Lose your pay card, replace it no problem, questions answered no problem. Treats everyone the same regardless how they look on the outside. They process direct deposit fast. Referral bonuses. Nervous about your 1st day. Take a friend or family member with you. Get on the same shift. Have a problem with any of the staff. Just talk to that old whit man in the office.. Hell do his best to resolve it.

Elite is not a perfect establishment there are a few kinks in the hose so to say, but there willingness to work with your schedule and advance you if your willing is a great opportunity and being a line lead in training I can say my supervisors have taken my advice on improvement and have made steps to improve the work place that we deal with every day. As for some of the comments Ive read when it comes to favoritism in advancement I didnt know a single person when the position came avaliable in my building I pushed myself and would even cover up to 3 to 4 positions at once. If your willing to put your all in you will get back what you put in plus so much more. Ty elite for the opportunity.

Terrible customer service i went there to study the operation and see how they treat potential new hires. An F in customer service and a big F in organization and they need to either give a raise or have perks to keep the employees like other temp agencies do if you can avoid this place by all means do it go elsewhere dont sell yourself short take it from someone who knows how a business should be ran. Btw very rude staff no professionalism at all just ghetto tacky and trashy.

Good place to work if you like making your own schedule. Unprofessional, training sucks, and no chance to move ahead unless you suck up to the right person.

I was terminated for nothing, I went in on the morning shift 8/11/16 was able to get a line #3 work for an hour then be told youre dnrd, if you dont play their game they will get you. i witnessed people argue with the lead still able to come back refuse a line still can work, someone sat on the product and still work the line but i talk about our situation they want you gone they show favortism if you wanna go up act the part be a do person. I had the samething happen on 2nd shift thats why i went to 1st but thry dont like you youre gone. #RACISM is performed at #ELITESTAFFING.

Always asking for people to work then dont have place to put them to work

They dont do they job right at all if you have to go to the restroom they want you to hold it then you only get 2 breaks then they want you to work past the time its time to leave the job and yes they are playing the favorite worker thing and I work for a whole week but missed 1 day and I didnt get my check for the week I work

If you want to fight for a position or get sent home after they call you in then this is the place for you. Employed with them for two years and only worked a few weeks.

Left early 1 day,,,after letting line lead know,worked next day as maintainence/janitor,,,was called and said I been done for walking off,,when told lead and worked next day,,,,,very poor communication skills,,also,,u move up by who you know,,,not how u work!after all that they have still called me a hundred times!!
