7/9/2020 In Leslie’s Pool Supply in Port Charlotte, FL store 565, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience with Christopher G. He helped to quickly and efficiently check the levels in my water sample. When I asked for advice on test strips or a testing kit he told me that the testing kit was more efficient. However, I ended up choosing the test strips because in the home we are renting, we are required to have a pool service and I was in between services. Having the information he provided, I was better able to make a decision. After testing the pool water sample, I was provided with instructions along with the products I purchased. I was so pleased with how well my questions were answered that I returned the next day to buy a new filter, pool lights, and other products. The store 565 was very clean and organized. Thank you to Christopher G. for giving my boyfriend and I peace of mind and excellent service!

Technician came today did not provide information to customer as requested. Automated system did not work properly called technician and was advised he would contact his boss and get back to us NO RESPONSE. He apparently changed times without our knowledge and system had to be manually turned off. Had to wait 2 weeks for appointment and still no resolution. Called and spoke to offshore person who could not help. Worst service. Do not use Leslie’s Pool

Went in to buy pool acid....I was told they havent had any in weeks & not expecting any time soon. Counter lady not friendly at all. Im not going back there for a while.

Went in twice for fun stuff for our pool and met new staff both times. Everyone in the store made themselves available. They looked up when we came in and greeted us but didnt hover or annoy (like some franchise store staff tend to do) and every customer that came in after us was treated the same. Although you might be able to find cheaply made pool toys at the local big box retailers that cost less and may or may not last, you cant find the quality and sturdiness of the floats we found at Leslies in Port Charlotte!

My favorite Leslies store. Chris and Amber are always pleasant and helpful whenever I need help with something. I went through some trouble with getting a part in but Chris spent a ton of time and effort in getting it to me as soon as he could.

This place is a waste of your time... I tried to purchase an inflatable pool float from these guys. After stopping by three times, because their shipment kept being promised for the next day (not)... I finally get a call that my order had come in, so I go back the fourth time and the not so compitent counter help proceeded to help a delivery person for 10 minutes instead of helping a paying customer. I left without the order, thank god I hadnt prepaid for it... What a waste of time and really poor business practices. Never ever ever will I go back again.

Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The place is always clean.

This place offers free bench time if you bought a motor from them parently somebody screwed that up by complaining when they installed the pumping correctly but they still have awesome deals for two hundred bucks I get my pool up and running again only would cost six seven or eight hundred these guys did it for to give me all the gaskets in a crash course on how to do it myself got it done pulled up and running and I love it
