I’m Jennifer Herrera, Randa colored my hair only once a year if that.she would complain about how long it would take i have been going to her for 10 years about but didn’t always have a lot of money so when i did get my hair done it would be like a nice treat for me and Randa knew this about me!!!!!I tried to send her pictures of what i’d like to get next which aid your profession is doing hair her words was “Thats too hard”!!Like isnt it Randas profession to do colors and cuts???I tried for months to call her text her message her on instagram she not only never answered for me,she never got back to me even when i offered to pay her more just so i can get my hair done!!!So I strongly recommend NEVER Going to Randa S. She’s so unprofessional she should be fired !!she did my hair last time i asked for pink streaks she usually did it every year for me but seems that the last time she did do my hair she was careless cuz my hair was all magenta pink when it was supposed to be multi-color blonde too but i never complained,she’s a beauty school drop out sorry not sorry!! 😠so glad i found another wonderful lady that never complains and gets back to me right away!!”Randa is an aweful beauty school dropout!!✌🏽

What a fancy hair salon .. I dyed and perm done with Ritz it was very nice he nailed it His very good at perm and color you should look for Ritz for your stylist. i like it very much my friends said it looks nice. Ssoonie is the best stylist in this hair salon. Look for Ritz for your stylist for perm and color. He will taking care of you nicely and kindly. Ssoonie is the best!! I like Ritz style!!!

Took my young daughters here for a haircut. The stylists made the girls feel welcome and comfortable. Very important when trying to have a smooth evening with little ones!

Ive been going there to Teresa for about 10 years because shes the best. I show her a picture as reference and she does it perfectly. I have tried multiple places in SF that are more expensive and they cant cut it close enough to the reference pic.

This is my favorite hair place. Leslie is fabulous at both cuts and color. Parking is good and the salon is super cute!

3/28/15 Stylist: Krystelle M. RainWish I had seen the deal for cut and highlights, but I saw a cut and conditioning coupon online and that was a terrific deal for $30 - especially because Krystelle did an excellent job! Ive loved my cut all week, and especially when I went to style my hair on my own. Her layers fall in the right places, giving my hair the most volume.Krystelle was really friendly during my visit to Hair at the Ritz. We chatted while she gave me an amazing shampoo/conditioning, and all through the cut. She spent a long time blow drying my hair and I finally understood why there are blow dry only salons. Her hair blow drying skills are amazing - I guess youd have to experience a really awesome blow dry styling to get it. She seriously styled my hair with just a brush and hot air.I mentioned that I want brighter highlights when summer comes around, and she told me this is her favorite thing to do. Good to know! Based on the cut she gave me, Id trust her to do a fabulous job with the highlights too.
