Blanca was very kind and courteous and went above and beyond making it right for my ring that came back from repair shop unfixed with my misaligned diamonds . She went out of her way to get me a replacement that fit and was identical and just as charming as my first. She is the reason why I come to Kay’s and Zack who helped me with my wife’s Neil Lane wedding band . Great service great location this is worth the money and time to invest because they will take care of you and even remember your name ! 5/5 stars easily !!

Watch out for Sean K - High pressure sales tactics and deceit. Bought a tennis bracelet as a wedding gift from a different location and it broke within a couple of months (no issue there, it happens). Said I was out of warranty when I was not, and HEAVY upsell to the point of ignoring what I was asking and interrupting me. It was laughable and quite unpleasant.

Came in today with my rings to be check and Chris helped me with that and noticed a crack in my ring and also noticed the stone missing and was able to find my stone awesome work Press thank you so much for making my day and keep up the great work

Went in trying to find a citizen watch and was helped by a guy named Tyler, very professional and friendly, made me feel comfortable and I ended up getting two watches Ive been looking at with his help.

My boyfriend got me my first pair of diamond earrings and gold earrings here for my birthday this year and I am THRILLED. The service was kind and patient, the process was simple, and they helped us get the gold ones to have screw backings! Thank you!

The salesman Aaron was so nice! He showed my friend and I wedding rings because her and her boyfriend are looking to update their promise rings. He knew so much information about all of the rings and gave us very professional and kind customer service. At Tiffany & Co they don’t even take their time to let you try on Wedding Rings but Kay’s does!! Why? Because Kay’s is smart and when you let people try on as much as they’d like it will give them an insight of what they like and what they like on their finger and then they buy the ring! Such a kind and energetic place.

My wife and I came to Kay Jewelers in Washington Square to have my wifes ring cleaned. We were completely blown away by the family atmosphere that was palpable in the store. I went in to find an anniversary band for my wedding ring. My ring currently has a band on it. I wanted to add the same band as I bought before, my band was currently unavailable so I had to find another option. With the help of COLLEEN & SEAN I was able to walk out of the store with my original band and a wrap at a very affordable price. I have always gone to Kay Jewelers for my jewelery needs. KAY ROCKS!! Best Kay Jewelers I have ever been to! The store has a great selection of engagement rings and the service of superb! When you go ask for a sales associate named Aron. He will take care of you like family! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new engagement ring or upgrade on a current ring!

No matter how busy it is, every time my wife and I step into Kay’s, were greeted immediately afterward. Sean he is our guy ! He has helped several times and he has such great welcoming personality. Baylee, she helped us out just recently for only ring to get re-dipped and brushed and polished (basically the whole works) she even had it rushed for me due to circumstances and the young manager, he didn’t question me but support me . Pictures of work done, and redone by Kay’s. When I bought the ring it was a thick comfort fit band, they replaced with a very thin uncomfortable shank, with cut marks visible. The ring is platinum. Had the setting redone, as you can see black welding marks that I can polish to yellow, but soon returns to black.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! If I could I would give them more than 5 stars. I have a 16 year old wedding band that cracked at the shank. I did not buy it from Kay, just so you know, bought it out of the country. Anyway, I took it in, they said they could reshank and dip it to make it look brand new. They were done in two weeks and it looks good as new. I also love that they had me look with my own eyes at the diamond prior to letting them keep it. They educated me on any inclusions it had and they had me look again when I picked it up to make sure it was the same diamond. I absolutely love this place, HIGHLY recommend. Thank you ALL!!

Cant say enough about the great service we were provided at this branch. We purchased a ring that had a minor flaw and the manager, Amanda, and Sales Associate, Milan, were completely committed to our satisfaction. This place wanted to charge $80.00 for a watch battery replacement. Told me it needed to be sent to another licatiob. For a $30.00 watch? Theres a great watch repair store at the other end of the mall.

One being a custom necklace.The last purchase was, stressful and frustrating.I gladly give 5 stars because Corell (so sorry if I misspelled!) went out of his way more than once to make the experience smoother and make sure everything was perfect. The attention to customer service was amazing. I appreciated so much that he addressed my frustration and rectified the situation so so well.I am ESTATIC with how everything turned out, and I will return for more custom pieces.Thank you so much!

Came to have a family heirloom stone set in a new ring. The manager, Coriell, worked with us to correct a mistake. He was kind, polite, gracious, professional and very easy to work with. Well be picking up the ring soon - excited to see the results.

Great staff, stones are are mediocre for the money, especially the prosperity cut just get an ideal 8 facet stone. sales staff was friendly but didnt have the knowledge to sell the product.

I will never shop at Kays Jewelers again! We ordered new wedding rings, opened an account and waited. After 2 weeks, we finally got them, but... mine werent saudered together, so we had too send them back out. My husband ordered a ring in 14 karat, but received a 10 karat, so we had to have them order it again. Finally got his, but havent received mine yet, after being told it would be here on 11/4/17. This is all after we were told our payments would be $200 a month. Got our first statement, payment is actually $360 a month and it was a credit card, not an in store acct, which is what we were told. I will never ever shop this store again.

Hands down one of the best jewelery stores to shop at. around Christmas time of 2018 I went in to buy my first ever engagement ring seing as Im only 19 I had no idea what I was even looking for or any kind of budget. I was greeted by Sean and bailee asking if was looking for anything in particular so I explained a general idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend.with in an hour bailee helped me order 3 rings that I liked but they didnt have.eventho I ordered 3 rings I was not forced or even expected to buy any of them.about a week later I got a call saying the rings had come in. as soon as came back to look Sean and bailee had greater me by my first name even tho this was my second time in I felt like I was part of the staff almost.after looking at the 3 rings I had ordered I finally pick THE ONE thanks to bailee and Sean and was able to get the ring sized and picked up just in time for Christmas.i am so great full for Sean and bailee and the rest of the staff always being so kind and helpful weather I plan on buying or just looking. they always find you something your looking for and are always willing to help with a great discount.weather I go in to pay my bill or get my fiancés ring cleaned I always end up buying something from them even tho I may not need it the price they give you is hard to pass up. I am happy and extremely great full for the staff helping me and being there for when I have a problem and will always give them my business. since then I have bought many pieces of jewlery and have had no problem. would strongly recommend 10/10 star.

Did great with cleaning diamond and sizing fingers

Got the ring quick but the setging wasnt finished then i went back to get it fixed and sized well they sized it but they screwed up the setting .... it was already overpriced then i had to make multiple trips and dont go to kay unlesd you want to blow your hard earned cash

Been waiting almost a month for something they said shouldn’t be longer then two weeks.

Service was so slow. Waited for 15 minutes at the front check out area and it wasnt even that busy. Multiple employees were helping a single customer and they started to help other customers that got in after me. Very unhappy with my last visit.

Does nobody answer the phones for this location!?

We walked in, had enough time to look at every display case, and never received any help. Ended up walking out without being able to get a serious look at anything. There were only two other customers!
