Very pleased with the service I received here! Exceptional customer service and professional! I came in at 5:30 (they close at 6) and they could have easily turned me away for coming in so late.. but they didn’t which I’m so grateful for!! I travel to port Charlotte from south fort myers and one of my tires was almost flat. I came in to get two new tires and they replaced my tires and happily answered all of my questions. I appreciate these people so much I could have been stuck on the side of the road without their help today! I’m so happy and recommending this location to everyone!!! The men at tires plus are very good with all my vehicles for the last 10 years. They never tell me to fix anything unnecessarily. Always great prices!!

My son brought his car there for an alignment and was told he had a future issue under the car with the arms or something. Sorry, Im not privy to Mechanical terms. Anyway, we went to speak to someone about what we thought was and inflated diagnosis, but the person, not sure if he was a manager, gave him his bill, explained in detail why he was told about a future issue. I was very satisfied with the way his professionalism and explanation. The reason I was reluctant was because so many of these places seem to find problems that dont exist. I am very happy with Tires Plus and would recommend them.

Kept losing air pressure in my tires. Turned out, I wasnt being diligent in tire rotation, so my tires were being worn out.Got a good deal on 2 new front tires, and was educated to rotate tires every 4 -5,000 miles.Learn from my mistake.Tires plus rotates tires bought from them free, so I have no excuse.I recommend this store, plus they do other stuff as well.Between tires plus, and Tuffys, most of my car needs are met by really good mechanics at fair prices.

Vehicle sat outside for 2 days with no phone call letting me know they were scared to perform the work my truck needed . Needed an alignment because I changed a tie rod and upper control arm. Tie rod was not adjusted right so they were scared to do anything. Took it to Race Ready and they had me up in running in a day . If you need an oil or tire change thats about all they are good for here .

They used to provide good quality services. Now they are terrible. However they do a good job on blaming each other including the gentlemen at the front desk .

Absolutely amazing. Had to get a 4 wheel alignment, the price was a little more because of taxes and stuff but i expected that. Staff is awesome, they said it could take an hour and half cause it was really bad. They had it done in about 40mins. Great job i would definitely recommend and i will definitely return.

I had a slow leak in my tire which turned out to be a nail. Service manager told me that the tire could not be plugged or fixed and demanded that I had to purchase four(4) new tires from them. Being from out of state he had me in a tight spot. I finally purchased two(2) tires just to get out of there. I brought my original tires home and the local garage plugged the tire and put it back on my car. Stay clear of these guys.

2pm appointment was made online through the mobile app. Showed to 5 mins early and checked in. I had road hazard on all 4 tires I purchased at this location and required a patch where a screw punctured it. The guy inspected the tire and we asked the approximate wait and he said maybe an hour. We were waiting and said OK. He then clocked out and ate his lunch. Jason came to the front and told another waiting customer that (the guy who helped us) is “special” and ordered the wrong parts for his car and now he has to wait longer and they’re at a standstill. Meanwhile my vehicle is still waiting to be started. The customer service does not exist here and this store has spiraled down in the past year or so. I chose to ask for my keys and left after 30 mins of NOTHING. The guy didn’t care and handed off the keys, no questions asked. I scheduled an appt with a dealership instead where I’d rather pay out of pocket for actual customer service at an establishment that actually CARES about their customers and the business they bring!!

Nice guy helped us with a dead Interstate battery but he wouldnt help with our battery warranty for we didnt have the receipt from when the battery was installed in 2017. He said if we had the receipt he would help with the replacement. Oh we were driving a Range Rover.

I went to this Tires Plus near closing time with a nail in my tire that was going flat. Service Advisor Christopher was welcoming, knowledgeable and treated me great. He and Technician Adam were EXCELLENT and had me back on the road very quickly. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU!

Made an appointment online the day before, had a confirmation email. Went in and was told we dont have your appointment in our system, I showed him the email and was told i dont control the web site. That if I want to leave my car there all day they will get to it. What good is making an appointment, it was for an oil change. I will never come back here.

I went to tires plus with a screw in my tire. Front tires were balding, so we purchased 4 brand new tires. Took the car home after getting new tires and there was a valve stem sticking out of one of the tires. It took them five days to get a replacement. The guy behind the desk seemed to be annoyed when we would call, after they told me they had the tire. I went all the way there and they did not. Only offered to check for a leak at first, after we spent a good amount of money on the tires. Totally disappointed

I had a tire installation scheduled for 8am this morning (made online) and they were expecting me. The service was exactly what I asked for and the staff was excellent!! Highly recommend.

This establishment is a disgrace. My elderly and disabled in-laws were taken advantage of on their visit on 6/4/20. The vehicle has been leaking oil since they serviced it. (Might I add they were an hour late completing the task for their scheduled appointment.) When we returned to the establishment on 6/5/20 to have them correct their error they refused and said to schedule another appointment. They did not offer any help or even an apology for the problem. Disgraceful performance and service! Shame on them for taking advantage of seniors!

My sister and I were on vacation and our car started acting up. We stopped by on a busy Sunday and they checked the car our right away. We thought the transmission was acting up/slipping/odd shifting. They did diagnostics and two test drives. Took less than an hour. They couldnt find any problem but something they did fixed it. So appreciative that they looked at it without an appointment. Ashamed to say but it only cost the diagnostic charge of $10 plus tax. Amazing. Thank you so much!

Had an appointment for 3:00 for an alignment. At 3:55 I left since they had not done anything yet. Whats the point of making an appointment? Waste of my time! Also I was there because I just had my tires rotated at Sams yesterday and they showed me how bad they were worn already from bad alignment Tires plus last aligned them a couple months ago.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE..........BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...Bought 4 new tires on 3/17.....Covid-19 hits, Im essential and drove to work and home (7 miles per way), in April tire pressure light came on, put air in, no big deal, may same tire, same issue, added air, June, now 2 tire pressure lights, put air in, now July 3 tire pressure lights now on, go to the shop, i was told, We will not do anything without have to charge you. It is not our beading job. And you have been driving on them. TERRIBLE.........SHAME ON YOU (NO STARS IF IT WAS A OPTION)

The front desk employee, was very friendly. Very efficient, doing his job.The only complaint I have, is that I had an appointment, and when I got there, they were very busy.Even with an appointment, it still took over an hour, before my oil change, was done.

Easy to do business with. Very accommodating to my needs and the last minute changes I made in the selection. Didnt push services I didnt need and did an excellent job on the services I chose. My car is my pride and joy and it was easy to tell that they understood and respected that. Would highly recommend service here.

Not even worth the 1 star! Jaime the service manager is a joke! Sold way too many unnecessary parts and he charged 200$ for a part thats 70$ if you walk in and get it. He personally took advantage of the elderly and their lack of car knowledge. They also put ungreased ball joints on the car and sent it down the road. Just tried to address that issue and he refused to grease them and sent the car away refusing to fix it and didnt even care that it was clearly unsafe to drive! DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Id recommend going here. I went in expecting to get a whole new tire for over 80, instead they were honest and told me all i needed was a patch that was only $20. Usually companies try to screw you over, it was nice they tried to save me money.

Ive always come here for tires, and small services. The prices are decent, and they always have specials or coupons. Unfortunately, unless I deal with the manager, Kyle, I end up with issues. Either something ends up broken that wasnt (of course they wont take responsibility), or Im told I need services that I truly dont need... Then billed for those services built in to the services Im already purchasing.If you go here, speak directly to Kyle. Hes very trustworthy, and doesnt add services you dont need.

Always wind up paying more than supposed to. Advertised oil change $14.99. Most discount oil ads are filter inclusive, I didnt read the fine print, I just presumed it was included. Added to bill $5.99 oil filter. Maybe I didnt read the fine print but all my other oil change ads included the filter automatically, I had no reason to think otherwise.Then he told me oil change was $18.something and other job was going to be $250. After everything ( maybe I misunderstood that part too) I was expecting paying about $270. Not $33. more. As for buying my tires there; dont think so, not with an added $15.99 for lifetime balancing that is normally done for nothing when you by the tires, and how many keep going back to have them balanced. So you charge for lifetime balancing $15.99each $6.99each for life Time valve stem, your getting just like a bank! Nit picking every penny you can. Road hazard warranty, that was always free before, and exactly what is that when you already have a warranty on the tires? I have AAA. Theyll take care of my road hazard thank you. Ill stay with my Firestone oil changes up north, their ad prices are inclusive with just the tax added. This didnt put me in the right frame of mind this morning at 8 AM. and Ive had a few hours to stew over this before responding. Sorry, I let you have it! Sorry, you asked!

I took my old Ford truck there to have the tires balanced and 3 days later I had a flat tire. I found there where 5 wheel weights on one rim and it was leaking where they where placed. I took it back and explained what happened and thay made it right and the gentleman that worked on it the second time was excellent. Everyone makes mistakes, its how you handle it that makes the difference

I brought my vehicle in to have 4 tires changed with an alignment. They did a great job changing my tires fast, but kept the tires I originally had on the vehicle which were basically new. I said I wanted my tires but they denied to give them back, the older gentleman with gray hair was really rude about the whole situation. I’ll be in tomorrow morning to talk to some one else about getting the tires I PAID FOR back I’ll keep everybody updated.

These guys were great!! They understood that I worked night shift and wanted nothing more than to crawl into bed and go comatose. They were completely honest with what tires I needed and what I could do for the ones I didnt. Would recommend these guys 100%

After maxing out my credit card on tires they said my front brakes were digging into my rotors. Sadly its far from true. Theyre not riveted pads and they arent down to the wear indicators either. Not sure what yall were looking at. I bought parts based on this advice. I did it myself. The parts werent at all bad and not close to my rotors.

Very expensive and extremely slowI went here for a tire I was quoted on the phone for $50. When I showed up it turns out it was actually $85. I understand labor cost however every other shop has always given out the door cost when quoting over the phone. The person right before me was told 1 hour for their 1 tire to be replaced so I thought, ok, thats reasonable I will be out of here in around an hour or so. 3 hours later they hadnt even touched my car. Hadnt even called me with a status update or anything. Luckily, I didnt pay before hand so I was able to cancel, the extremely overpriced tire and leave. However, I wasted 3 hours of my time and now my weekend is ruined because today is Saturday and I have to wait until monday for another shop to open.

They are very helpful when you are deciding on what tires you want/need. However after the car was ready for pickup. I was told it needed an alignment and it was 89.99. And if I didnt get it my warranty for the 4 new tires (1500.00) would be void. That was ridiculous. They should have disclosed the cost of an alignment at the time of purchase, before services were rendered. Very shady..

Good service, and friendly technicians. Their prices are a bit high, and they sometimes make mistakes... Unfortunately when mistakes are made, they find a way to not take responsibility. Tires Plus is good for small services; oil changes, filters, tires, etc. If youre looking for big repairs, try Josephs on Peachland.

I purchased a full set of Bridgestone Driveguards here, good price with 100 rebate. Requested an email receipt.My fault kind of for not looking but they put my info totally wrong. Now every time I go to a tires plus I have to explain it to them.

They overcharged my mom over $100 on a simple repair. I researched this and brought my evidence in for them to see. They refunded my mom $107. I would be very wary to get service done here.

Bottom of the barrel customer service here. Let my truck sit there for 6 hours because no one there apparently communicated about the status of the truck. Their response when I called to ask about its progress was oh, no one called you yet?Pretty obvious the employees were totally inconvenienced that I was there actually making them do somthing.It worked well anyway though as I took my service elsewhere and saved $50 in the process.

They push hard to up-sell. Even use the old cabin air filter trick. They tried to sell me a battery to replace my new battery -- claiming that somehow it had drained while they changed my tires. In my opinion, these people are dishonest and not worthy of the patronage of good people. I, for one, will never again cast a shadow upon their doorstep again. If you do, then you are doing yourself a terrible disservice.

Went in for front brakes. I knew the rotors were ok so I knew they couldnt try to sell me on defective parts. However he did tell me that they were ok and that there was still some life left but I would have to change them soon.

Every time they touch my car, something else ends up wrong with it within a week. They dont take responsibility for their mistakes and always seem to blame the customer.

Called to get a quote on 4 tires installed.Spoke with Ron - got a quote of 2,870 Dollars!When I questioned him on this he said the tires are 650 dollars each!!!I was researching them online, and can get all 4 of them all day long for less than 1,000 dollars.What kind of RIP- OFF ARTISTS are they?Needless to say I will NEVER be dealing with them!!
