Love love love Sams Club. It was my first time going into the warehouse but not my wifes. My wife and I were able to get everything we needed for our home for a whole month in one shopping trip. Everything was so easy to find and the price was just right for everything we bought. Spent over $600 in one trip for supplies that will last us for more than a month possibly. Plus, my wife got all the personal things she needs to last her for a while. I mean, honestly, where else can you buy a pack of soap that will last a month or more for a family of 4. Will definitely be going back next month to stock up again. Thanks Sams for adding selection to my life.

I always come here for gas as they have the cheapest premium price. This morning I was rudely yelled at, not greeted, by a woman attendant who had a nasty attitude to tell me that the system is down. I wasn’t the only person that this woman had a nasty attitude with. A shame that one employee can cause Sam’s club to lose customers since this woman conducted herself like a see you next Tuesday.

Its a standard wholesale warehouse. I have been a member and shopped at three different wholesale clubs in the past: Sams, BJs, Costco. Generally, I prefer Costco the most, but the difference between all of them are so negligible that it doesnt really matter. I dont think Sams is worse than Costco in any meaningful way. Its alright and has decent prices.I also enjoy going through the app and skipping the checkout lines.

The inventory is hit or miss. The bakery provides the best service. The change in opening time for preferred business customers has to go back to 7am. It was moved to 8am which is too late since we have our own businesses to get to. The trip to Costco may be worth it.

Many options and choices. Store is clean & organized. Loved the Christmas Ribbons! The price was great for 50 yard rolls!

This place continues to get worse and worse. I travel over 45 minutes to shop at the nearest warehouse chain, only to get tuned away at the door for not being a prime member. Ill let you enter to upgrade your membership so you can shop otherwise you have to wait. Im not waiting for 45 minutes while customers are walking in and out when I already pay a membership fee. Lady was rude and not understanding. Not to mention when I have been inside in the past everything is picked through, unorganized, produce looked so, so and the meat is over priced. My advice for locals. Travel an extra 45 minutes to Costco.... Straight up, turned away at the door from what would have been a $1000 grocery/ household list. Unreal.

There is no point to get an appointment.They are so slow and not working like pro.bad customer service too.They must do something for improving customer service.

Easy shopping, quick check out

Its Sams Club. Great prices complimented by friendly workers. Get the business card membership and you get extended early hours and free coffee. There are great clearance items. The floral department is outstanding. But nothing beats the $5.00 rotisserie chickens, hot and ready to eat... Except maybe the $1.50 1/4 lb and 32øz drink combo!!

I love the consistency of warehouse shopping. I hate sales at ShopRite and the damn cards. Still not as good as Costco but a close second. 25 yr plus member.

Unfortunately this Dams store did not have the items that I was looking for. As a traveler I am able to visit stores in several states and find differ5products in the different stores.

I just had the best customer service experience with Scarlet. She mad a difficult situation very easy. Nice store clean and helpful staff.

The store had good stock. Checkout staff was awesome. The only issue we had was the employee in the bakery that had a major attitude when she was asked where the promotional item was located that came with the new membership, she rolled her eyes and said I dont know. You need to go ask Memeber services. I told her MS said you would direct me, she said nope, IDK.

I found my items, the store is clean people polite doing their work . And the most import thing for me was not crowded. Few people was very good. People at the pharmacy very nice .

3 stars for the customer service in the tire department guy with dreds .lady in front was yelling at a customer only went there for tires . Only 1 selection witch was really bad.

My experience in Sams was superior; I was in that store for about 10 min and was asked 4 times if I needed any help. One person even offered to find me a cart. The check out counter is sooo easy, its a pleasure how they figured that part out!

Terrible.every time id visit the Rottisseri area i seen to have problems with employee that,wants to have some kind of a fight..

Got some delicious, soft wheat hoagies roll, very large succulent rotisserie chicken for $4.98 you cant beat that price. Will last three meals. Got 2 of them.And of course, perfect, sweet peaches. You get the best when you shop at Sams. Will go back to buy more rotisserie chicken. Such dinner helper for a career woman.

Not enough registers opened which created long lines that slowed down shopping process this was in the middle of the day.

I got my tires mounted and balanced 2 months ago, I’m dissatisfied that they used clamp weights when I have chrome rims and had stick on weights because I balanced the tires myself (I am a mechanic and have access to a balancer and did the job no problem) and my steering wheel didnt shake, now it shakes over 60, my rims have markings where they placed the weights, and took 2 hours to do a job that should only take a half hour, (.5 for flat rate) these are all issues I had 2 months ago as soon as they did their job I just never felt the need to mention it until I saw the marks start forming around the weights now. Them putting clamp weights on the chrome clearly shows lack of experience and shows the lack of effort the “tech” has to not have cared and not do the job the way it was done before

That is a amazing store they have everything

They have both everything and nothing here. You can buy a tv, beer, groceries, etc. But if youre looking for something specific thats where the problem arises. The staff is this stores saving grace. When I needed help they were not only very knowledgable but very patient and cheerful. Since when Im shopping for myself Im just looking for the cheapest thing I would honestly consider getting a membership to here but as an instacart shopper Id prefer to avoid this place

Sams clubs are all the same. They have a lot of everything. It has not been as busy the last few times I went there. Only con is to try and avoid on weekends. It gets busy and seems a lot of people bring their kids, their neighbors kids and maybe their kids kids cause there are a lot of kids!

The store is almost completely rearranged so plan on wandering about finding what you came for. In the end we found everything.

Tried out Sams Club today. Came with my mother to see how much we can save by buying some items in bulk. And man do they have some good deal. If you have the big family you can save some money or business. Membership desk is right by the entrance. Quick and easy sign-up. Staff was very knowledgeable and they have a little restaurant inside which is very affordable a meal for less than $4 for one person. They serve fresh chicken and have a bakery, fresh produce and a frozen section. Plus a wide range of electronics, furniture and books. You must check it out as this place is always got alot of people here!

Not good today. I had the girl at the register her helper and the floor person or lead not know how to add $20 cash to the check I was paying with! I go to Sams at least once a week and never had this problem. Those people should have better training

Never had problems with this until today. I called them at 1:15pm to ask if they will be able to change my tires today. They said they have 4 hours wait. I said I am okay to wait as long as I can get my car back today. The person is like oh we are closing at 730 so dont bring your car today. Thats 6 hours but they refused to help me. What kind of business moto is this? I hope Management sees this and get back to me.

Was just at Sams club in egg harbor. Employees that were helping us were so mean. She said she was risking her life 4 us and she wanted 2 go home. Other 1 was just so mean tell us she did it rt when she charged are card twice. No renewing are subscription with them at all and will never return. Costcos will have are business now.

Bulk Shopping at reasonable prices.

The Sams club app has a UPC scanner in which you can ring up your own order and show the QR code to the person who checks receipts at the door. This makes shopping so much more efficient. World-class store though. Great prices and diverse selection of good products. Their generic stuff such as food and clothing are of high quality as well, which is strange, because Walmart generic food and clothes are garbage quality (they have the same parent company).

I believe for monthly grocery its best option. Those things which can last for whole month ( e.g water. Cooking oil etc) have lowest prices. Low prices is a PLUS. But sometimes they don’t open that many registers which give longer waiting time for customer which is negative. If we talk about location i think its a perfect location

I have been a regular member here for many years and am very happy with my experiences. The customer service is phenomenal. The staff is just so friendly welcoming. The store offers free samples of a lot of their products so you can try before you buy. The prices are normally great for what you get. The prepared food you can buy there is very good too. I would definitely recommend switching here from BJs and Costco.

Went there today n was very surprised to see how many people were there shopping. I found that alot of the shelves were empty dont know if it was because of the day or time. I dont think I will be going again on a Monday or at the beginning of the month? Wasnt able to get everything I needed

Good selections. Fresh meat selections are very good and competitive prices.As of 12/2019 I have reduced my rating. The removal of the photo department kiosk is a benefit lost to its customers. The on line service is limited. For example... you no longer have the ability to scan pictures

Huge selection at great prices. I never knew you could get things in MEGA packages before. Come with a list and stick to it. If not, you’ll be walking out with several more things than you expected. (Of course, you needed them... just forgot to put them on the list.). The rotisserie chicken and baked goods are AWESOME.

Always a nice experience coming here! On the weekends its like sample galore so you can try a lot of the products that you wouldnt normally buy bulk! We shop here because we have big family reunions and it just makes sense to buy everything in bulk. Not to mention the combined convenience and savings when buying every day items!

It was my first time buying tires there and it was a waste of my time. I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for them to put the tires on my car, just because they said that they were apparently “short on staff.” It’s ridiculous. I would understand if it took them an hour, but almost 4 hours waiting is not acceptable. Now I am for sure never buying my tires from here ever again.
