I used to think this was somewhere I could bring my young daughter to safely and professionally get the needed dental work. During the recently scheduled appointments set by Bee Happys, we where informed multiple times that our appointment times had changed after already arriving at the originally agreed upon time. My daughter has been in pain and was denied dental work due to the lack of communication and accountability of this work environment.

The office staff is always so pleasant and professional. You feel right at home right when you walk in. Dr. Heidi is so nice and makes the kids feel comfortable, my toddlers didn’t even mind while she looked in their mouths. I felt like everything was explained very well and I didn’t leave concerned or with any questions. I recommend Bee Happy to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

What a gem! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by warm smiles, to the kind assistants who talk to the children through every step of the procedures, to Dr. Heidi who treats both parents and children with respect, this is a remarkably good way for children to begin their dental experiences. The whole office (from the waiting area well-stocked with toys to the colorfully inviting dental seats with cartoons playing in the ceiling to the rewards for children participating as best as they can) is designed for children to feel welcome and safe. Dr. Heidi non-judgmentally coached us through thumb sucking, pacifier use, and cavity prevention. She consistently comes up with creative and fun methods to help children who are scared. We have 4 children who all initially refused to open their mouths at the dentist who now happily hop up into the seats for their dental treatment thanks to Bee Happy. We feel especially grateful to have such a highly skilled pediatric dentist in our smallish coastal community.

This place is not what its cracked up to be! We have had 7 year battle with these people. We originally came to Heidi for a tooth extraction! We expressed our childs situation of uneasiness with these procedures. I video taped the entire procedure and was even granted permission in the video to do so! We had agreed on sedation. Then at the last minute she decided not to sedate. The entire process was traumatic for my son. Afterwords we agreed never to return. To our surprise a few months later we were billed for sedation. We called and stated that we would be contesting these charges. To which we Received no court date for. we believed that this was over. However much to our surprise we received a collection notice in the mail about 7 months ago. a ruling from the court when we contacted mrs Pauls about the situation she ordered a cease and desist from the collection agency on the grounds that I had video evidence of a different story. Then today we received another collection notice from Heidi Pauls. to which I responded to her office and both of the women on the phone that we had spoke with today were very rude. after calling the collection agency they hung up on us. unfortunately theres a lack of professionalism at this location and I dont recommend anyone utilizing bee happy childrens dentistry. When I mentioned I would be sharing the video on social media the office assistant stated to me on a recorded call remember where you work! threatening my position at my job.

I have worked with Dr. Pahls on a regular basis for about four years. She has been nothing but caring, compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to take care of her patients.She always strives to do what is right. I would have complete confidence to have her treat my children.

Dr Heidi is very thorough and treats her patients as if they were her own. Just as any parent would show respect and support for the whole family not just the patient. I would highly recommend her ! She and her staff are friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

The doctor, assistant and all of the staff was so friendly with my high energy 5 year old. The office is clean, comfortable, kid friendly and fun! He is excited to go back.

I have been working with this office for over 4 years, and I find this staff to be honest, informative, efficient, safe and fun. Dr Pahls is a caring, well trained pediatric dental specialist that does an amazing job; and does what is best for the patient. She, and her staff, take care of their patients as if they were her own! Thanks Dr Pahls for bringing excellent pediatric dental services the area!

Dr. Heidi and the entire office are professional warm and caring. I would readily have my grandchildren treated in this office. I work with many pediatric dentists in Oregon and Washington.

Have been taking my son here for years I have never once had a bad experience everyone who works here is fabulous and so good with my son! Such a great experience from start to finish! The staff were all friendly and informative. This was my daughters first visit and they all had such patience with her. Dr Heidi was very nice and answered all my questions, I really liked her!

The staff at Bee Happy Childrens Dentistry really knows how to communicate with kiddos and parents alike. The TVs and goodie bags and special treats are always such a joy for my daughter. She looks forward to going to the dentist and Dr. Heidi is the best! They are knowledgeable, fun, caring, and happy, everything you want in a kids dentist experience. I wish I had an experience like this when I was a kid maybe I wouldnt be so terrified of Dentistry. Lol
