Very harsh and unprofessional. Constantly judging other artist’s work even when theyre not bad.Clients earn you a living and when you make fun of them or are being harsh at them acting like you’re better than them... well it’s not very nice, is it?Also, its nice quoting the bible and everything but its also so easy for you to judge other people which is very ironic. Learn to actually be nice and you’ll receive the same back.

I had such high hopes for William, but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I called Thursday afternoon to request a nail appointment, I was able to reach William by phone and he instructed me to text him my name and when Id be available, and he would get back to me. Well, I did and then waited 4 days completely unanswered, I dont know why Ive run into and keep running into so many business owners like this out in Concord, but its common and its frustrating. Unorganized and incapable businesses hurt the customer, not help them. Sad to leave this but I shouldnt be treated like that and wouldnt be treated like that if there was responsible and reliable staff instead of one whom doesnt respond to clients.
