The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and I look forward to my group yoga classes.

Super clean, new equipment, very nice staff. The only thing that would make it better is more pool classes - they often reach capacity the first day we can sign up.

I am a member of LaVita at DSH and I would recommend this place as it has it all. Pool for therapy and a lap pool plus nice lockers and showers. They have an indoor track for walking or treadmills. All kinds of other equipment also. It has it all.

Love the pools and the walkway that has many windows. The classes are also terrific and scheduled comfortably.

This gym is amazing. The gym is always sparkling clean and so is the pool. I couldn’t imagine belonging to any other gym because this place has it all.

Huge reception area, yet only two receptionists. Loud rock music throughout, I waited for my husband in physical therapy, outside. The place is a pre/ post surgery center and a private health club. There is one tiny lap pool and a therapy pool which is like an obstacle course for patients as the Members can go in whenever they want. The therapy pool is tepid at best and is supposed to be nice and warm. This has a large workout club area, patients were not made priority when planning this place.

Doing my occupational therapy here. Excellent hospital with excellent care. Highly recommend.

Therapists are wonderful! I learned so much from them! Glad that I participated in the Spine Clinic they offer.

Although I do not take advantage of my membership this place is clean nice friendly and willing to help you no matter what you want to do I think everybody should check it out

Its expensive but they offer a lot and its very clean.
