Loved the way my nails came out! They took their time on my toes and nails! Really loved the way they came out for my 1st time at that nail salon! If you go make sure to ask for the guy! Super sweet and did a wonderful job! 100% coming back!

WORST EXPERIENCE.. If you want to leave a nail salon crying well heres the best place. They will make sure you feel welcome especially when they are making fun of you in their language. I did not have a good time. They had to redo a nail 3 times because they kept putting it on Crooked. And than they didnt even do the color I asked for. They dont listen to the customer. I hate leaving reviews but this one was Necessary.

Went in for the first time called 5 min before I arrived they were able to take me in. The shop is very clean, they have everyone wash their hands before the service. It’s a nice relaxed environment and my nails came out great. I will definitely be back

Three stars because the young gentlemen was polite..but I am seriously dissatisfied with the paint job. I wear my nails for 3 weeks before getting fills and my shellac is always still intact..it hasnt even been 3 hours and my nails are already scuffed and he missed the sides of some of my nails

Ugh, they mix the gel/acrylic and sell it as gel, then when I said something about it they pulled out the real gel. The woman Lyn, attempted to take the lazy approach to doing my nails, leaving gaps between the gel and my nail and when I said she needed to fix it she said she cant and this is how Im am leaving the nail salon the day before the freaking 4th of July. The owner is out of town, so Im basically out of luck.

Love Jessica shes my go to for nails that last. If someone else does them they dont last very long thats my only reason for giving four stars. Theyre very nice and do a good job waxing as well.

Full shellac manicure for $28, the main drawback was they only accept cash. There’s a no fee ATM on premises. A little too shady for me to return, but the service was good.

As a married man and for health reasons, it is essential to keep my foot game up. I appreciate the way I am treated when I come in to the salon and during my time there. They are attentive and always do a fantastic job on my feet. I also love the massage chairs.

Ive been going to this place for about 10 years. Katie and Kay are great. They do great with nails. Although sometimes I find it offensive when they talk in their language (Vietnamese) in front of their non native customers, and they laugh. I do know that sometimes they do talk about their customers. Manners are not their expertise, nails are. So I get it.

I been going to this nail salon for 4 years even got my daughter going. I went Friday and five of my nails need to be fixed. I called them about fixing my nailsShe tell me I to picky. How is this picky. I never get color or clear. I just get a fill, wash my hands pay and leave. They dont even get that one star you see.

Im so upset, I came here to get my nails done based on the reviews and Im so disappointed. I asked to have my cuticles cleaned up and because its been awhile since I had my nails done and they really needed some TLC with me being a nervous nail-biter. The lady said I should get a manicure instead of getting a full set to really clean up my nails and cuticles. I agreed. But told her that I would really like a full set as well as getting my cuticles cleaned up to cover up my nails since I had been biting them. Her co-worker leaned over and agreed that I should get a full set. I asked once again if they could still clean up my cuticles why would I want to get my nails done and have my nails look nice and have my cuticles look bad? They finally agreed that they would cut back my cuticles and clean them up for an additional $5 which was perfectly fine with me I just wanted it done. The lady started working on my nails and of course never push back or cleaned up my cuticles at all. I asked them if they were still going to charge me the $5 since they never did what they said they would. The ladys reply was you didnt need your cuticles cut back. I do not know why I didnt just get my eyebrows but I still want too long and got those done and of course no one is shorter than the other. When I pointed it out to the ladies she said to just pencil it in. Just horrible customer service all I wanted was my cuticles trimmed back I really dont understand how getting a gun affect them at all or how its their decision. So disappointed and pissed about my eyebrows. And they refused to take anything off for my eyebrows. And they only take cash. While I was putting my card in the ATM the lady came over and tried to select the amount needed? What the hell is going on here I have no clue, but that is completely unacceptable. I moved her away, but how uncomfortable of a situation for me, Im so annoyed and will NEVER come back here. They deserve zero stars.

Now Jessica gets a 5 Star review but the girl next to her has issues...she tells you shell clean and shape how you want and ignores any feedback on how I want my nails and in the end I had coffin tip shape on 4 outta 5 nails on each hand and she said oh next time when I asked her to fix, then brushed me off by undercharging me! Hello I Dont want a discount or cheap nails I pay $40 up for a Reason!! Definitely sticking with Only Jessica in the future!! #dontgtit!

The up charge me $5 stating my nails we long the are maybe a half inch over the tips of my finger. The quality of service done to my nails are poor looks like Ill be needing a fill in the next few days. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone. Ive had way better for less.

I spent 50$ on a basic set that wasn’t worth it my nails are HALF DONEand uneven. she spent a full hour on my nails and still messed up I asked her to fix the problem she ignored me . and my eyebrows are ugly . I don’t like them at all. I’m annoyed

I have been off and on with Katie for 10 years and majority of the off is because I don’t book in advance but now I’ve learned to do so because she is the only person who can shape my nails to a T and also my eyebrows! She has now took on my daughter who refuses to go else where!

Its very busy especially on a Monday. But they do as much as they can to get everybody in. I especially like one young lady but Im not going to tell you who she is for the fear that you steal her.

First time customer and they did an awesome job on my Mani/Pedi. Very clean shop, i know this sounds crazy but the lady that did my pedi ACTUALLY washed and sanitized the foot tub where most people just rince and goes to the next customer. customer service was great. Updated massage chairs 😍 I felt like I was in heaven!A bit pricey for my taste, but well worth it

Called in at 10:30 to get in at 11:30 for a simple fill. They told me it would be 30.. when i got there and told them i had a appointment for 11:30 they acted like i didnt have a appointment. ( a customer sitting waiting told me good luck) i showed them my call log and told them i DID in fact call. They said ok and told me it would be 10 mins. 30 mins later they finally have me sit....only to wait another 20. As she is getting ready to start she asks me if i want them shortened. I said now she said ok another $5 for long nails. Smh OK! I asked if she could do two different colors and clear sparkles on like 4 of them....she said ok. When it came time to paint them she said another 5 for the clear sparkles My nails took over a hr for a simple fill.. this place is horrible....wait time is bs and they are sketchy price wise.

First off by saying- I WAS a 10+ year customer off and on great relationship until yesterday!2nd I wouldn’t even rate a star if it wasn’t mandatory to write a review!Katie always does my nails and the young gentlemen lee does my feet. Great and greatHowever yesterday lee finished my pedi and I knew Katie was booked my fault for not scheduling in the week! He said someone could do my hands I said ok and selected a lady that has previously done a decent job on my nails when Katie is out of country-We start and I explain how I would like my fresh set shape wise and etc...coolShe put my two pointer finger nails on cricked—-like very noticeable and I’m thinking she doesn’t see this mind you I always get solar on top of shellac plus tip-$$$$I politely asked her if she didn’t mind fixing those two nails she got an attitude and started grabbing my hands roughly and trying to yank the nail off that was recently glued to my nail bed...I asked her could she not be so rough and she was speaking rudely saying I said something too late so at this point I’m very uncomfortable. So I asked is she had an attitude due she said no still yanking my hands speaking her language. I said you know what matter of fact can you just please undo what u have started I will go somewhere else . I had just got my toes with this fire engine red so I’m kind of freaking out like if I do go somewhere else how will they match my color close is not good enough for a Libra like me. So once she is done Mind you that whole process was her being very upset and me uncomfortable I’m not going to spend my money on work I don’t like. So I asked her if I could buy the red she says no so I was leaving after paying for my toes and Katie said $20 I googled the brand and color $7.99...I showed Katie and said u r really going to charge me 20 when it’s 8 bucks not to mention you probably get it for a few dollars I said you know I’m going to buy this because I need this done today but if that’s how you want to do business with me after ten plus years that’s on u and that’s wrong she looked stuck on stupid and for anyone who knows Katie she can get a lil feisty so I didn’t know how it was going to go! But I paid and walked out and the only reason y I paid was because gentleman who did and has always done a great job on my nails deserved his money but that establishment and how she chose to handle that situation rubbed me the wrong way and I will never do business there was very offended as much money as I’ve spent in that establishment but hey on to the next!I researched shops near me and Nails for you on 181st Tina and Sam are great per reviews and highest rating at a 4.3 verse all these mideocre shops landing between 3.0-3.4 so try them and I really did this for all my ladies who spend heeeelllllllla money and walk out not satisfied but too scared to speak up! Yes they are certified yes they may know the technique HOWEVER it’s OUR MONEY and OUR OPINION on how WE want OUR NAILSIt’s been real 😎 every lesson there’s a blessing and I now have a new nail lady not even 30 min after all of thatCustomer service and respect go along way. Had she would have acknowledged the situation and even offered to get me in that day or the next like she has done then I would have been okay but I refuse to put money in an establishment that conducts themselves in that manner!

Horrible. Made an appointment for 5pm went in waited 33 minutes (not including me getting there 10 minutes early) not one person asked me what I needed. Finally (now 5:25) the lady at the front station asked me if I was getting a full set I told her yes and that I had an apt at 5 and she just looked away and started talking in her language. Then she moved me to her chair (the front chair) and went to the back and did someones facial or whatever. At 5:35 I walked out and called her and told her and all she said was okay okay okay bye she didnt apologize or offer anything just rushed me off the phone by saying okay okay okay bye I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
