Called to see if he could fix a small issue with my trucks coolant hose. Was really unprofessional telling me that’s what I got for what I paid for it, said he couldn’t help me because “it’s too old” and didn’t offer a solution. I called Sals in Griffith and they were more than accommodating and said it would be an easy fix.

I highly recommend Francos. Highly knowledgeable and explains everything in layman terms. Quick getting repairs done, and will take the time to show you the old parts replaced. I have been going to Frank and Jack from just about the time they opened. I was a auto repair business owner for 19 years. I am not a mechanic but, I do know how to run a shop. These two gentleman do it right. I have referred at least 10 people to them and they have all been grateful for the suggestion. We have 2 vehicles, and we have all are work done at frankos, they provide a great experience from start to finish. They take the time to explain whats wrong, even going so far as to take you into the garage to show you. I dont know anything about cars, and someone can tell me all day what this or that is but to take the time to show me and explain thats true professionalism.. great job guys! keep up the good work

Reviews generally are very helpful. I chose Frankos because of the two negative reviews by Jake Sturgill and Mattie Boffo. I didnt believe either from my mechanical and customer service background. Being rude is easily misconstrued when You own AND operate a business. Being racist USUALLY doesnt get rave reviews from most of your clientele. Im NOT white (MB review) and Frankos is the ONLY place Ill recommend to ANYONE. I called AFTER HOURS and was greeted with a welcoming presence and an invitation to drop my car off Sunday instead of inconveniencing myself on Monday morning. I knew what my problem was yet had no time to fix it, so when contacted by Frank I was told what it would cost, why he didnt find how the problem occurred and when the parts would be delivered. When ordering the two small clips that I needed Frank simply TOLD me he ordered two additional clips because he couldnt find WHY they broke, because they cost $16 dollars and because it took 2 days to receive them, thats what GREAT technicians do. When the car was done the total cost was lower than quoted. In the unlikely event that Im forced to have my car repaired by a shop this is the ONLY place Ill EVER go to.

When is comes to my car Im anal, and its about time I found someone as anal about cars as I am.Ive never found a place so honest!
