This is my first time going here or getting a pedi. My experience was great. Diem did my pedi and she did an amazing job. She was so gentle, and Conversed with me. She made me feel comfortable.I’ve moved to the manicure table. Sat there for a bit. And had a complimentary drink while waiting.Ella, who did my manicure. She listened to what I wanted. She suggested the line design instead of the ‘cat eye’. It came out better than I pictured it.I’ve never had long nails and wouldn’t know how to do things. LoL. But I wanted to try because I liked the way it looked.(By the way, if you don’t like how your nail is coming out, please says something. Not until the nails are dry and done!)Will be back for sure and I do recommend this place.

My girls and I are regulars here. We love the People we love the service! Nothing makes me happier how they make us feel welcomed every single times! Always get an appointment because they are so awesome they have to turn people away. And they love to make us all feel so pretty and for the man so fresh! I recommend this place to everyone!❤️

Extremely disrespectful, nail tech laughed in my face when i said i couldn’t do a certain amount & he continued to laugh at me because of it. I asked how much they charged for the nails that i showed them and then the guy tried to tell me a different price. I did not like how short he cut them he told me he would charge me $10 to put the clear on again. unbelievable

The Representatives are friendly, polite, and creative. Each visit is relaxing and comfortable.

Best place to get a pedi while on vacation!!! Very nice and they do amazing work!

Very nice people. Just extremely slow. Said they could do ombre with acrylic powder but it didnt turn out that great. Took 3 hours to do nails and color change on toes. They werent busy. No light in the bathroom, out of toilet paper too, chairs arent that great for massages prolly older and I asked for water and got room temperature bottle water. Again very nice guy. It was the owner. Wont be back though.

Got my nails done for the first time here. The guy seemed like he didn’t want to do my long nails so I got them cut down, I chipped one in the process and asked him to cut them down more and he said he would just fix it to the square shape I wanted no need to cut down. Then got to the end and they weren’t shaped how I wanted. He seemed a little upset that I didn’t like the way they were shaped. I’m guessing the owner is who came and fixed them and she did an awesome job. The guy didn’t do a bad job he just needed to fix the shape. Will definitely be returning though! :)

Been going here for years now for my nails. Maria and her staff are always very welcoming and always makes sure your happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them good quality good work anytime I need absolutely anything done in Portland this is definitely my go to spot. Have been coming to this nail salon for over a year now, and i have yet to be disappointed. This salon really gives you a homely feeling, I always walk in feeling welcomed and treated like family. I would personally recommend Ella, she is always so nice and really takes the time to make your experience fantastic! The owner Maria does an amazing job of running this place for a high quality experience!

Good service at a reasonable price. I’ve only been once so I can’t speak to consistency, but I was happy with my service. I would come back again.

I have been to this location several times and their pricing is great and the quality of work is great, but they have a big flaw. Their professionalism needs a lot of work with their employees. Ella in particular has been rude to me each time I have gone. I only came back because of the pricing and good job that is done but this is the last time. The reason I will not be back is because Ella makes me feel devalued while rendering services to me. The only conversation she has with me is to tell me I should be going more often but my schedule does not accommodate this. Unfortunately, due to her behavior towards me, this has pushed me away from their establishment and I will be seeking services elsewhere even though they have good pricing and good quality work. You go to a day spa for pampering and relaxation, you dont expect for the only thing the employee tells you is to scold you because you arent going often enough.

Maria recently took over this shop and she is awesome. My nails stay for way too long. Like over a month between fills and no problems. She is responsive to requests and never tries to pressure an up sale. I recommend Maria. She is awesome.

Shop under new management since last year. It has been remodeled and updated. Offering additional services. A great place to go to relax and be pampered. Maria (owner) does a great job on my nails. Everyone is friendly and professional. Best nail shop in Portland.

First of all, I love the work they do there. No issues with that. However, every single time I go there the owner feels the need to make a comment about my weight. Like, I obviously realize Ive gained weight, not sure why she feels the need to point that out every time I go there. I will not be going back.

Love going here the staff is friendly. My go to person is Maria i love her work how she takes her time every time i go. My sets can last up to a month.

The staff is always friendly never in a bad mood. My nails are always awesome every single time i get them done, plus i love that they massage your hands n arms after they are done. The pedis are so relaxing as well.

I went in on Monday. I got SNS in red and gold. I was nervous at first because it was a new place and I needed to find a new nail salon for my fills. Needless to say they are fast as well as very nice people. I will be coming back for another time. Hopefully just as good as this time.

Love my pedicure, silver toes. The girl needs to improve on massage and the length of time she spends doing this. Will get a different lady next time. They have great prices.

Left salon with two bloody fingers, when it came time to pay I brought up a discount for the cuts and the gentleman became extremely agressive with me. I was the only customer in at the time and just wanted to hurry and get out. Safe to say I won’t be going back!

So went to get a spa pedicure and didnt get all the massage supposed to get with the pedi, and I felt rushed, he painted my nails while I was supposed to be relaxing with the hot towel and lotion on my legs, and then lady wanted to wax so I let her and the waxojg didnt hurt, which was the only good thing but there was alot of hair left. So not gonna go back.
