Always broken, mine broke halfway through wash, had to pay again to get the soap off by using the other stall. Very expensive, never get refunded.******UPDATE********The company contacted me and was EXTREMELY CONCERNED AND HELPFUL. THEY MADE IT RIGHT IMMEDIATELY!!!I have always been a fan of this car wash and now I am never going anywhere else. They went over and beyond to make it right. If other companies need lessons on how to keep customers happy and coming back, take note, these people are courteous and thoughtful. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Will recommend to everyone I know.

The Meijer car wash is a very good wash for the price. Though I noticed a black marking on my rear bumper from the wash, I would say stick with the touch free option to prevent this from happening to your car. I had used both option when the damage happened. So stick with only the touch free and you will be ok. I never made them aware of this only because I felt that they would not have resolved my problem. So with that said use @ your own risk.

Still havent found the perfect automatic wash, but these are better than most. Ive got deep dish wheels that get pretty dusty, and most washes make them look worse. The hub scrub is worth getting, even with an otherwise touchless wash. A quick wipe in the deepest spots after the wash is all they need to be totally spotless.I have a monthly subscription. Partly because its by my house, but mostly because of hub scrub. 1 star off because the dry sucks sometimes. Not always. Not sure why. Give it personality, though xD

Does a fairly decent wash but for a pickup truck it isn’t the best. Seems to miss a lot of places and a lot of times I find myself going through twice to get more of it off. The 3$ extra for the bugs is a total waste of money as this wash really doesn’t remove any bugs.

I was watching the drivers side indicator lights to see when to pull forward to the drying process. it malfunctioned and we ended up with water spots all over the car that I had to hand buff off. calling their customer support number was a futile effort.edited to add:while their phone help was a bust, they got back to me from this review (thats one more star) AND sent a code for a free car wash (thats another star).moral of the story: skip the phone number and go to Google reviews. Xtreme will work with you to make it right.

The car was in much need of a car wash from the road trip. Im just glad it was able to function unlike others that were down for whatever reason and we needed to freshen up our car quickly and get back on the road.

Went there the other day to use the vacuum service. The machine ended up eating all of my coins. I rang the number listed on the vacuum that said to call if there were any issues (coins were stuck at the bottom and wanted to let them know so to avoid anymore people losing money). Did not actually think I would ever get a call back. Within 48 hours I had someone sending me a message to ask for details, and offer me a free $8 car wash. Really great customer service. Highly recommend.

All locations provide a great wash, except when the equipment malfunctions. As with most car washes, the dryers suck, so bring a towel to finish the job. Their monthly pass sucks since the best they have to offer, is 2 washes per week.

Ripped my windshield wiper. When I call customer service phone, there was nobody answer, only leave them email or voice mail. My vehicle is 2016 Mazda 6.Update: Customer service contact me back in few days, they are nice and issue a refund for my wiper blade. They also suggest trying brush-less wash.

Quick and easy, I like and prefer the touch-free wash option so that the dirt thats stuck on the washer from the countless people before me doesnt scratch my car up. Also love the hub scrub.

$428.97 Car WashIm extremely disappointed with Xtreme Clean Auto Wash on Westnedge in Kalamazoo. I went to Meijers to fill a prescription for my wife as she was just released from Bronson Hospital after having a heart attack. While waiting for her medicine she wanted to have her car washed. So I decided to try out Extreme Clean Auto Wash for the first time since it was located in the parking lot. I patiently waited nearly 30 minutes while 3 vehicles got washed ahead of me. The wash is extremely slow as it takes about 7 minutes per vehicle. Finally we go through the wash and the dryer blows off the right front panoramic roof panel on our 2015 Ford Edge. We try to find someone to help and nobody is working. We try to call the number and no one answers. We call again and again and no one answers. We leave a message. Finally, we get someone who advises us of all the things they require to file a claim. So I fill out the long claim form, take a bunch of pictures of all the damage. Take pictures of my license plate and vehicle number. Get an estimate to repair the damage, which came out to $416.97. So I finish all the the requirements and email the information to them. I try and call again and no answer. I call the next day and learn that it is being reviewed. I leave another message and then I get a corporate email denying my claim because they have a sign that says operator is not responsible for damage. The told me the panel must of been loose before. This is not some old worn out rusty car, this is a 2015 Ford Edge with 40,000 miles on it. It has been routinely driven for 5 hour round trips to Chicago all fall for my sons College football games. It has been through many other car washes with no problems. It was driven over 30 highway miles from our house to the car wash. If any panel was loose then it would surely have come off. So know this if you go here. They will not cover any damage. The wash is also extremely slow. With just 3 cars ahead of you it will be almost 30 minutes before your car is through the wash. The dryer blows extremely hard and could damage your car and they will not cover that. If you have a problem there is nobody there to help. You have to leave a message and wait. The wash did a poor job too. Soap residue along with dirt was left on the car as the wash and rinse cycles are weak before the hurricane force car wrecking dryer kicks in. Avoid this place at all costs or your $12 car wash could end up costing you $428.97

I am a big fan of the Xtreme Clean Auto Wash locations I have been to prior and was excited when I saw they were upgrading this one. However, when I tried it after the new machinery was added I was disappointed. Coming out of the wash the back of my car was still covered in dirt. For now Ill be sticking to the Plainwell/Otsego location until Im sure this one works properly.

Ummmm.... This car wash is amazing. As I sit in it, I notice its very high tech, and is adjusting VERY specifically based on my car size. This is different than those that adjust to a basic box size of your cars footprint. This one actually stops and adjusts to ensure the clothes are in the perfect spot. And the clothes... Maybe its that theyre new, but they are very clean and they seem less abrasive than many washes Ive been in. The dryers are also great.As I suspected, it was doing as good a job as it seemed like. Upon stepping out I saw a pristine car that looked possibly the cleanest Ive ever seen it look in my entire life. There were bugs that were almost permanently glued to my bumper for the past 6 months and not one car wash could get them off, but this one did.Total Car Wash time: 7 mins (no one was in front of me)This may seem like a really ridiculous review, but Im just really really surprised and impressed by this car wash so Im taking the time to write it..😁👍🙏Im passing through from Chicago to Detroit, a trip I make often. I will 100% exit the highway again just to come to this wash because Im very picky!!

Best car wash in town

This morning ( around 7:30) I went here to declutter my car and vacuum it out. Unfortunately the vacuum had very weak suction. The quality of the car wash and vacuums are inconsistent. I find myself driving across town to the drive and shine instead. Perhaps better management is needed.

Make sure if you drive a Wrangler to use the touch free wash. The soft touch will not get the back of your Jeep. Overall its a good wash if you catch the early bird special before 9am. A little overpriced if you pay full amount.

Been to this one and the one on Shaver Road as well. First, the doors closing in the car wash was awesome to us. We don’t have car washes like that back in Oklahoma and if we do, they weren’t in Oklahoma City. Second, we own a 2015 GMC Sierra crew cab, with a 7 inch lift on it and some wider tires. The truck fit perfectly fine inside the car wash so all of you lifted truck owners, if you’re afraid it won’t fit, of course check your clearance first because I know not all trucks are the same, but if it’s around the same height and width as ours, you will be perfect. Third, the brushes don’t beat your vehicle to all hell like normal touch car washes, and it washes our truck amazingly. I mean, the truck was so clean after it was amazing. I know for an automatic car wash it doesn’t seem like much but definitely our fav go-to now. As far as people saying the car wash is “too slow” I think it’s the perfect speed. It makes sure every inch of the truck was clean. Tailgate was clean, bumpers were clean, bed cover was clean, wheels are immaculate and tire shine is pretty amazing. Even got the hard to reach places of the mirrors even with them being folded in.

Extremely dedicated Personnel. Excellent customer service. The best chemicals in the industry, the best machines in the industry. Most of the 100 thousand-dollar Plus cars I see in Kalamazoo are pulling out of this car wash, most everyone I talk to seems to very much enjoy the experience and results as well as superior protection. All of the luxury car drivers expressed to me that they never bring their car anywhere else. *Full disclosure* I work here but I was appreciative of the results before ever applying for the job and have no profit sharing.

Very pricey ($12 for the Xtreme wash plus an extra $3 if you get the optional Shine Shield making it a total of $15) but its pretty much worth the price because the wash is superb, especially if you do the Xtreme wash which is what I always get. My tires come out looking brand spanking new and my car is always nice and clean and shiny especially if you do the optional $3 Shine Shield! While it is definitely more expensive compared to all of the other local washes, I go here exclusively for all my car washes entirely due to the the excellent quality.

You are much better off letting the dirt and salt sit on your vehicle throughout the Michigan winter without a wash.I paid $12 (soft touch [my a$$]) to have the SUV that Ive had less than a week to come out with many noticeable paint chips all over the hood with fabric type fibers stuck to each of those paint chips...And the spotless rinse, yeah; thats a joke, not to mention, the filth that was left behind after the wash!$12 has turned into a $600 touch up paint job.Stay away from here! Overall a good car wash if you go with the top of the line, however Ive been here numerous of times & it doesnt do a very good job with the back of my SUV. Theres always left over soap or still dirty & never touched.

It was so extreme my car is still clean and I went there around 2 and a half years ago. Im pretty sure when I paid for the premium washes they out micro robots on my cat to constantly clean and expell dirt. Cause now I throw buckets of dirt on it and it just repels it or its instantly cleaned. Which really sucks cause I like going through car washes and now I cant since it doesnt get dirty.

Left side wheel scrubber was busted. Couldnt tell until it was too late. Rolled out dirty on one side.Didnt see any easy way to in report it.

Xtreme rip-off. Machine took my money and just sprayed the underbody, the wash stopped after that. Nobody around to tell or correct the issue. Would prefer to go to businesses that actually provide the service that is paid for.

YOUR BETTER OFF FINDING ANOTHER CAR WASH....I have been using Xtreme Clean car washes for years now because I like the touchless option and the wash seems to do a pretty good job considering it is touchless. I am a fanatic about having a clean car and own multiple vehicles due to the business I own so I was using Xtreme clean a lot until I had an incident with my Tahoe. Xtreme clean decided to install new bump guards on 1 of its wash stalls. Well the new bump guards damaged one of my rims. The regional manager just happened to be there when it happened he advised me to file a claim with them. What a joke, I believe they are only concerned if there is damage to their equipment not your car. They came up with a million reasons why they are not responsible for the damage. I also contacted the regional manager 3 times and he doesnt return messages and the corporate office will not respond to my emails. They say they want you to have the best experience possible but they only care about themselves and their equipment, not making things right with a long term customer that has probably spent thousands at their washes since they have opened.
