Have had much better experiences in the past. The 40 minute wait with an appointment is understandable with staffing struggles. But my manicure peeled the next day! It was a new technician so hopefully it is just a learning curve...

Don’t waste your time or money. I have been other places and never did they charge me to take off my gel because I came from somewhere else . I came to get a gel polish change which is usually like $18-$20, but here was $22. After getting my nails done they told me $30! If I knew that I could’ve gotten a feel l manicure. Point Is they charged me $5 to take off the gel even tho I was going gel there, then they charged me $3 JUST for glitter!!! I never got charged for glitter anywhere else mind you it’s not a design it’s just polish! And i only put glitter on two nails! My nails weren’t even great it was a bit sloppy. If you come here make sure to ask questions first. I still tipped her too. Crazy because I will never go back And I am a paying and tipping customer.

I actually don’t think this place even deserves a one star but gave it a one so I can leave a comment. I have been to this place a couple times and every time it’s a different experience. I am a pretty friendly person. I come in. I smile. I greet them with a smile. But every single time I find them to be very unfriendly and cold to me but, above and beyond friendly to the white people. So I am left speechless to wonder why. Does my skin color really determine how you treat me being that I am paying the same amount of money as everyone else. And I am to the owner of the place. This is disappointing to say but a reality. I will not be going here anymore.

I was greatly satisfied. I felt comfortable, the environment was clean and I was well tended to during my appointment. Being a very picky person I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who asks. They run a great business!!!

I have been there a few times and although the job they do is adequate, no one ever showed a trace of friendliness. One time the manicurist left half way though the job and another person had to finish her job, all with not a single word. Another time the manicurist didnt do hand massage. They dont seem to be happy there and it makes all the difference.

Immaculate facility with warm, competent nail technicians. Highly recommend this salon.

I walked in & asked for a fill .. the woman barely made eye contact & said they had no availability for the day. The time was 12pm .. I stood there shocked. I have never experienced anything like that in my life.

Worst experience Ive ever had. took my girl there who was told she would would be sat right away. we ended up sitting for 15 minutes while more affluent clientele who came in after us were sat right away. forget this place.

Great experience. I had awful neck pain and spasms .didnt go for a Mani/pedi but went for a half hour massage. I suffered all week and after their massage finally have relief. Will be going back.

I had been going there for about two months. I usually had the same girl. Last time I went which was a week ago to have my nails done for my daughtersbridal shower. The girl told me after she started that she couldnt do my nails the way I wanted because she didnt have enough time. I couldnt believe it. You go to a salon to have your nails done the way you want. If she didnt have time she could have let someone else do my nails (and pedicure ). Needless to say she got a lous tip and I will never go there again!
