Our regular tow company couldnt do an immediate recovery and referred us to 3S Towing. First time using them. They towed one of our 30 foot box trucks. They were straight to the point. Lady who answered gave me accurate information. No surprises. Driver and assistant were professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service!

Ive used them in the past. However Friday night, around 10pm I called and asked about getting a tow from the Warren area going to Parma but unfortunately I had to use a different company but the girl on the phone I think her name was Katie. She knew what she was talking about. Very smart and respectful. She knew what she was talking about and she referred me to another company. I will use them again when I’m in the area.

Tow driver was kind, respectful, and helpful. Auto service was great. Mechanic kept me informed and repaired the car effectively and efficiently, and gentlemen at the front desk was courteous and attentive. I will use them again for any towing or mechanical needs. I recommend them to anyone.

We were on our way back from a trip from michigan to NY when we ran over a metal plate that sliced our transmission tray and exhaust open. We had to stay for two nights but they made our vehicle a priority knowing that we were from out of town. They got the car fixed as quickly as possible. Everyone was super friendly. A half-hour into my 2 1/2 hr drive home from Lorain, Ohio, to Jamestown, New York, on I-90 Eastbound, my van started to rev on its own, even though I had the cruise control on......something my van had never done before. I pulled to the side of the road, turned it off, and tried to restart it. Unfortunately, it would not start and I lost all electronics. No air, no power windows or doors, etc. Time is 2:15 p.m.I called AAA Premier immediately, only to be put on hold for 12 minutes (hung up), 8 minutes (hung up) and 12 minutes (hung up). Frustrated, I contacted my Jamestown AAA office and they were able to put in a tow service call for me online. Not everyone has a smart phone folks.....Finally, success at 4:08 p.m. (two hrs later), a very nice lady from 3S Towing and Recovery called to say a driver would be coming to my aid to tow me to Jamestown. Unfortunately, my driver (Ernest) was finishing another tow at the time of my service call and it would be another two hours before he arrived. Prior to that, he contacted me twice to determine my exact location.At 6:30 p.m., with the van flat bedded and me in the passenger seat, we began our two hour trip to Jamestown. Ernest is a great guy and made me feel right at home, right away in his big rig! He even stopped for a necessary stop and food on the way, as I certainly would not have made it without either! I cannot say enough about Ernest. He was polite, nice, funny, a total gentleman and I enjoyed our two-hour chat!3S is a family-owned company and their customer service is very important to them. Sue from 3S contacted me this morning to see how my experience had been and I told her WONDERFUL!Ernest was a breath of fresh air after a long, hot, four-hour wait to get help! My daughters car was disabled in the Cleveland area on a Saturday afternoon in April, 2021. I was an hour plus away from her. My insurance company set up the towing service through 3 S Towing. They were fantastic through the whole ordeal! They called to let me know when someone would be on the way and then the driver, Mike, called to let me know that he arrived and called again to let me know when the vehicle was at its destination. He was so kind and considerate and he knew I was worried about my young daughter being alone one the highway in Cleveland. He was very reassuring to me and kept my daughter calm. I would recommend this company! I have their number saved in my phone in case we need them in the future!

Our rv got stuck in the mud at a rainy campground. Guys arrived in a timely manner, and were very professional. Brought a massive tow truck, and winched our 22000 pound rv out of the mud, like it was nothing. Would surely recommend this company.

Way to represent your business dude! Not only did you almost slam into me while speeding on the freeway, you proceeded to flip me off like it was my fault, the whole time you were on the freeway until you exited. Your behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable and disrespectful you should be ashamed of yourself! Ive posted a picture of you doing this to me so everyone can see what kind of people they are really doing business with. I dont know why anybody would do business with you with this kind of attitude.

Tim and his crew were amazing and are lifesavers! My trailer that was attached to my pickup truck was stuck and wedged in between two buildings and I wasnt able to maneuver it around (even with the help of others experienced in towing). Tim and his partner came out and jacked up the trailer and helped direct me to steer my truck while they lifted the trailer up...which shortly became unstuck thanks to them!. Very down to earth guys. Cant thank and recommend them enough!!

I had to have my car towed across town to my garage. The driver, Mark, called to let me know he was on his way and asked if I had any specific needs or concerns. He texted me when he had the car hooked up and again when he dropped it off at my repair shop. Great experience all around!

Unfortunately, my fiancé was involved in an accident and my Durango had to be towed from the scene. Before the tow truck arrived the officer asked if we wanted the Durango towed to our residence or to the tow provider and we were torn because my fiancé had a lot of business supplies in the vehicle, but it was leaking fluids and we really didn’t want it in our driveway. When Mark, the 3S driver, arrived and he became included in the conversation, my fiancé thought to ask if he could stop at the house on his way to the lot since it’s close, and Mark responded “I can make it happen.”I work for an insurance company and over the years have ordered hundreds of accident scene tows nationwide. The reason I’m taking the time to write this is that this tow is exactly the tow that I picture/hope happens for every tow I’ve ordered for my customers in need. I accidentally locked my keys in my car while getting ready to head out with my three year old daughter. When I called 3s they told me at first it would be about 45 minutes. But when I mentioned that my daughter and I were locked out of car and house, a driver that was about the leave after his shift came over within 10 minutes and got us out of the cold and into my car!! There were things missing from my vehicle, the battery wires and ABS wires were cut & the person that dropped my car off, dropped it in a position that was extremely difficult for another company to get it when I was ready to have it towed again. They werent trying to help rectify the situation & the person I talked to was rude. They treated me like I was the criminal after I was in a hit & run accident. I hope to never have to use this company again

Tim and 3 S Towing are incredible. Our truck and friends van were in quite to predicament stuck in mud after the storm. Three companies couldn’t do what Tim did on the spot. Towed and recovered two vehicles without a problem. THERE IS NO OTHER TOW COMPANY IN CLEVELAND YOU SHOULD CALL!

The job thag 3S Towing and Recovery did for our cars was excellent. On one car, they fixed the front bumper after an animal accicent. The car came looking brand new! They took extra care to make sure everything was done well before releasing the car back to us. They were extremely professional and welcoming into their business. Hight recommend this company!

I had driven my truck into one of Ohio’s hidden ditches along the side of the road. I just wanted toTurn around and it looked like it was grass. The front right tire went into the ditch high centering my truck leaving the back left tire off the ground. I wasn’t getting out of there, even in 4 low. I called 3 S towing and they sent someone out and when he got there, I told the gentleman I didn’t want to cause more damage by pulling the vehicle back out of the hole considering the entire truck was resting on my right side running board. He professionally called in another truck to help. They put a hook on the right tire than was stuck in the whole and lifted the nose of my truck out of the hole and at the same time pulled my truck out of the hole with the other truck from behind. Absolutely perfect job and they left my truck with almost no damage. Saved me an insurance claim and much more. Thank you 3S towing for teaming up and actually considering my concerns to minimize the damage to my vehicle and saving my butt that day!! Highly recommend.

Charged for repairs that were not performed. Literally called names when contacted to inquire why the repair wasnt done. Dont waste your time or money with these scammers.

Called 3s to come pick me up on the side of a really busy road.. explained to them that i had a lowered 09 Corvette make sure whatever you send could handle it.. the driver Steve showed up really quick in what looked like a brand new truck he brought wood boards and race ramps i believe theyre called.. very professional and gentle with my baby.. if i ever need another tow (hopefully not anytime soon) i will most definitely call you guys again!! Mark came to my rescue when my car died in the middle of the road. He had my car loaded and ready to tow in absolutely no time. He gave me a lift to the shop and the conversation that followed spoke well of his own professionalism and the quality of the company he worked for. I had 2 tow truck drivers from other companies come out and tell me they couldn’t tow my truck because it was modified due to having wide wheels. Davey from 3s came out here loaded it up in a few minutes with no problems! He’s definitely the best and fastest and friendliest guy I’ve ever seen highly recommend 3s towing and Davey.

I called my insurance companys roadside assistance for a tow from my home to my mechanic. 3Ss showed up, the driver was Cashmere (or Kashmir, like Led Zeppelin? :)) within about 15 minutes. He was fast & friendly and we jumped my car to get it onto the flat bed. GREAT, A++ service.

Horrible to deal with, Unprofessional people who try and pick fights. They also delete all of their poor reviews, of which I have made several times after many poor experiences with them. I will continue to make more after they delete this one. I advise anyone to not use them. Consider Mitchells or Kufner for a better experience.

Euclid PD forced us to use them when i had my own towing company to use that i pay for yearly. This towing company then put my wrecked vehicle in their lot and wouldnt allow me into my OWN CAR to grab my belongings without paying $20.00. after i got out the hospital. HOLDING my stuff hostage is never acceptable. My wallet with ID was in that car. They have zero understanding of what can happen during an accident.

We were stuck on a highway exit ramp and Spencer from 3S Towing arrived so quickly. He was there within 15 minutes! He was so professional and took care of everything. I paid for a tow early on a Monday and asked for my vehicle to be taken to Carmax, ( in order to trade it in as my transmission died) by Wednesday at 6:00 pm. I phoned Carmax on Wednesday and it wasn’t there. Speaking with 3 S towing on the phone, I was condescended to while rudely being told to “listen” as the man on the phone was repeating himself - explaining again, “that they needed confirmation for the tow, even though I had already paid, and wasn’t told when I booked the towing that confirmation was needed.” The man was extremely rude and completely unapologetic. I would recommend that women do not use this company. I had to break my appt at Carmax and I’ve been without a car for days because of their ineptitude.

I was connected with 3 S Towing and Recovery via roadside assistance on Sunday 8-9-20. Davey was dispatched (from about 30 mins away) to change a flat tire for me. Upon his arrival, Davey was very friendly and professional and jumped into action. We found that my car required a special tool to be able to remove the wheel which was not located in the car and that would only be available at the dealership. Davey explained my options to me and we agreed to have it towed to the dealership (which was an additional 20 mins further from Daveys home base but had no hesitation in fulfilling my needs). Davey took great car of loading and unloading my Audi S5. I met Davey at the dealership to ensure all went well and I couldnt be happier with the service that 3 S Towing and Davey provide me during this time. I was asked what type of vehicle so that the I can get the proper tow. F150 PLATINUM requires a flatbed. Company sent a regular tow truck to me in a matter of minutes. However, now my vehicle squeaks loud as hell!They dont care...apparently, they dont care about me or anyone I know calling again neither.

Luckily the weather was good this morning. Not freezing,raining, or snow on the ground. But a fast response and very polite driver Charles took me to the nearest Conrad tire dealer. The entire experience was less than 2 hours. My tire had a nail in it. I was on my way to babysit grandchildren for working parents. Thank you Charles and Conrad Tire.

Would not recommend. Truck number 18 is currently dragging someones car down 20 in mentor. It is not strapped down or secured to the truck at all and the silver cars exhaust has been bounced off the ground a few times.

I needed to get my car a nice distance away from home. The tow man came way before my text message stated he would and had the car ready to go before i could notice. He was nice and very personable. On Saturday June 20th I was driving with my puppy from Iowa to New York and blew out both left side tires from a huge pothole on I90E in Cleveland.
