I dont know her name, but the lady behind the counter was so awesome. She could tell Id never been to a laundromat before, she was so very helpful. Ill definitely be back to wash towels for my grooming business!

I give 1 star based solely upon the experience my husband had with a specific employee, Angie. The establishment is clean, quiet, and machines are usually readily available. On one visit my husband made, Angie made him very uncomfortable. Upon realizing he was gay, she proceeded to weaponize her religion against him. I believe religion has no place in a business setting. Customers can easily be made to feel unwelcome by an employee who comes across as homophobic. I strongly suggest that whoever owns this establishment puts business first and creates a welcoming environment for all patrons. If not, said owner certainly leaves themselves open to legal liability.*If the owner leaves a response, I will return with rebuttal.*

If youve never been start first by getting your card at the back of the building. Otherwise very efficiently run and actually very clean.

Dated machines. Washers ok. Dryers really suck . Youll spend a fortune and wont be leaving with dry laundry. Washland, please replace these dryers!

Many machines. You must purchase a $1 card to use the machines here. Convenient spot. The only reason I didnt list 5star is because the public bathroom reeks. Some times the female staff that works late Sunday nights are not very polite to customers who use the bathroom after theyve wiped the floors before closing hours. That’s the only negative.

They dont actually use hot water. Good way to tell is to run the sink in the bathroom. Take your money to a more honest business.

My washer is out of commission so I went to the wash land Talk about saving time.I washed clothes in and itTook me an hour and a half to washThat would of taken me all day at home. I highly recommend wash land.I would rate it five star but it could costMe eleven bucks,

I can personally say that I just spent 70.40 on my drop off and then an additional 36.46 for my second drop off of there wash dry fold and hang service. The only reason the price was so high was because of the weight of my clothes! Its only a dollar and twenty five cents per pound to wash dry fold and hang up! Which comes as such a hugh convince to me seeing as though I have 6 kids and 1 grandchild. They are very professional FREE WIFI and cameras and you dont have to worry about people stealing your clothes etc. I rate them 5 stars and the other 2nd ch

One of the staff members I see most days is very friendly and helpful and she always keeps it clean too, just wish there was more of the newer big washer and dryers available to use instead of just 2 of each

Have been using this laundromat for 4 years to wash bed linen. Decided this year to leave comforter for service. Big mistake !! When I arrived I was shown 2 shrunken shams about half the original size and a shrunken comforter. I left in a state of schock at their condition. The first time I left it to be washed in March,it was returned in the original condition. I dont what happened this time. The staff said I should have signed a waiver and maybe the owner would give me a free wash. Really!!

It’s clean and reasonable price.It’s convenient and staff was nice especially Angie. That’s my gurl. And that’s what makes me keep coming back. I’ve been to different Washland establishment but by far this the coolest. #ptowngirl

It was clean with plenty of working machines. Our dryer had quit and I used a large machine to do large comforters. Did it in minimal time. Cost was in the average range, more than it was probably worth.
