I was looking for a local interior detailing shop that was well rated and within my price range. After doing extensive searching, there were only a few shops that had a good rating with Shiny Brite being one of those few.Since my car needed a good deep clean I selected the Full Interior detailing option and I am very, very happy with the results! The detailers did a great job cleaning my car and I am incredibly satisfied with the results. I will come back here for any other interior detailing needs and I would recommend this place to anyone. My appointment was at 8:30 am and they were done by 3 pm, so a very good turnaround, too.

Really Nice place to get a Self Car wash or the Touchless one. Recently when we went one of the bays didnt work after putting in the quarters. Next day when I called them, Luke told me to come back and he will fix it for me. I went the next day and they offered me a free Touchless wash Instead. Excellent Customer service by luke because of which I will be getting a membership.

Horrible ! Came to cork location due to emergency coffee spill. Got car back - literally NOTHING more than an armor all job and vacuum. Spoke with owner- Trevor- he promised to take his time and make it right……. Ok week later make arrangements to have it detailed AGAIN to my liking…….. just picked up car. Again NOTHING was done. Literally nothing…… I will never waste my time or money here again.

Went to the wash late at night after work because my car was covered with bird poop, and they were open 24h a day. Paid $14 for the Ultimate Wash, and was very disappointed to find the roof and my grill were untouched by the wash. All the bugs and bird stuff had not been taken off, and neither part of my car was even wet. I dont think the wash touched them at all. I think the only parts that the wash actually cleaned were my doors, I think the underside, and my hood, though even the bird stuff that had been on my doors and windows werent cleaned very well either, still leaving obvious marks where it was visibly not as clean as the rest of the door. It did an okay job, I mean, it removed the dust from my car, but thats about it.

They did an amazing job on my truck. So clean and shinny! Although I wanted it detailed my husband was even more excited! Thank you Shiny Brite, I will defiantly be back.

Excellent service! I went through the touchless carwash and had some bugs left on the windshield, I spoke with a kind gentleman who helped me get them off and ran me through to make sure my car was super clean!

Promised they could eliminate dog smell. Didnt do a thing to help it. Missed cleaning on side of seats, under dash and other places. The owner was kind enough to reach out to me and make things right. That shows integrity. They have since upgraded some of their equipment. Thanks for making it right.

My 3+ year old car, with lots of winter grime and grit especially on the floors, looks brand new again. They cleaned my Weather Tech Floorliners so they look great again, too. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and I couldnt be more pleased. The people I dealt with were very personable, also. It was a most pleasant experience, done on time and with outstanding results.

New and improved! Chris the owner really went above and beyond! I went through their new touchless car wash. Then he offered free of charge to help me clean a couple areas a little better because the car sat like 6 months. It was the best customer service, and I been going there since the 90s. This is the spot for cleaning up your car! Its lit well at night also. Love this place!!!!!!

We had another great experience at Shiny Bright! They have done a wonderful job detailing my husbands car. Today they cleaned my back seat after a friends pet had a little accident. They did a wonderful job cleaning the back seat and went even above that on service! I was shocked to find they cleaned far more of my car than I asked and only charged me the original quoted amount. We will definitely continue to use their services!!! I highly recommend this business!

Great service. Very friendly. They did an excellent job on the full package I got three months ago, the only glitch was that they couldnt find my car mats for a few minutes, and they were still kind of damp/wet, but that was very minor, and they dried thoroughly without an issue. I called today for a vac and car wash, which is scheduled for later this week. I know Ive found my place for car cleaning when I cant do it myself! (which, unfortunately, is pretty much always these days...)

Got our truck detailed and it was covered in mud and corgi hair. The guys were able to get it all out! I spent so much time trying to vacuum it out myself that I finally gave up. I thought theres no way theyll be able to get it all out and they did!Thanks a lot shiny brite! Well be back for sure!

My Lexus es300 was recently stolen. Luckily for me the thieves were apprehended and my car was returned. The state of my vehicle was disgusting upon its return. The individuals were living in my car and doing drugs. There were perishable items that had spoiled as well as the smell of smoke. I was devastated as I take really good care of our familys vehicles. Lucky for me Shiny Brite was there to save the day. The owner showed such compassion for what my family was just put through on our first phone conversation that I knew I had made the right decision. He assured me they would do everything in their power to deliver my Lexus back to me better than the way it was before the car theft. I cannot stress enough how much they went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I WILL ALWAYS take my vehicles to Shiny Brite from this point forward. Prior to taking my car there, I researched places in Kalamazoo that offered detailing services as well as asked friends for recommendations and everything pointed to Shiny Brite. Thank you guys for bringing my Lexus back from the grave, I appreciate you beyond words.

I have a lifted Ram 2500 and had an awful time finding an automatic car wash it will fit in. This place worked perfect and I actually enjoyed washing my truck myself which I havent done in years!

Its a little run down and old place but that doesnt mean anything for their good workers and good facilities. Its one of the last manual places. I havent had detailing done but heard its good. I used their manual washing once and their automatic car wash once, which is a combination of someone washing your car then goes through an automatic. It actually cleaned my car nearly perfectly and its cheaper than other car washes. $10 for their huge package, and $3 for basic. Vacuums are $0.50 which is fair, and manual facilities are $1.25 for 2 minutes I believe. You pay a good price for good service.

The wash was fine but my hub cap cover caught on the track and came off. The guy working there tried to put it back on even though I told him I would do it at home. Then he wound up breaking off one of the tabs on the hub cover so I couldnt use it. Ill go down the street next time.

Bought a used car with a very very badly stained interior roof (cigarette smoke) but by time they were finished with my car it was nearly brand new looking. (Or as close to brand new a nearly 20 yo car can look XD) The price was extremely reasonable and he worked out the package to focuse on my needs. 10/10.

Went to the newly redone touch free carwash. It did an awesome job. And they even towel dried my truck when pulled out of the wash bay. Definately recomend this place and I will for sure be returning.

Not terrible, however the gentleman had to go find the card reader for me to use my debit, he was the only worker. He was helpful and nice, but the facility was not setup to help him with his job.

Been coming here for many years. The last 2 years Ive been working at a farm so my truck gets pretty dirty. The guys at Shiny Brite always leave my truck looking like new! No other car wash in a 15 mile radius does as good of a job. I pay the platinum monthly fee. I couldnt ask for a better deal.

If if you are doing a trailer washout you pull in the second entrance headed south and then pull up next to the shed make sure you call ahead so that you have room to maneuver. Watch out for the fire hydrant on the way out
