I don’t usually leave reviews because I’m lazy. BUT this place is so bad!! It deserves a bad review. First of all you tell them you don’t want a design and they STILL (do a design) “mak disign foe u” or “yuh vant jail” ( you want gel) and they fight over tips! They suck!

Amazing experience was treated very well even took out the ingrown toenails no more pain 😁

Poor service, poor communication. I very clearly stated I just wanted my nails removed. Fill? They asked, no just take off. Manicure ? They asked, no just take off. At the end they charged me for a manicure because of the clear coat they put on top 🤦‍♀️ after they cut my nail in the removal process and didn’t even do anything for my cuticles and didn’t file down my nails evenly! Never again. They also failed to remove all of the prior nail poilish before adding the clear coat so they look RIDICULOUS.

The acrylics are coming off and hasnt even been 30mins. The shapes arent even. My nail tech did not clean underneath my natural nails. Would not go back.The bright side nail tech was nice.

Over priced. My sister asked for regular nail polish not gel several times and the guy constantly insisted gel and proceeded to apply gel polish and obviously charged us for the unnecessary service provided.

Never listen to what I want. When they start doing it free they can decide what I get

My nails don’t even have 4 days and already look 2 weeks old . My daughters got pedicure and manicure and the polish came off the next day . Don’t recommend this place. They are too expensive and thy work has poor quality.

Worst place ever!!!! these people put the fake nails on you and then like 3 days later they all fall off. the employ there is so rude and they dont even care about your fingers. they pay attention to the other people around them and they rush the job. when i went to that salon the guy put so much pressure on my thumb that it started to bleed.

It took an hour and a half to do a fill. He put it on thick and messed up the entire look of my nails. He had to request that someone else put on the polish and she went over the nail unto my skin and didn’t clean it off. My nails look a mess. I only went there because my nail tech was unavailable this week. I will NEVER go back there again. Not worth the $32. The place is also unclean and their supplies are old. You can tell they don’t care about their place. Do not go here!

Manager is unprofessional calls customers stupid (not me but look down below) and should not run a business. This establishment does not appreciate regular customers I was for over 5 years, they will always treat you like strangers. Nails always fall off after 3 days which I thought was normal until going elsewhere. If you have any pride or self respect, or seeking to actually feel good about what your paying for in a business I suggest VIP nails or anywhere else. There really needs to be a Gordon Ramsey edition to establishments.

Well I haven’t gone in yet! I just called to see if they had gel polish and the lady seems really friendly! So I get up here to look at the reviews and they are not the best, but what really stood out was the response from the owners. That alone makes me not want to do business, calling people stupid and telling them to shut up is rude and I don’t think I could handle that kind of disrespect in person so I won’t be going here! #WhatReviewsCanDo

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE!!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE REGULAR CUSTOMERS . I was a regular customer. Spending my money there every 2 to 3 weeks for 2 years, and they suddenly denied me service for no legit reason. On Christmas Eve I took a Lyft there For a refill and was told To “GO SOMEWHERE ELSE “After I spent money to get there . I NEVER WAS TOLD THAT I WASNT ALLOWED THERE FOR WATEVER REASON, THEY CANT EVEN SAY They just keep saying that I wasn’t happy last time .....like wat? . They even got police involved! Anyways, Now that I know, I won’t b going back but I was really disappointed that they treat there loyal customers like that . THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ! YU WERE WARNED .

One of the women who was doing my nails, was very rough with my fingers and was hurting my cuticles. I told her Im not sure whats wrong but youre coming off as having a problem. I told the manager and u explained that Im a regular customer in here all the time to get my nails and feet done. Manager stood there let her worker talk to me like I was nothing and gave her no discipline. They just lost a good paying customer. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the worst place. They lied to me saying that they have gel colors. They used regular polish on me and only used a top gel coat. I had a botched up manicure. I was bleeding. The guy never offered to put any antiseptic for the cuts he made. He drilled my fingers many times over and over. My polish is terrible. My pedicure was okay. I was rushed out by a girl so I put on my sandals with my toe polish still wet. I smudged it. I told them to repaint it. They started bitching in Vietnamese. They continued their bitching until I spoke to them in Vietnamese then they apologized.Though I hate the service and would never return, I did tip them. My total for a full set, pedicure and supposedly gel polish is 65. No worth it. Avoid at all cost.

They left mt nails BLEEDING and in PAIN. The nail tech said itd be 30 for long naols which i was fine with yet he proceeded to cut. Then didnt let me do the glitter color i decided and then left me with a lumpy mishappen pink mess. It was so bad i went over to my brothers gd who was paying for both of our nails and showed her and she made him fix it. He fixed it alright, by making it WORST. He filed it to a uneven and non smooth coffin shape which at this point was as short as my natural nails. Speaking of which, my natural nails managed to get filed off im the process on the sides. And in the end i got left with a nasty bleeding disaster. Also not to mention they dont clean their stations in between clients or wash their hands. I mean cmon either do your job right or just dont do it at all. 110% wouls not recommend this place and with NEVER amd i repeat NEVER go here agaim in my life. If i couls rate them a -800 stars i would.

I love this place the only thing is that when i get gel there always one nail that the gel pill of i dont know but besides that my nails last 2 weeks they dont fall and the guy i always do my nails is nice and gentle.

Ive gone here twice, the first time was for a gel manicure that lasted me less than three days, the second time was for a full set where they left a bunch of acrylic all over and under my finger nails, the men will pull and tug on your nails like youre a plastic doll being and rush you out of there, the first time i went the lady who was doing my nails was rushing through another customer at the same time she would just turn her chair around, if you do not have enough employees dont take the next costumer

Dude who did my nails was looking/talking to another lady next to him, noo focus on my nails! he dug so deep into my nail with the electric file that Im surprised my nail did not snap in half. Huge indent and painful

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Have come in multiple times because of the convenience of how close it was... i would only ever go to the first lady but now, i will never go back. So unprofessional. Have over charged me, changed their prices from one visit to the next and I’ve literally witness one of the guys who swore up and down that he didnt have it, try to steal a ladys card and it was right in his draw.... DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Horrible place I asked for a design and she tells me she cant do it so I settle for a color and some glitter and it looks like a 5 year old did it she rush thru it was very rude and when I told her thats not the glitter I wanted she started speaking in her language to another nail tech obviously talking about me this people will never get my hard earned money.

I do not recommend this place because I remove the enamel but not everything and I had to tell him to remove it so that he could put a new design and with everything and that left residues of the enamel that he had previously. They did the job in a hurry, but I paint them the way I like them.
