Colin and his son and all of his staff have been fantastic and I have known Colin and his former partner since I was a youngster and I’m finally getting a brand new pool built by him. The work so far is as good as it gets and he is the most knowledgeable poor guy that I know. Thank you Fulton Pools and Chris from Pebble Tech.

Great pool builder. At least one of the owners is on the jobsite almost everyday making sure that all work completed is done correctly and is up to their high levels of quality and workmanship. Highly recommend!

We did our research online, received feedback and recommendations from friends and local business owners, met with the Colin and Chris, and knew without a doubt that we chose the right company to build our pool. They were awesome from beginning to end! Along with Tanya in the office, they went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. We have full confidence in their knowledge, experience, materials used, and the work done. Our beautiful pool was built quicker then planned and we were swimming in two short months!

Terrible company! No wonder why they have a low rating! They cant fix anything in a reasonable amount of time. They lie about communications and the receptionist doesnt relay proper messages! I was a loyal customer for almost 5 years and because Chris ego is hurt (he couldnt fix my pool light), they cancelled my service! Plus they want you to pay for something they cant fix! And they send me a bill dated 6/1/19, I received it one week later, and at the bottom it says this bill is already past due!!!I immediately got a new company to service my pool and they looked at the weekly service remarks inside the door of the timer. He told me with a salt water pool you never have the ph and alkaline perfect with the same numbers ever week for months!! They are scam artists!

The billing for this company doesnt make much sense to me. Tonya is not very nice when it comes to explaining things. Very condescending and she doesnt give you an opportunity to speak or ask questions. I tried to ask her to take a final payment but mid sentence she hung up on me! There are tons of pool service companies in SWFL. This company is one of the highest price ones out there. You would think that they would be a bit nicer to their clients! I no longer use this company and I do NOT recommend them.

Great owners who really care, and Superior pool techs, who go all out for their customers! In business for over thirty years with several clients who have been with them just as long! The best!

Pat Ducoin... Concrete Expands and Contracts.... If your deck is separating from your pool... (probably just the coping brick) - thats 100% normal. The reason the repair wouldnt be covered in a warranty is because what you think will fix your problem is only a aesthetic solution. Dont bad mouth Fulton because your 12 year old pool is acting like is should.Those guys are some of the oldest dogs in the hunt, and they know what they are doing. A couple of years ago, we had a customer that was never satisfied with anything we did. The customer decided to call Fulton to give a second opinion on our work. Colin came out and backed up everything we had done, and even gave me a tip on how to solve the last issue we had with their project- (something another competitor rarely will do).The Team at Fulton Pools know what they are doing.
