I love this gym! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The individual training is so affordable and its awesome. Above and beyond physical training, they are happy to share nutritional knowledge too. Its always clean and the machines are in order. My only regret is that I did not find this gym sooner!

Zefit has the most kind, helpful and patient instructors I’ve ever met. They are always willing to help me when I’m not sure how to use a piece of equipment or have a question about an exercise. Their facility is extremely clean and well taken care of. When you sign up for a Zefit membership you’ll be guaranteed helpful service!!! There are instructors readily available to help you reach your personal short term and long term goals as well. I would highly HIGHLY recommend Zefit gym to any age!!

Their staff, when you can actually reach them, are horrifically unprofessional and dismissive. Their flooring is unstable and a safety hazard. The A/C has been broken for most of the year and the last time I went in to the Portage location it was 93 in there. This gyms only saving grace is no one is ever in there so antisocial people like me can workout in blistering heated peace.
