure living room & hallway for future install, called last week to set up appointment for install to find out they never measured hallway, made another appointment for them to come out & they never showed up to measure the hallway, very unprofessional, Im taking my business somewhere else
We arrived at the store close to closing time, but Jeff made us feel welcome and didnt rush us. We ended up choosing flooring and carpet. The prices with install were clearly labeled up front. There was good communication with install. The quality is good and prices were reasonable. Im very happy with the process and results.
Excellent service, quality products at affordable prices. The installation was perfect. Thanks Carpetland!!
Just moved to new home. The home has three different carpets. so we wanted to replace some to match the other. previous owner said that they got them from Carpetland. so we went there and asked if they have information about the brand/type. I wanted to make sure first that the material is what we wanted. the sales person said he had no info in the file (searched from the address) and need to dig into it and promise to call us. we NEVER received the call. maybe they were afraid that we only wanted the brand info and got the carpet somewhere else. we got the new carpet somewhere else because YOU DID NOT WANT TO HELP AT THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!
The manager really listened to us and helped look for the color and style of carpet we were looking for. The color were looking for doesnt seem to exist any more, but he really tried.
Buyer beware and go elsewhere to purchase your flooring. Had carpet and vinyl installed in an empty rental unit on April 11, 2019. Went to check on the installation on Friday April 12, 2019 only to find that the bedroom closet was never carpeted with the new carpet and glue is splattered on the freshly painted kitchen cabinets from the kitchen vinyl installation. Scott had called me on Thursday and stated the installer told him everything was going well. Spoke with Jeff on Saturday that stated the installer ran out of carpet and couldn’t do the bedroom closet. REALLY? Isn’t that the reason Scott went to measure the amount of flooring needed prior to installation! Never received a phone call from Carpetland stating that the job was not completed. Spoke with Jeff on Saturday that assured me the installer would be going in on Saturday the 13th of April to carpet the bedroom closet and remove the glue from the kitchen cabinets. Well, today is Sunday April 14th and guess what Carpetland still has not completed the job. Never went back as promised on Saturday to finish the bedroom closet or remove the glue from the kitchen cabinets. They sure figured out how to cash the check before the job was ever completed. Next is a BBB complaint. My advice is to take you business elsewhere on your flooring needs and get a completed job without the aggravation.
The people who work there are unbelievably friendly. Their knowledge of what I needed was invaluable.
Awesome service. Best pricing in the area.
