This place is amazing! She is professional, and precise. Ive been going there for almost 2 years, and have never been disappointed. Strongly recommend!!

Under staff, the lady said I had to wait 2 hours for my eyebrows to get done because it was only her there and she was already with two customers.They really need to hire more people at that location so I went to 1001 Smith Street location and that was the biggest mistake just take a look at my review and youll understand.

Now that my brows are set, I’m absolutely loving them! Microblading has saved me so much time and angst in the morning. Cassya is also incredible experienced with brows, she follow my eyebrow shape and she put a anesthetic on my brows and after 2 min was all numb so I was so relaxed after that I ended up sleeping lol !!! I had a wonderful experience !!! Thank you very much!!!

I’ve been coming here for years!! I have very thin light eyebrows that sometimes are a little unkempt in weird spots. I always get a perfect, long lasting medium brown tint that lasts about a month even with me washing and wiping my face all the time! She tidies up my brows perfectly without overdoing it- something most places do even with my already thin eyebrows!! I moved about an hour away and I still only come here! I only trust her with my eyebrows!

This woman saved my eyebrows after getting them messed up at another location and I e been coming here since!! With covid she is taking all precautions and keeping a clean place.

Was not pleased. Ive been threading for years and have not had a worse experience. Walked in and the woman immediately started doing my brows without asking what I had even wanted done. I had to stop her and explain what I wanted and she brushed it off saying she already knows. She didnt stop once to ask if they were okay, and then proceeded to thread my lip and chin. She was very fast, didnt go over any areas more than once. When she was finished she just asked for my card and charged me for the full face service (32) even though I hadnt gotten the sides, nose, or forehead done. I got home to realize all of my peach fuzz was still present and even worse, it not only wasnt removed but instead just broken off at various lengths so is now sharp, uneven and blotchy. I absolutely will not be coming back.

I only come to this location because of Ijjat. She is always kind and sincerely asks me how Im doing. She makes me feel comfortable comparative to others. On top of her kindness, she does the best threading. If shes not there Ill wait until she is! Thanks Ijjat!!

Ive been to the other thread location in providence but the woman at this location did great and was very friendly! She was much more welcoming than the other location and did a better job, I will for sure be returning!

My eyebrows were poppin and the staff was really friendly.

Only one person on staff so if you walk in and she is the middle of a pedicure/manicure then you are waiting for a while. If you are a business person in downtown Providence and would like to go on your lunch to get your eyebrows done then make sure she is not in the middle of a pedicure. The other the location only provides threading services. Very frustrating when you have only one person doing it all. At the other location even when it is busy you dont need to wait long at all.
