Great therapists that Im happy to recommend. I just wish there was an easier way to book appointments... Some sort of calendar booking system like youcanbook.me or calendly?

I highly recommend Aspen Therapy!!!! They have a variety of counselors to choose from so you can find the best fit for you. They are warm, supportive, genuinely care, and make you feel really comfortable. I have immensely grown as a person thanks to the wisdom and support of the incredible Dr. Edmonds!!

I have been going in to see Rita Edmonds for about 8 years and it has helped me through more than I can even express. Rita is so caring, thoughtful, and validating, while also being objective and resourceful. She is also a super funny lady and pulls me out of my funk when I forget how to do it. Rita has always been so great at helping me see what all my options are for solving problems instead of telling me how to handle situations and I have appreciated that so much. She is also so great at knowing how to best work with many different personality types. Rita is a wonder woman and I would highly recommend going to see her!

Aspen Therapy is a great business. They treat everyone like family and have been able to help not only me but a friend and my husband. Lujean was my therapist and she was amazing. She was able to help me through so many things that I didnt understand and helped me to feel like I could do anything. I have seen many therapist and I felt like none of them were able to help me in the way that Lujean was able to. Everyone there was amazing and was very professional. I always felt like I was talking to a friend. I highly recommend going there. They have amazing therapist to choose from.

My experience with Aspen Therapy, specifically Rita Edmonds has been nothing but positive. As a professional, Rita has listened to me and empowered me with skills to live my life with a healthy outlook. When I first started therapy with Lujean, I felt like there was no hope for my life or for myself worth. I’ve lost faith in humanity from my lifes experience. When I told my story to Lujean, never once did I feel like I was being judge or being pushed into something I wasn’t ready for. In the short time I’ve seen her she has taught me different ways to cope with life’s struggles and is teaching me different tools to help me in life. I can see endless possibilities for me in my future and my endless potential for who I truly am. Seeing Lujean I’m beginning to see that there is good in humanity.
