They reuse gloves on people, they flipped the gloves they used on me after my pedicure was done and put them on the cart to use for the next person instead of throwing them away. They left my toe nails completely different sizes. Just all around bad

When I was doing my nails, the woman bleeds my left thumb, and she did not apologize at all. Pretending like nothing happened. I did 8 fingers with white and 2 fingers with glitter, she asked for $75 total and said because she designed it. I was like huh? Where is the design?? Don’t go here.

Cash Only spot that doesnt inform you of that. Lucky for them and next door store, they get cash and I get to pay another $3 to get cash. Too slow, 2 hrs for manipedi

Always pressuring for you to get more, and it isn’t even that great. They do not take cards, so you have to inconvenience yourself by leaving to get cash. THEY REUSE THE WAX FOR PEDICURE. No more for me.

This place is great. The women are nice and they have a great variety of colors to choose from. I usually call ahead on my way over just to make sure they can take me but just walking in is fine too. Regualr mani + pedi costs about $38 + tip. The spa chairs massage well and are in good condition.

Best manicure and pedicure for me. Prices are competitive with other salons. Clean, partitions at all stations. Request Julie or Lily. They pay attention to your needs.

They are very pleasant people. I’ve been coming here since opening and I love it! My husband and I have made it a bi-weekly date because they’re always greeting us and welcoming us with open arms. They also always embrace our children of which I love! When I walked in today she already knew what exactly it was that I as getting.

Tried this nail spa for the first time today, Julie, Kim and Hannah all treated me like a Queen today. Received excellent customer service. I am new to the area and found them online, their Yelp reviews drive me to select them and they were accurate. I will definitely be back!

This woman pressured me into getting the dip powder on my nails instead of gel. Would not stop insisting. Then took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails!! After the first 1 hour I asked how much longer and she said 30 minutes. She lied. So she’s doing my nails and i asked for the coffin shape. She proceeds to file for 20 minutes to a horrible rectangular shape. I asked a second time and SHOWED HER A PICTURE, and she still couldn’t shave them down to the right shape. Also 2 of the acrylic tips were CROOKED! To make things even worse, while she’s trying to file my pinky nail she literally cuts my pinky with the nail file. All she said was, “oh sorry”. 5 days later, I returned to get my acrylic nails off because the top coat was peeling off and one of the nails had broken. She took it off and gave me gel and still CHARGED THE WHOLE PRICE. I am extremely disappointed in the service and the product.

Love this place! Great prices, and the best part is that I’m out of there in an hour or less. I get gel fills every 2 weeks and have not had to stay for more than hour. They do a great job.

The workers are very friendly! I loved the way my nails came out and when they were doing my feet peticure I wanted to fall asleep because they massage your feet to. Defiantly recommend this place to everyone!

Today was my second time there. The first time I was there, the lady that did my nails kept on pressing too hard with the drill and my nail kept in heat up and burning. I’ve had my nails done for over 20 years now. That lady is rough! They have the happy hour and I was not offered it after I was done and I forgot to ask. When I called back to ask if it’s offeres with all services, she said yes. When I told her that I was there during the happy hour she was acting like she didn’t understand why I was saying. I kept on explaining what happened and then she finally said to ask to be reembursed next time I came in....really? How would they remember??I got her again today. Before I was seated, I had to go to my car to get some tissue and they came after me to tell me that they were ready for me. Came in and waited for a bit. I think they are hurting for business. She was ready for me. Right off the bat, the drill was to hard on my nails. It was hurting just having the clear glaze off my nails. Again, she kept in leaning too hard on my nails and she burned me a few times. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever! She then proceded to clean under my nails....that hurt too and she was cleaning for way too long.I had a fill today which costs 25$. I mentioned the happy hour, she quoted me 28$. I asked why 28, it’s listed for 25. She said I had the clear coat put on. I had that on the last time and she didn’t charge me extra. I was never charged for the clear coat before.I will not go back to them. I don’t believe in dishonesty, misleading and trickeryGood luck to youAurora

Bad service, 1st time here me and my cousin and nope I hate it, they hurt both me and my cousins finger by cutting us and he kept going. 1 star is to much to even give. Not recommended.
