I am financings a 2017 Ford Focus. This is my first time ever financing a car. Just about every car dealership I stopped at before coming here had told me I would need an extremely large down deposit or a co-signer. When I stopped in here I didn’t have very high hopes of getting in a car. I met Tim Cummings my salesperson he listened to my current financial situation and understood what I could and couldn’t afford. It was about 3 weeks from that initial meeting when I met with Mr. Cummings again. He had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. After the test drive I went inside and sat down with the manager who explained exactly how the financing and the warranty works. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I look forward to refinancing my car once I get my credit score up and am in a better financial situation. The manager insured me they would be happy to help me with that in the future. Overall Mr. Cummings was fantastic, he was knowledgeable, patient, respectful and kind. I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed in anyway. My experience was so good that I plan to have Castle Mitsubishi as my future cardealership.
Castle Subaru continues to be the only place that I will go to purchase a vehicle. I have bought from them several times now, and as always, I received the best treatment. They are always friendly and go out of their way for me. Their sales staff and management always make me feel part of their family. I love my new Outback!

Great No Hassle, Experience here. There was a bit of miscommunication concerning the drive away insurance with financing through my credit union, however they were able to get me approved for lower than my credit union. I was able to get the vehicle for exactly what they advertise it for online. I worked with Jesse and Jay who were both very professional and had the vehicle ready for me, when I got there. I got exactly what I wanted in the color I wanted. Initially when I contacted the dealership a few months back I did get a bad taste and felt lied to from the initial interaction for the salesman Alex that I talked to on the phone, however, Iike any other business establishment you have some good employees and some bad. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Jay also called to follow up with me concerning the vehicle to see if I had any questions roughly 2 weeks after the purchase which was a good customer service practice. I really like my SUV. Pics below this is the 19 Outlander SE trim.

Everyone that helped me was very pleasant, especially being the last customer and having some technical difficulties. Josh was very helpful and he explained anything that I wasnt sure about. I was not listened to and treated like i was crazy for a problem with my windows. It took 5 times of bringing the car in to get fixed and no apology was ever offered. I feel I am treated with contempt now and my car still continues to have issues. A problem with a tire, I was told, is not handled by castle, even though thats where we bought the car. Im now waiting on a radio to be replaced though a problem was never told to me. I am not contacted when a part comes in, I call to find out.
How come the car company didnt install the satalight radio now I have to go to blast buy and have it installed dosent make any sense!

Drove 5 hours to see a car that had been on their site for 70 days. Greeted by disrespectful sales people that apparently think you shouldnt ask any questions before purchasing a car. After an uncomfortable process of inspecting and test driving, we finally got around to talking about the price...Tony went to his manager and spoke privately before coming back and telling me his manager had a longtime friend that walked in while I was test driving and was willing to pay full price without even looking. I walked out, as there were numerous issues including coolant on the pipes and mismatched tires on the rear. The next day I get a call from Tony and he tells me the other gentleman made an offer and he was willing to hear mine. I appreciate the whole experience because on the way back home I stopped at another dealership and was able to buy my car. If youre making a drive to Castle, I wouldnt bother.

If I put my preferred contact as “email” why am I receiving a PHONE CALL every day and a voicemail everyday from Jose who wants to know if I have any more questions. If I had questions I would have contacted you after the first EMAIL that I requested. You do not get buyers by constantly pestering them everyday. Poor networking skills.
After going through so much with other dealerships and getting myself out of a bad situation with my previous car I was very doubtful. Went in yesterday and drove off the lot with my new car. Be careful if you buy from Castle Subaru in Indiana! My husband and I bought a 2017 Subaru Outback. Our sales person persuaded us to buy an AG Vehicle Shield policy--he told us this would provide for the replacement of the windshield, if needed.We remember this specifically because we wouldnt have paid for a separate policy since we have insurance with USAA, and it covers cracks and dings--in fact, they come to us to repair it.Well, driving back from Pennsylvania after seeing Mary Gillette and saying goodbye to Howard D. Gillette(he died from cancer and Mary is my sister), a rock hit our car from a passing car. The small crack quickly spread across the drivers side (right in Mikes line of sight)--it is now 19 inches long. But, because of the EyeSight cameras, the whole windshield has to be replaced and the cameras recalibrated.So, beware! Read everything carefully before you sign anything because they do not tell you what the policy really says.
Went to see the car I wanted. Test drove it and loved it. Everything was falling into place. Needed one more paper work. Went to take the paperwork and sign papers and these people sold it. Tried giving them money to hold it and they didnt take it. Horrible business. I recommend going else where to places that will actually keep their word about a car. They lied and said they werent going to sell it to anyone else and they already wrote sold on the car. Definitely wont be back!

Many issues, presently driving an illegal car.My wife and I found a very attractive price on a vehicle at Castle and after a week or so of making sure everything would be all set, we started the 3 hour drive to get to Castle to test drive it and buy it if that went well. It was understood between all parties involved that we were going to be purchasing the vehicle. 2.5 hours into our drive we got a call that the car we were supposed to be buying was sold out from under us. We decided to not waste the 2.5 hours and went to the dealership anyway. Thankfully we found a car we liked and bought it.We ended up with 1 key and getting the second key took a considerable amount of additional time and effort but eventually Castle picked up the bill for a local dealership to make us a key.License plate renewal time has come by and come to find out Castle never sent the paperwork to transfer title, so we are unable to renew the license plates. We have called and emailed several times and still are not able to renew the plates for the car because the state has not received the paperwork from the dealership.What makes a sale / experience good or bad is the details and Castle simply does not seem to care.

Horrible business. Saw a vehicle listed online for a certain price even called number listed and spoke with 2 different people who said they would work with me on what I was looking to spend to just make a trip in. Drove an hour to a car that had a SLASH in the tire smelled like cigarette and then told that sorry online price (on Castle Mitsubishi Portage Site) wasn’t correct and they couldn’t honor it. They even had the documented conversation of the two people I spoke with before making the trip up on the computer screen. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Decided to stick around and see what deal we couldHey were Told a price that sales rep would take then he went and talked to his manager who then came back and told us a different price higher than what the sales rep at the location had said was ok minutes before. Don’t recommend doing business with them waste of time

Recently, I purchased a Chrysler Pacifica 2107 from Castle in Portage Indiana. USAA, a company that represents veterans.My Sales Rep, Frank Salinas, seemed uninterested in selling me a car. He began by asking me several times if I realized I would need good credit to buy a car. He automatically assumed that I had never purchased a vehicle before and that I would not qualify for a vehicle. 3 1/2 hours before someone presented me with a contract to sign. But, I was also treated with complete disrespect from another employee named David Spudic who attempted to sell me a warranty. When I took the time to read the warranty, David immediately snatched it out of my hand. When I told him that I had planned to consult USAA about the warranty fees, David immediately called me stupid for thinking about passing on the deal that I was being offered and informed me that he was “tired of hearing about USAA. I was then asked to extend my financing to 72 months. When I informed him that I wanted to keep my financing at 60 months, David called me silly for wanting to pay more money and pretended to call the finance company to recommend that my loan rates be raised because the dealership wasn’t making enough money off the deal. When that tactic didn’t make me change my mind, David continued to be unprofessional by calling me “selfish” for not helping him make more money. I did not respond just so I could finish the deal and leave. As I signed my contract and put on my coat, David stated, “It’s not too late to change your mind ‘cause the finance company will see that you didn’t get the warranty and did not extend your financing to 72 months and they are going to raise your rates.” I shook his hand and walked out the office. Everyone customer who bought a car that day (during my 3.5-hour wait) received a siren and the whole office clapped and congratulated them. When I walked out David got on the bullhorn and shouted: “Get her out of here.”In my lifetime, I have purchased several cars and have never experienced such unprofessional, unscrupulous, and demeaning behavior from a sales representative. Had it not been for the cost of the vehicle and for USAA’s support throughout the process, I would have immediately walked out. Other customers and combat veterans like me, who have served their country and choose to visit “veteran friendly” companies, should never be treated in this humiliating manner!

I was at Castle Mitsubishi Portage IN today, after driving 200 miles to sign the paper works and get a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL FWD.I told them about my coming, after few days of contact by email and phone, to pick that particular SUV.When i got there, one of the salesmen told me, that SUV was not there and their mechanic took it for repair in Louisville.But he got other choices (bait and switch)They dont realize that they are ruining the reputation of Mitsubishis brand name by saying a brand new vehicle was taken for repair few hundred miles away.Also called Mitsubishi USA customer service and informed them about what happened.I dont understand why they are keeping bunch of liars in their dealership sales team.
