Very rude and unprofessional! I showed the women a clear picture of how I wanted my nails and this is what she gave me. When asked if she could shape them better she got an attitude and started to be rude and nasty. No class whatsoever. No one else asked what the problem was or if they could assist in any way. It was an all around horrible experience, if I could leave 0 stars I would.

Very bad customer service and if ur a man prices change than whats quoted to u I will never go back again

Worst place to come every time I walk in they have an attitude when you asked for a soak off they give you attitude not only they give you attitude they talk about you for no reason. I do not recommend this place at all if I can give them zero star I will be glad too

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Went in for a full set, came out with chiclets for nails. Not neat, very thick, paint was extremely messy. I told her in a nice way, I didn’t like them and she threw a fit saying I should have told her before i wasted her time. I then asked if I could please soak them off. She told me to go somewhere else to soak them off. I told her I’m not leaving until you soak my nails off. She charged me $10 to soak them off. At that point I just wanted to leave, so I agreed. DO NOT GO HERE.

I really loved it, the customer service was amazing. And the shop was very nice and clean. My nails and toes look amazing.

I came to this spot the beginning of the year. I fell in love with TIO. He is kind, gentle and he listens. This is not one of those salons that give you what they want. What ever you want they provide and I love that.

Lee is an excellent Nail Tech but his other techs suck in pedicures. I have to show them each time how to do a pedicure. He needs new staff for pedicures

I had a good experience, but it was shameful that they didnt say hello or good bye to any of their customers. Wait times should have also been specified before. Not the best customer experience 😕
