Poor customer service I understand the store was busy but the guy was being rude to me. I called ahead of time to schedule dropping off my tires that had a warranty when I arrived 30 minutes away the guy stated I would have to come back and drop them off Monday, I had work Monday and would not be able to do that. Also they stripped all of my lug nuts which made it nearly impossible to get the tires off and my tool that came with the truck no longer fit the nuts. Im pretty sure they accidently swapped them out with another vehicles. When I brought that up they stated that never happens as if people never make mistakes. Overall very disappointed with the service.

I had a concern about temperature gauge not working correctly on our Buick Enclave. The gentleman behind the counter finished his phone call, we discussed my concern, he gathered his computer and quickly determined that everything was fine. When I asked what was the diagnostic charge was he said Have a good day. I have found my service company here in Florida! Calling now for a oil change now before heading back to Green Bay. Thanks again!

I had ordered tires online and had shipped to this place for mount and balance installation. When purchasing the tires I had already payed for the installation cost in advance. Once tires arrived I called to verify service being done. Mr on the phone said it would be an additional $15 per tire to install because they were aftermarket wheels. Once I got to the store he then tells me it will be a total of $91.16 to have tires installed. I then informed him that I had already payed the install cost in advance. He proceeds to tell me that there is nothing he can do. His manager had set the price and he can’t override this. Then tells me the manager isn’t there at their time and refused to call him. I asked if another manager was there he said yea but he’s new and doesn’t know how to use the computers. At this point I said give me my tires and I will go somewhere else for my business. So I would likely never recommend this place for customer service skills. Complete bad experience. And lack of experience from employees.

Great honest people! Chuck found a nail in the tire and it didnt go though the tire casing. There was a leak in a patch that I had done previously. The first store I went to said I needed a new tire to the tune of $295.00. They had to order it so I found Chuck and he had the tires in stock! Could have easily sold me a tire but he was honest. I will certainly recommend Chuck and the folks at the Beatrice location across from Publix!

Came in as we had a huge screw in a tire on my husbands truck. Hes about to put a lift kit on it, and wasnt ready for new tires yet. The guy at Firestone spent a significant amount of time removing our spare and placing on the vehicle, never complaining about how long it took. Was pleasant and helpful. There was no charge for the service. We will definitely be back!

I bought 4 tires here and was told receipt would show up in my email but it didnt. No warranty information was given or even offered at time of purchase.Went back to store and got receipt and found out an unauthorized charge had been added and they gave a credit but have not received yet.and dont look to. When I got home and looked at receipt it had a lot of inaccurate things. My first name was wrong, my address was wrong, the mileage on the car was wrong and the licence plate number was wrong. Their excuse was they got information from another tire dealer.. My answer was I didnt buy from another dealer, I bought from you. When I asked for warranty booklet they said they dont give those. I was told to go on line to get it. I finally got him to print one at the store. I still do not have an accurate receipt with correct information, all this for over $800. Never again will I deal with this business again nor do I recommend anyone to.

I was in a jam and needed 2 tires for my work truck today so I can work tomorrow. It was a Sunday and all the tire shops in town were jammed up and told me absolutely no way they were going to help me today they didnt even want to speak with me. Melissa the manager was absolutely wonderful and got me in even though they were as jammed up as all the other shops in town but she still got me in! They went far above and beyond the call of duty to help me. they stayed 45 minutes late to get me and a few other customers taken care of. And the price came in a little lower than quoted! Do not bother going to any other tire shop in town. This location is the best hands down. I will be going here from now on for all my tire needs.

Brought my Ford fusion here. Asked them to fix a leak. They did not fix it. Its still leaking and my power steering pump is going now when it was fine right before I brought them my vehicle. Chuck will try and sell you on parts with out having your vehicle checked out first. I wouldnt trust this place at all. The mechanics have 0 skills and get mad at the vehicle they are working on if they cant figure out whats wrong. Then disrespect it. The people working at this firestone are terrible. The company isnt all that bad but the employees are terrible people. I will be contacting corporate as this is the 3rd time they have tried to over sell me and under produce.

This is the second time Ive had to go in to get a tire repair due to nails in my tires. Both times they fixed them quickly and only charged me $20. My husband went there to get new tires and all we have to say is the service weve gotten there each time has been excellent and the employees are friendly and professional. Justin was the employee today who took care of me and he was great!

I took my 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Interceptor here to have my A/C system recharged. I was down on vacation from northern Indiana, they were very professional, up front, didnt try to sell me any B.S. my car didnt need! Lol! Had me in and out in a very reasonable time. Car blows ice cold!!! Thank you guys! Keep doing what you do, word of mouth is the best advertisement you can get. 5 STARS!

Tried 2 other places and our 24/7 roadside assistance before we found the absolute best tire place that fixed our valve stem quick on a Sunday, on fathers day, and with a smile! Called to ask if they had time and the manager answered stating to just be here by 4 which is the time of closing! We are traveling in our RV but if we were living in town, this would be our tire place! Thanks a million!

These guys have really earned my trust. I come here for all my auto repairs and have had good experiences every time. Just this morning, Justin helped me out by squeezing my car in for a tire patch, and, like everyone that I’ve dealt with, he had great customer service skills. They don’t try and price gauge and they give a detailed, itemized breakdown of their repairs and quotes. They also have a comfortable waiting room, which is great when I have the kids with me and need somewhere safe to sit down and wait for my oil to be changed.

Purchased new set of tires. Chuck was very helpful to get the right tire for my car. Will definitely be going back there for more services.Store was very clean.

I called ahead to plug a tire and was told the tech couldn’t get to it for at least 1 hr+. I arrived prior to the time I was told and was informed the tech my had left for the day. I should have, and now will, go elsewhere for this and future service.

Nail in tire fixed fast.

Had just open new. Stopped in and asked where the air station was. Was told to just pull up to the first bay door. An attendant came out with an air hose with gauge, checked all 4 tires to the proper pressure. Outstanding! No charge!

I went there today and was not acknowledged. The person on the phone looked up at me and didnt have the decency to at least put up one finger as a gesture of one minute. He looked at me and dropped his eyes and after a minute or two I left and went to another Complete Car Care establishment and was greeded warmly. Customers Service training needed.

They had the tires I needed at a fair price. Same day service. Took about hour and half to put 4 new tires on and balance. Just good overall experience.

Wasted a lot of time and money here. Was assured my check engine light was a faulty o2 sensor and that kias just burn oil. Was advised to go 3x the mileage between oil changes than what kia recommends. They sold me a fuelsystem clean to fix a problem that was never fixed. Was quoted one price for an AC motor repair and charged almost $200 more for it - they gave me 2 free oil changes to make up for the price difference but I dont think Ill be back to use the 2nd one. Just a year after buying my car, I had to sell it and get a new one because there was so much damage to the engine from poor ownership and the o2 sensor issue became a snowball effect, along with them not telling me I needed a new fuel pump. I went in for a new battery and thought the starter sounded bad and was assured it sounded fine. Come to find out I need a new starter, like I thought. Took my car into kia and they gave me a list of all the problems that I should have been dealing with since I first went to firestone in feburary. I feel cheated and toyed with and nobody I know will be back here. It sucks because I can literally walk to this location but now Ill be servicing my new vehicle at the dealership 20 minutes away

Helpful information at no cost.

New tires on my travel trailer, changed quickly, price ok. Staff are polite, efficient. Workshop and yard could do with tidying and sweeping (frequently).

Poor job balancing wheels. The car had always had stick on weights in the center of the rim. I went there and they used pound on weights only on the inside rim. It shakes on the highway. Poor job. Ill go back to Sams, they balanced them correctly with no shake.

It was late Saturday afternoon when we realized our brakes were bad. We were scheduled to leave at midnight for a 1400 mile trip. Firestone was able to schedule is for 8:00 am Sunday morning and had us on the road by 10:30. Best of all, the price was reasonable and customary. Thank you Firestone.

Brought car in without appointment for oil change and I got it right back I had to wait inside there but they drove it to change the oil but it was changed in half hour

Very friendly atmosphere

I wanted to give this place a good review initially because the guy who helped us set our appointment was extremely nice. HOWEVER, I set the appointment for 4 new tires (which i had to purchase elsewhere because they didnt have them) and an alignment. We needed the new tires because the alignment was so bad that the previous tires were worn unevenly causing the car to wobble. The appointment was for 3 the car wasnt done til almost 5 and all they did was put the tires on. No respectful mechanic would allow that to happen without an alignment right? Nope this place took almost 2 hours with an appointment to put just the tires on. They skipped over the alignment I asked for and sent us on our way. My advice? Dont come her unless you wanna hold their hand the entire time.

Got my alignment done and tires rotated was in and out little over an hour glad they had an appt for Friday afternoon 5 PM worked was leaving out of state wanted to make sure was ok to make the 18 hour drive

The Service Manager, Melissa and the Store Manager, Chuck are completely professional and very honest. Their values really show through their work ethic and job knowledge.Mark did a very fantastic job on my car. I only came in for one service, but due to the complete honesty of each person I have mentioned, I decided on several services to maintain my car.This business cares about the customer and gives complete satisfaction. I will definitely be a regular to this establishment.

I made an appointment online for oil change and tire rotation for a specific time, and to try to take advantage of contactless service. When I pulled up, exactly on time, up to the garage doors, three guys working there just started at me! So....forgoing contactless service obviously, I went inside. I had to give the same information I used when making my appointment on the website again, and then they said they’d get right on it. I went shopping across the street and when I came back my vehicle was still parked in the same place. I decided to leave. What’s the point of making an appointment???

Cost was higher than original estimate, they ordered the wrong part, returned car with grease marks on the inside door and on carpet, never repaired one of the items.

This shop was there when I needed it! It was a weekend, and my cars tire sounded funny. With my regular shop closed on the weekend, I needed service ASAP. At Firestone, Chuck quickly tightened my tire, eliminating the issue. He was very polite, and even though he wanted to know my regular shop, I declined to mention it, and he was understanding.Its great that Firestone has weekend hours and great service. Its a good shop - clean, friendly, and professional. Theyll do well!

Love this location went in for alignment fo usually about 45 mins to an hour was out in about 30 mins nice friendly employees everyone seems to want everything done usually within an hour before Christmas lets be patient people Merry Christmas

The service at this store was the best! Traveling north to Tn. early a.m. on Feb. 22, a Saturday and the belt that supplies power to everything on our truck suddenly was gone. Found this store listed on Google maps, called, Chuck answered, we made it there, Alex checked the truck, replaced two bad parts and a new belt. In at 7:27, out at 8:20 on the road again. Chuck and Alex, Good people and Great service.

Inferior service with rookie service techs, inexperienced service advisors and poor management. See for yourself. Call them and see what kind of service you get on the phone as well as when youre there in person. Buyer beware.

This Firestone Location helped me out on short notice. The staff is friendly and professional. The prices are good too. While I was checking out i saw a man come of the highway who had a flat trailer tire that needed replacing, Firestone was 10 minutes till closing but they went above and beyond and helped out a fellow man. I would do business here again most definitely.

I was planning a trip out of state and needed some last minute checks & work on my truck. Melissa & the crew are AWESOME! I got a flat tire yesterday ( February 22) and ended up getting to firestone about 10 minutes before they closed. I fully expected them not to be able to do it until the following day and planned to pick it up in the morning. But, the guy at the counter couldn’t have been nicer and was happy to just do it right there and get me on the road. I’m happy that these guys opened.

What a breath of fresh air this place is!!!! FINALLY a place that fixes something right the first time!!!!!!!!! I had a wheel bearing problem that a Monroe muffler in Rhode Island jammed the sensor and these guys here caught sight of and that in turn fixed my braking problem. Also had 2 other wheel bearings bad in the back and now my car rides like new again!! Thank You Chuck and the staff for doing such a great job on my car!!!! There is a lot of integrity at this location and that is awesome because there is not enough of that going around in this world these days!!

Melissa has done work on both my cars and Sunday found problems to our Kia Forte which she had fixed to make our vehicle safe again. I switch from where she was working back to Firestone which has maintained my vehicles for many, many years in Connecticut where I lived most of my life. Im very happy to know that Melissa will be making my cars a priority from this way forward. Im also so happy with her I have recommended Firestone to 2 friends of mine who will be using them as well in the near future.
