Employees that actually care about there customers and always go the extra distance for them with such things like free snacks and coffee as well as going in-depth with explaining problems and visually showing me the issues with my automobile not to mention the time they had to order parts and weren’t able to get them till the next day so they drove me home and let me stop at the store to get milk for my kids then picked me up the next day when the car was finished . The staff is the same set of faces I see every time I come in and have my automobile serviced they all seem to truly enjoy there place of employment unlike most places that when you go it’s a new batch of workers every time . I want to say Thank you to Steve and his highly skilled crew for being such a wonderful addition to our lovely community in port Charlotte. You cannot beat Grease Monkey for prompt service and quality. But, there is OVERKILL on trying to sell you things beyond the oil change that borders on abuse. Example, someone who spoke broken English was pressured to buy three or four things he could not afford. Not good. Perfect example: I had personally replaced my AIR FILTER five days before I got my oil changed. They actually SUGGESTED that I needed a NEW AIR FILTER. Be careful Grease Monkey--despite the quality of your work you might be accused of SCAMMING people. Word gets around. Nuf said.

Wonderful quick service. Very polite technicians. I really liked that they didnt recommend any unnecessary upcharges like a lot of these places do. Customer waiting area and bathroom were VERY CLEAN, smelled nice and they even offered snacks, water and coffee. The most pleasant oil change experience I have ever had!

Great experience called very early in the morning and they told me to come right in literally only took about 20-25 minutes and I was in and out with no problems great overall experience!

I needed a compressor for ac unit. Went to 3 different companies and I was blown away with the estimates. Had an oil change and as far as I can tell, everything is fine with that. However.....DO NOT have your brakes done there. Owner got us in pretty quickly which was great. We were leaving to head back home to MI and needed it done. Started having trouble half way home. Brought it to a shop and it was missing the front passenger caliper pin. Damaged my wheel....not to mention how unsafe driving almost 2000 miles pulling a small trailer. A week later driving home from work and truck made a horrible noise.....fiance looked at it and guess what.....SAME THING!!! This time back passenger side....again unsafe and damaged that wheel too. Do not let them touch your brakes!!!

Everyone at this location is so friendly and always willing to help. I love this place. They keep track of everything for you, so, theres no guess work of... What kind of oil do I use; when is the last time I had my filters changes; do I need anything; is there any type of recall on my vehicle. And best of all, they are in board with all the manufacturers warranties, so youll never have to worry about voiding a warranty due to not taking your car back to the dealership, where you have to wait forever. Oh, and, did I mention... How fast there service is? Im usually in and out before 30 mins.. And, bonus!!! They fill your fluids and vacuum your car. I love this place!!!!

Not sure about there service. But theyre car wash is a rip off. The car wash is $10.00 for basic wash and the car was doesnt even have a blower to get the water off youre car or truck.

Told me I needed a synthetic oil change in my vehicle, never told me that conventional oil was an option. Never told me cost. Charged me $70+ for something that should have only cost $40. Beware, they will lie to you in order to upsell.
