The yells rudely at you over the intercom. Instead of just asking. Plus why is the loading dock in the very front of the store if not for loading and unloading your heavy bags... Thank you for the clarifications. I admit I didnt see the sign. But my daughter just said she did. And would not have had a problem moving the car. But it was the tone of voice. How you speak to people matters.

Nice fancy washers and dryers and door. Great. Cool. But your bathroom is locked for our safety?? Call it what it is; you dont want to clean it. Vending machine is on (food and beverage). Video game is on. But no access to running water or paper towels even?! Do better.

I usually go here to vacuum my car and usually have no problem. Today I go and there is a worker out there I guess because of the shortage on coins ( she has a cup of coins). By the way I bring my own coins, about 20$ worth because of the shortage. So we vacuum twice on the 3rd time for some reason the vacuum does not come on after the 4th quarter this time, my husband 2nd guesses himself and puts a 5th one in, it doesnt come on. We tell the lady she gives some bs about having someone look at the camera. She also asks us to add other while she was there, and did nothing happened, she now has to add two more before it comes on. Its been working fine all day she say and I say it worked fine the first 2 times. Long story short, we were gonna wash the car there too but being that she would not give me back my 1.50 back (and I only asked for 1$ and I showed her my bag of quarters) we left and went to autobell!! Mind you we came from churchland to go there, smdh!!

A friend of mine went there today he is 90% death he talks loud and you must talk loud for him to hear you it was a most unfortunate restaurant that occurred between him and owner Broadmoor show on owners fault it would not allow him to explain himself sad part about this the gentleman is in advertisement this is not going to go well for this laundromat we cannot be disrespectful to the handicapped and think that you are going to be a success I am and I was a repeat customer I will not be going back to this place the owners are rude and nasty especially the wife

Very clean store, has the biggest washer I seen in my life. It fit 5 comforters and had room to spare. Attendant was friendly. Prices were good. Best laundromat I been to. My new happy place to do laundry. I got in and out in 1 hr

Came up to do laundry . Got sidetracked with answering emails for a new job as I had been laid off the previous day. Very nice attendant came to ask me If i planned on doing laundry. I said j did i just had gotten sidetracked and Id be in momentarily. Realized she was on phone with supervisor. Supervisor stated i need to start my laundry or leave. Mind you there were zero customers so its not like I was taking up space. I was coming here daily to wash my uniform for my 2nd job but I doubt Ill be back. Plus most of their customers are trash. I think Ill go to washlsmd

It was nice to learn that the facility is truly monitored by a real person and sends away people that are known to cause trouble. I was there by myself when someone came in and the individual monitoring the laundromat told him to leave or they would call the police. Is very clean and on premises staff has been helpful.

I drive past 3 other laundromats to use this one. It is always clean and the owners are very helpful and friendly. The location is monitored even when the staff is off-site which adds to the sense of security.

Good laundrymat. Has lots of dryers. Very clean and love that i can wash my car while i wash my clothe.

Worst experience. I thought I was going to get the help I needed. I use the machine and I know for a fact I put the right amount in and I come back to put my clothes in the dryer to only see that my clothes didnt even start. So im constantly calling the customer service number until I finally reached someone. To only wait 30 min when I was told 15 min and then he tells me that I only put 1.25 in. If u could only see my face. So I only brought enough out to wash and dry my clothes. So being that he only gave me back 1.25 I dont have enough to wash. Which leaves me in a bind because I have to be to work with my uniform in the load that didnt get washed!!!!!

Seems to be the last laundromat in the area that you dont need to put more money on their card than you need to use. They dont use those laundromat cards. They have machines that use bank issued cards and quarters.
