Top down, this is the most outstanding company I have ever worked with! Sheri, who is so bright, cheery, and so knowledgeable about the companies business, scheduled the work while abiding with my schedule, while Stan, the consummate professional, brought scads of state-of-the-art leak detection precision equipment and found several leaks, and then the team of Anthony and Brenden came on time as scheduled and went to work. These two are phenomenal as a team, work diligently, and uncovered 6 of 10 Jacuzzi inlet/pipe connection leaks under the cement. They discovered the original installer used no PVC glue on at least one connection and virtually no glue at 5 others, requiring replacement of ALL the piping and connections beneath the cement. It was a very major task in which they handle with ease, calm and professionalism. They followed-up pressure testing the entire system to ensure that the original gross installer had not created any other leaks. This was a very major endeavor. The cost was very reasonable and fair. Anthony and Brenden exuded confidence, knowledge, and diligence the likes of which Ive never seen before. Think about it---they each looked me in the eye and said we must cut 10 foot-square holes through your cement to uncover the numerous leaks and replace all the piping and connections! Their sincerity, confidence, and expertise convinced me that they know what they were recommending. And they were 100% right! I highly recommend Blue Hippo Leak Detection! They ALL do care about your issues, get the job done as scheduled, check their work thoroughly, and charge a fair price. What a great team!

I believe your technicians name was Stanley, who did a fantastic job. Stanley took time to thoroughly go over the pool. And after finding the problem did a great job of explaining what he would be willing to do as a fix and if that did not work what would be need it as a more permanent fix. Excellent job! I should mention over the past few days we have had almost no change in the pools level that could be accounted for as a leak.

I had to contact another pool leak detection company “Blue Hippo” after the first Co could not find a leak in our combined pool/Hot tub. Granted the leak was very hard to find but Stanley owner of Blue Hippo found it and showed me where the leak was,after searching almost 4 hours looking for it in the hot tub. Stanley made me feel confident he was working and searching for the leak in my best interest. Like I said I tried another pool leak detection company they found no leak and I kept losing water. But after contacting Blue Hippo and watching Stanley use all the sound equipment and all the pressure testing equipment he had I was able to see a true professional at work. Ive had a leak in my pool since I moved in and its taken me forever to schedule a leak detector service.. I happened to be walking into Home Depot and saw the van.. which prompted me to call right away.. incredibly the Office lady that answered the phone (sorry I forgot her name) she was not only professional and friendly but was able to get someone out the very next day due to a cancelation.. I received text and emails confirming my appt and all.Then Stan arrives the leak detection specialist and goes straight to work... after about 45 mins or so he jumps in and checks things out.. yup I had Three leaks!! No wonder Im going broke chasing chemicals and filling the pool every other day.. Stan was not only professional but knew his job and advised us. They came out to do a pool inspection for my 94 year old neighbor in February. Told her it was the fountain that was leaking. Blue hippo said there was no leak in the pool. The pool was still leaking with fountain off. I would fill the pool for five hours a week. We called another leak detection service and they found a sizable leak around a jet. I would not recommend there service.How many pools did you do that day on this block in that invoice? You never got in the pool to check for leaks. My understanding the person you trained you hired to fix your own leaks.

The tech(Stanley) arrived on time and was very thorough in examining our pool. He methodically checked every area of the both the plumbing and pool equipment for problems. Stanley found the leak and was able to repair it the same day. We are very happy with this company!!

They scheduled me for the very next day and then worked around my schedule. Stanley arrived and started working immediately in a very methodical way. He had all the tools necessary to check every possible area for a leak. He identified three locations and was able to make the repairs immediately. The cost is reasonable for the thorough job that they perform and I wouldn’t think about using a company that does not specialize in leak detection. After watching the process, I am confident in the findings. Blue Hippo has all the necessary tools and expertise to do a thorough investigation. You may find a cheaper quote, but I doubt you will find a company to do a more thorough investigation.

We called upon Blue Hippo in April 2021 to assist repairing a bothersome pool leak that was driving us bonkers.
