Absolutely amazing service from Anthony. I came into the store wanting to see if they had a ring which I saw on their website. I tried to test his skills, and their clearance marketing, by giving the original price range of the ring I was looking at, and he suggested that same one. He completely honored all online sales and discounts as well as just being very helpful, friendly and kind. Very happy about my experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you again Anthony!

WISH I COULD GIVE THIS A ZERO STAR. Aaron treated me TERRIBLY. I walked in there and moments later an older couple walked in after me. Aaron was behind the counter helping another couple so I patiently waited for someone to help me. A woman came out and asked if I was being helped, as I was about to tell her no she told me that Aaron had nodded to her to let her know the couple was first. (?!? At this point I was already upset - I was definitely there first). I told her okay and sat down to wait for help. When Aaron finished with the couple he was helping, he promptly walked by me, completely ignoring me, and helped the couple that was ALREADY being helped. As I looked at the woman, who appeared to be cleaning the ring for the couple, she shook her head and apologized for his behavior. I’m a young girl, I came in with workout clothing and no make up on. If I would have came in with professional clothing I doubt I would have been treated that way. I will NEVER come back to this Kay’s. I came in to get my engagement ring resized and cleaned and walked out filling belittled and completely frustrated.
We put in an order in with Angie for a wedding band and never received a call letting us know it was done. We went in to find that they had no knowledge of our order because Angie had left. They had no system to continue orders so this could easily happen again. The woman STILL WORKS for Kay at the Gresham Station location now. So heads up!They tried to be nice while fixing this problem but they were condescending while responding to the problem. We ended up buying a band because we were desperate but we would never buy from here again. Please go find someone else to purchase an important jewelry item from!
I just took my Patek here, along with 4 other watches. They were so nice, fixed them all in a matter of minutes. The price was BEYOND fair. I will come here again and again. Family run and just wonderful. OUTSTANDING!!!!
Genesis was the person who was asked to help me by someone else in the store.do. I felt she was very impatient and annoyed with me as I was trying to figure out what my mother would like. I felt very uncomfortable with her attitude and I know she noticed that because instead of trying to make my visit better she made it worse as I purchased my items. She told me she was able to wrap it for me and she ended up telling me she didnt know how to wrap three little boxes. The only reason I went through this situation was because I really needed the gifts. Will never go back!!!!!!

There customer service here is very bad! I called asking questions about the rings they had in their stores and they didn’t want to give me any information over the phone. They Begin to tell me they have other customers in there store and if I wanted more information I had to come in. When I brought up a sale that was going to be going on which was 25% off I asked her for the price of a ring and she told me it would be 200 dollars. She was WAY OFF! there manager Elizabeth told me she couldn’t give me anymore information because it was time for her lunch and told me to call the store back in about 30 minutes.I couldn’t believe it! I have never ever been treated that way EVER! I will not recommend going here at all! I’ve been working very close with corporate trying to replace my ring, they recommended me to call around stores instead of driving to all different locations and this is the customer service I get. I will bring this up with corporate and trying to take this higher up!
Lack of follow through on promises earns Kay 2 stars.I liked what they had in inventory, but the customer service is unacceptable.They told me several times they would call me back on an order I placed. Each and every time they failed to follow through. In the end, I would pick someone other than Kay (or Sterling Jewelers family of stores) to do business with.
My experience was pretty good, but that was with Tamarra. She is not there.. so now when you call or go in ...it is a shitstorm.
Terrible service. I waited 20 min for someone to help me before just leaving. I asked a group of employees who was just taking to each other if they could assist me and no one responded they all just looked away! I am never going back to another kay jewelers again!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff been doing business with them for a few years now and never feel pressured. They are my preferred jewelers!
