Just got a wash today and didn’t look over my truck. Had to stop to get some gas and notice that my hole refer unit was not washed at all. Really disappointing I think they should pay a little more attention to what they are doing. I have 2 Walmart drops today and it’s gonna stick out like a sore thumb. When I disconnect.

Waited 2 hours to get into bay. Then it took 3 hours to washout our trailer from a load of bulk loaded sweet potatoes. There was only 2 guys working but when they were done our trailer looked brand new! Fantastic job guys!

Very very slow! I have been here many times and the service has just gone way down. I have been in line now for 3 hours. Once you get deep enough in this line theres no way to turn out youre stuck.I would avoid this place unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

Friendly, fast, had 4 trucks in front of me and I didnt have to wait for very long. If I need another trailer wash out I will go here if possible

This is one of the slowest if not the slowest Blue Beacon in the US. I’ve come here a few times and always have a long wait.If you have time to wait and kill then this place does a decent wash. Not great, but decent. Definitely not worth waiting a hour and a half at 3 am for though.-It’s the only Blue Beacon on the 39/90 in WI so you think it’d have more than one bay-Night time only has two guys in the washbay so the wait time is worse than the day-No matter when you show up you’ll be waiting. Took them almost 20 minutes to wash a pickup that pulled inI won’t be returning until they fix their staffing and efficiency.

They are very thorough at this blue beacon. I would recommend to any drivers looking for a quality wash. Fantastic.

Way to small of a place. 1 wash bay. 5 in line in front of me.

I dropped the trailer and drove there bobtail only, specifically to get a better wash. I came in the night, was lucky I had 3 reefers in front of me for trailer washout only.Comes my turn, after paying, night manager asked me if I have any areas I want more attention to. I reply with 2 of them: 1. Front bumper that is partially covered by deer guard (always insect residue remains there that no one supposedly sees while washing) and 2. Inside of the frame behind cab to the back (not under cab).Manager replies ok, well take care of it. The wash took about 6 minutes. Looked ok in the night, the actual result I saw the next morning. You can see it in the photos.Went next day, before noon to ask for a rewash. General manager was there and he explained to me that the inside of the frame wash is not covered by the $49,59 conventional classic wash that I paid for and that the inside of frame costs an additional 40 something dollars PLUS the axle gears/differentials wash comes extra too, (I think he said its 12$ each not sure on this one). They probably also charge EXTRA for the bolts on the frame wash and all the cables and hoses over there too.No rewash for me of course. He apologized for the fact that the night manager didnt specify this to me in the first place. I have nothing bad to say about the general manager but...From my experience somehow the other truck washes Ive been to bobtail only (including other Blue Beacon locations) before this one were always able to wash the inside of the frame with no charge or extra requests from my part. I think its a MUST.In conclusion, I personally consider this location a waste of time and money and will never wash my truck here again but I wish the best of luck to you.

Usually do a good job, come here often, some young kids working told them clean engine, had oil leak. Didnt wash oil on hood. If I have to show you which spots to clean, what are you cleaning? I have to tell you how to do your job. Unbelievable. The picture is after the wash. 8 people cant do a good job. Missed a spot on trailer

Well after a 2.5 hour wait and after it was supposed to be clean, having a black film still covering most of my white truck and bugs still coating the front of the truck. I wonder why I even bothered.I would of gone back to go through again but the lineup was still the same size. They obviously did not use the scrub bushes, just stood there spraying and praying! LOL!I then spent another hour with several micro fibres towels and spray cleaner to re clean most of the sections I could reach.Oh well its cleaner than it was.Lol!

Worse blue beacon in America!!!. The wash took only 5 min. They charged me $92 for engine, truck, trailer, and undercarriage. Under the truck was full of mud, on the sides on my truck and trailer was dirt and was not rinse properly. Didnt notice when they finished since it was late on the day. Be aware drivers! Some of these blue beacons will take your money and dont do their job!!!

These guys today really did an amazing job on my truck. Im so grateful for the team. I look forward to my next visit whenever Im up there. They should be proud of the job they did, Im extremely happy they helped big time !!!! Ill try to post pictures later.

It only has one wash bay and usually when I drive by there are 6- 8 -10 trucks lined up but I took a chance today and I was in within 5 minutes did a very nice job washing the truck in the trailer

Fairly decent quick wash job. Sure isnt Abbyland by any means. But not terrible.One thing I didnt care for, doing the classic wash... before I had a chance to catch it, they dont just cover up polished aluminum to protect it from brightener. Apparently at this location its something you have to request.

Stopped by here at 04:00 and out in less than 30mins. Honestly, they did a pretty good job. Despite several other negative reviews, they did an honestly good job. I dont know about other drivers but I stand outside my truck in bay and watch them. I make sure they do a good complete rinse on whole truck without any soap suds. I didnt give them 5 stars because they only have a single wash bay, not two. If you come during the day, which I have in the past, theyll have a long line. I drive overnight and make sure to stop as early as possible. That way, no wait.

Last Blue Beacon going west before Minneapolis so they are usually pretty busy, but they are worth the wait..

They work quick but your truck will be nice and clean. They actually dry your tires and rims before applying tire shine most Beaconsfield wont.

Terrible wash. Paid extra 43 bucks for in frame, they barely even went over it with the pressure washer. Save yourself from anger and keep driving. Paid over 100 bucks for a rinse.

We get our trailers washed out here. Theyre friendly, polite and efficient.

Poor attitudes and terrible wash on my Semi truck...still bugs on my windshield....

There was 3 or 4 guys working on reefer trailer washout. They did a 37 minutes extra job wich everybody can do alone in max 20 minutes. They finished the washout at 15:40 and closed the trailer doors. They charged me till 15:48, when i slided the credit card. 7 minutes for the guys to get inside and do the paper work for what i am paying also. 5 dollars a extra minute, 7minutes=35dollars for nothing! Im very dissapointed. Never will come here again. This is crazy! $226.61 for trailer washout......

I was really excited to get my straight truck tanker washed here cause they offer a lot of cool options and I thought my truck was going to come out spotless. They cleaned the truck but nothing like I thought it would be. There was spots and dirt still all over. The under carriage did get clean which is a big reason I went there so thats a plus.

They are theives they charged my $134 for a wash out. I understand nursery plants make a mess,but really the guys were taking their sweet time until I had to tell them to stop because I felt they were out there to racking up the bill never i will go back, they are crooks in a uniform.

This had to be the sorriest wash job other than the beacon at the bottom of the grapevine Ive ever had told ole boy 2 or 3 times to make sure he washed my mudflaps and lightboxs which never happen and I thought that fenders and wheels was part of it never again will I stop at this one

What can you say?? This is a great truck wash. Unfortunately they are limited by having only 1 bay. That means wait times can get a little long. It is worth the wait. These are a great group of people who still take pride in their work. Our company has an account with Blue Beacon, but if I have the time Ill go to this one in Portage. They have taken the time to get to know me, by name, and it is great to work with people who know your situation. Maybe Blue Beacon will get these guys another bay. Anyway you look at it they are worth the wait.

I got in line with 2 trucks in front of me, it took them about 30-45 minutes to get into the wash bay. Once inside it took about 10 minutes to get my reefer washed out. The biggest drawback was the fact that it was-20°F so it took more then 2 hours to dry out my trailer. Thats nothing against Blue Beacon, just stating fact about the weather.

Three strikes. Wont be going there anymore! Light rain wouldve cleaned my truck better!

I brought in my pickup truck camper. Awesome job. All done by hand with no brushes. It got all the salt off my truck & camper, plus undercarriage & even the camper roof. With no residue left.

They washed my Truck less than 10 minutes and I wonder who will wash the truck in less than ten minutes and told me to leave is done.Im not happy with your washing today but maybe your work will improve next time.I waited in line for over two hours and in less than 10 minutes truck wash 🙄

They Never do a good rinse job here..always have soap streaks.on my fuel tanks and now left over bugs on top of my hood..God for bid they know how to brush a quarter fender correctly always brush marks on it.........never been happy with this place. Its always something they miss...to many people washing one truck....

Ok I truly don’t like to rate places this low, however after waiting two hours to pay almost 80.00 for a truck wash my expectations were blown up .But first let me give the staff a 5 star rating for politeness, after that it’s all down hill .The wash was an underwhelming one, there is still residual dirt that I could smudge with my hands on my truck .I asked them to clean my lift gate top and underneath, I can’t see where they used the brightening liquid on the gate and other parts of truck .Lastly there’s something on my windshield that will not come off at all, disturbing at the least .Would love for them to fix this issue, I’ve used blue beacon in many towns . This one has made me rethink if I should continue to do so .

Quick service, and well done. This location has a twisty path to get to the wash bay. They were on top of the trucks that were in queue, so the wait was much better than most locations.

Missed a few areas they were in too big of a hurry. Also more expensive location. Single bay only.

These guys do a great job. Blue Beacon is usually hit or miss, but this ones a hit. Only waited in line for 30 minutes, and the full truck wash took maybe 10. Excellent job hitting all the spots that needed washed.

So awhile back I was in the Blue Beacon to get a wash out because my company has a corporate account with them. I waited one hour and twenty minutes to get to the bay. Note: once youre in line you cant get out. So, once I got in I asked the manager if he could help me out and wash the bugs of my windshield with a power washer while they were washing out my trailer. I explained I was now running late and it would help with time if I didnt have to run over to the Petro and doi it myself.He said that company policy wouldnt allow him to help out in that way. I guess that good customer service isnt a policy at the Blue Beacon either. I couldnt believe he was so matter of fact about it.
