They take Walk ins. It was my first time coming here. The gentleman at the front was very welcoming and friendly and offered me a drink. I didnt have to wait, someone was available right away. I got exactly what I asked for, gel nails and I am happy with the results. Nicole was very nice and professional. They have other services like eyebrow waxing that they offer. I will come back

I have been going to Tip to Toe Nails to tears because they always make me feel welcomed. Technicians listen to what you want and really spend time with you. I never fell rushed and am able to enjoy my time. When I select a treatment that includes a message, the message last a good while and I feel that the products they use are high quality. I go for the whole experience not just to add some color to my nails. The owner always inquire ps if you are satisfied, which I appreciate.

I cant say enough good things about Hannah. Shes been my tech for the past 3 yrs. She takes her time providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. She knows my preferences. Its always a pleasurable experience when I see her. I highly recommend Tip To Toe Nails.

The salon is very nice, clean and well maintained. All the appropriate safety protocols are in place and everyone is very nice. Cathi and Mimi are the best. I had gone to the same person for 15 years and didnt think I would be able to replace her, but I was so lucky to find Cathi and Mimi and have been going to them four years now! They pamper me with stone spa pedicures and gel nails and I leave every time feeling refreshed with beautiful nails! Highly recommend.

Came in for a set and my mom a refill. Waiting 10 minutes, someone walks in and they don’t make them wait and take care of them right away. I ask the lady how much longer she said 5 minutes. Another lady walks in for a full SET and she sits her down and starts helping her too.After waiting 20 more minutes I just walk out. As I’m walking out she finally says they’re “ready” with no one looking available in sight.Don’t appreciate being told something but watching two people WITHOUT appointments walk in and get taken care of without a wait.

I have been getting my nails done here for years. It was recommended by another teacher and we are still clients and have both sent many other family and friends here. It is family owned and everyone is always so nice. It is always clean and safe. My favorites are Hannah and Vivían.

I returned after 20 years since my local nail salon restricted their days due to covid. Not only found tip to toe very thorough, the pink and white looks so natural, they clean under the nails so well it remains cleans two weeks later contrary to my old nail salon . I will never go back to my old salon again. the place is so clean, they check temperature too.

Never in over 20 years of getting my nails done have I had a more disappointing experience than I did today. After almost 7 months of not getting my nails done (nexgen/pedi every 3 weeks) due to the pandemic, I decided to give this place a try due to the safety protocols I had heard they enforced (temp check, masks, shields, plexi glass, sanititation between clients, etc.) from several friends. I booked an appointment for myself and my best friend for 330 today and made sure to ask if they had two people who could do our services at the same time due to a time crunch I had. They said it would not be a problem. I get there right at 330 and immediately get seated for my nexgen in a pedicure chair. 40 minutes into it, still no pedicure...no water in the tub, no sign of anyone coming to provide me with a pedicure, just me sitting with my pant legs rolled up. During that time, 4 people walked in and were seated immediately with their pedicures starting. As the lady doing my nails (I didnt catch her name) sliced my fingers 3 times while filing, I was done with this place. Granted she apologized but after the first cut and an ow along with me pulling my hand away you would think she would be more gentle. Instead, she tells me I asked for narrow nails and thats why I got cut. She was in a rush to get my nails done and move on to the next client. 2 more cuts...bleeding, and she still pushes to file my nails. I told her im not interested in a pedicure, Ive waited at this time 50 minutes now with no pedicue in sight and Im unhappy because Im bleeding. Im done. The lady in the front taking temperature checks came to give me neosporin then changed her mind because she said I should wait until my nails dried. She said they could do a polish change for my toes and apologized for the delay. I said no, I wasnt interested They give me my ticket - $42 for the messiest, unprofessional nexgen I have received. I took these pictures as soon as I got in my car. I should have waited longer and found a better place but was sold on the safety precautions and so desparately wanting a relaxing nail salon experience. If something like this would happen and you cut your clients fingers, the least you could do if you dont want to provide a complimentary service or provide a discount as a sign of your apology and committment to your service. Nope. Not only did they not do anything for my current service or a future service, she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Really? I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Still in shock as to the poor customer service and work ethic they demonstrated today.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Owner and her son are awful. The son, Michael, refused to have someone fix a nail for me so one of the techs offered to help and sat me down and he started screaming and would not let her do it. After calling me very disrespectful names and SCREAMING at me throughout the entire salon I paid and walked out.Michael is not worth anyone’s time or money! There are way too many other great places where the owner won’t yell at you 😂WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER.

I love this place. I have had a couple of less then great treatments but whenever I go back those manicurist arent there. I usually have Christine do my pedicures and she does a great job.

When my dad wanted a nail cut as he is a heart patient and cannot bend down, the lady did it for him and did not charge us a penny for it. We did tip her though. It was an act of kindness.My mother also loves going here because she feels loved and welcome here.

I have been going to this management for over 14 years (before it was Tips and Toes) and have had nothing but the best service and friendliest staff. Sometimes I may have an issue but it is corrected immediately and it would not deter me from going here. It is wonderful!!

Good customer service, when in for Dip nails, pedicure and eyebrows wax. The nail tech also did my eyebrows was great, the pedicure for $25 was very basic and could have been better.......I had to lotion my own feet before leaving lol

This has been my go-to nail salon for a while but I will not be returning. They do not listen to what their customers want. I was asked if I wanted my nails to be cut and I said no, I wanted to keep as much length as possible. She still reached for the clippers and I had to repeat myself. Then, she filed them down so short that they are painful. I told them afterward that I was upset with the length and they just wanted to argue and make excuses for deliberately ignoring me.

I havent been in this location before, I called them ask a question and a guy answered my phone and he was 100% rude to me, I was on the line less than a minute and he said in a very rude way that dont call us anymore, I was shocked because I was asking my question in a very nice way but he answered my question by dont call us anymore.The worst customer service ever. Ive never seen anyone like this before. So rude.Ill never go to this location even if they have a good price or theyre good at their job . Customer service is the first and most important thing

They do a great job and you really get your moneys worth, whether you are doing a basic or the works. My regular manicures always last longer than any other place Ive been too.

This place is the worst nail shop I’ve been to. I’ve been here a couple times and each time has been a disappointment. The lady at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. My 16 year old daughter went in with an appt scheduled with Vivian, they put someone else on her nails. Since my daughter isn’t confrontational she just went with it, as she has done before. They stated they could produce an ombré look and it was nothing ombré about it. I asked that they fix it and they said they couldn’t because they were closing! So I either pay 60 dollars, or they can soak them off! Unbelievable!!! Horrrrrrrrrrrrible experience....... I would never recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off taking some baking soda and a brush, fake nails, and polish and the end result is the EXACT same. Highly disappointed.

My first time at this salon getting a pedicure, the manager is the rudest man ive ever met. I was not told the french pedi was more expensive so i was charged extra. 30$ and it doesnt even look like french. and whats worse is i asked for a pink base and his worker didnt do that either. i was very unhappy and when i asked for compensation he laughed at me and said you dont have to ever come here again. worst pedicure experience of my life definitely do not go here they are incredibly rude. the manager especially and the workers do not speak enough english to understand what youre telling them you want. i got charged for a pedicure that wasnt cleaned properly or done well. i am a very upset paying customer who was told to not come back because i was unhappy with the result, and was not shown the respect i deserve. do not go here. i would give it zero stars if i could.

I have not gotten anything done here besides a manicure and pedicure so I can not speak for any of their other services but they give great mani-pedis. Love this place, the prices are not bad and the staff is really friendly.

I just spent $65 on the worst massage I have ever received. Seriously, the girl that worked on me had obviously never given a massage in her life. She uselessly *PINCHED* my back and upper arms for an entire hour and called it quits. She couldnt even figure out how to turn on the stereo or dim the lights. I shudder to think what these people might do with a nail file.If you are looking for a spa treatment, go somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE!!!PROS: NoneCONS: Everything -- astoundingly poor technique; use of frigid lotion left me shivering and my muscles more tense than when I arrived; conversation centered around my marital status and whether I wanted a Vietnamese girlfriend made me wonder what type of establishment I was in.
