All the guys are very helpful just moved into town came right out seeing what my pool needed out of it for me and my wife to swim in the very next day would recommend to anyone very fair and honest people

A clerk gave me the incorrect item when I showed my old valve, asking for a replacement. It required me to drive a 2nd time,, round trip, 11 miles to exchange for correct item. I then requested pricing consideration for my troubles, he rejected my simple appropriate request. They screwed up & I paid for it.Hows that for customer service?DAC

We just had our pool re-surfaced by Pinch A Penny. The result is lovely - lives up to our expectations. The process was explained to us in detail ahead of time, and all questions answered. The workers did a great job and cleaned up all equipment each day. A really good experience.

Everything was great with our pool service until the past few months. Our latest pool tech greatly lacked in customer service skills to the point of being rude to my mother-in-law for asking a question. This same tech also assumed we didnt care when things broke, such as the skimmer basket being completely obliterated, so nothing was said. Our pool was basically green for 3 weeks straight, but the response we got was, I know what Im doing. Our pump is left turned off at the kill switch way too often after they leave and could be off for days before we go to use it and notice. While cleaning the pool recently they knocked out the eye from one of the returns and dont remember what they did with it, but said I could buy a new one to fix their mistake..... and the final thing that drove me away was after all of this, having the audacity to call me with a laundry list of things that are all of a sudden in dire need of replacement or repair. If the need was dire, where was the warning that issues were starting? Why have two other pool companies debunked more than half of these claims? Im glad I canceled my service.

After searching the internet and personally interviewing several companies, we chose Pinch-A-Penny to resurface our pool, install pavers on the deck and lanai, plus convert the pool to a saltwater system This was a very good decision.Our first contact with Pinch-A-Penny was Michael and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. These characteristics were maintained throughout the job.The job was started on time and they kept the schedule until the job was completed, ahead of schedule. They told us when they were leaving and when they would be back, even if it was just for lunch.When we told Michael we wanted a custom water bowl stand made, he listened and made just what we wanted. It is beautiful. The pride in workmanship by all that were involved was outstanding and the clean-up was impressive.We would highly recommend Pinch-A-Penny on Enterprise Drive for any of your pool needs.Larry & Sue

My brother introduced me to Pinch A Penny and it was my first visit. I had my pool water tested, got a vacuum for my pool and a new drain basket and cover. The gentleman helping us was great about explaining what I needed and just as importantly why and how everything works. Being my first pool ever I figured I would be somewhat overwhelmed but they made it very easy for me. Thank you!

He walked me through a problem I was having with the pool pump and came out the same day to check the problem. I clean a few pools and, I buy my pool supplies from there and, if pools need any repairs, I recommend them. Good people 😊That was then... They raised their prices. I now get better prices and better service @ Leslies pool supply in North Port.

Kevin at the nort port pinch a penny has went out of his way to satisfy me as a customer. My son was coming down to visit and our spa heater stopped working. Kevin was able to get a new heater and install it, all on a 1 day notice. Kevin is super pool man as far as I am concerned.

I cant even say enough about the owners of this store. They are such great people and have been there for me to help me with my pool. The staff here is unbelievable. I dont go anywhere else for my pool needs. The stores number one in my eyes!
