I’ve been in this nail salon several times. I have to say, the quality of their gel is awesome. It lasts long but if you want french this place is not a good option. They have no idea how to do french!!!

Please don’t come and spend your hard earned money here. They were so unprofessional, all but one person was actually kind. I’ve been eyeing this place for quite some time and I was so disappointed. It took everything in me not to raise my voice after the lady who was doing my nails was screaming at me because I asked a question regarding how sloppy my nails looked at the moment. I wanted to make sure I was leaving with a nice set. I did. It took every ounce in me not to snap. BUT, one solid mama glare did the trick to effectively calm that outburst down. The nails came out nice, however, the woman behaving like a wild animal roaming the streets waiting to get tranquilized by authorities was a complete turnoff. If this is what you’re into, this business is for you. As for me? I’ll take my hard earned cash elsewhere 💅🏽.

I just had my nails done by the sweetest lady, I believe she owns the place. I showed her a picture of what I wanted off of Pinterest and they looked exactly like that and they were perfect. Next time Im in this area, I will definitely be back! Very cute nail salon also.

I have been coming here for years and EVERY person that works here is beyond professional, extremely friendly, and the service is amazing!They always get my nail shape perfect, have great color selections, and have helped me get my real nails beautiful, healthy, and long! I have also had nail art on a few occasions and it’s also been great.I highly recommend coming here if you want great service with friendly people. My wife and I had an appointment at another salon and ended up leaving after not being helped for over 30min. We ended up walking into Celebrity Nail and were immediately helped by Brenda, seated, and served drinks. My technician, Tao, was so great to speak with and I appreciated her work very much. I had a collagen pedicure with Cindy today. It included collagen socks for the whole service and a hot stone massage. The service was the best I have received lately, totally worth the 20 min drive. My feet are so smooth and they feel like new feet. Debbie, the owner painted my feet herself and she was so kind. I was a walk in and I came in while they were close to closing but I still got an amazing job. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has not been thoroughly pampered.

Awful!!! If I could give negative stars I would!! I was getting my nails done and I was yelled at by the lady doing my nails to stop moving and to not look at what she’s doing. She raised her voice at me and then proceeded to get into a yelling match with me when I told her to not raise her voice!! They were so unprofessional! I asked for water and they forgot to bring it to me, but got other customers after me wine. When I said they should remember to take care of their customers, they said they don’t have many employees so it’s okay if they forget. During my service, I was asked multiple times what my nationality was (they said I looked and spoke like an Indian, but I’m not) and she kept guessing because she really wanted to know-Why should nationality come up at all in a conversation?? I didn’t even finish getting my nails done. After getting yelled at, I left! They’re under staffed and will seat you and have you waiting for over an hour. AVOID THIS NAIL SALON!

Oh my goodness, I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a pedicure by Brenda and my eyebrows done by Kathy. These ladies were so fun and relatable! We had a blast chatting and I definitely will only go to this nail salon from now on. 10 stars!!!!

Love the fact that you walk-in they check your temperature and have you wash your hands, very important during this pandemic.I got an Organic Pedicure & Nexgen French Nails Manicure. I have no complaints, it was all wonderful. I am always worried about the outcome of the French nails, but I was not disappointed. I will definitely be going back.

Celebrity nails has been my go to nail salon for over three years. Debbie runs a very clean and organized salon. It is hard to find a salon that truly cares about your nail health and the overall finished product. Debbie and her team definitely do! There are also tons of services they offer and tons of colors to choose from.

YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! My daughter and I tried this business today for the first time. We were shocked at the dishonesty. The menu states that for the Classic Manicure you get a hot stone massage and a hot towel. We did not get either but still paid full price. When we were checking out we asked the owner why we didn’t get all the services listed in the menu and she stumbled around to try to conceal that they had no intention of providing a hot stone massage or hot towel as the menu states. Another employee said they don’t even have hot stones. The whole experience felt shady and dishonest and we would never go back.

I went last Wednesday to have a pedicure and get nexxgen nails done, I placed a appointment for 12pm and when I arrived I still had to wait. All of my first color options were either unavailable or “expensive” (they were not) and the lady helping me treated me as though I had no money (I get it I’m young but I had money to spend there plus some) and had me opt for options that were either cheaper or easier for them to do. I was not offered a beverage once while I was there. The technicians barely spoke to me except to mention that my hair falls out a lot which I felt was very unprofessional on top of that unbeknownst to them I actually understood the language they spoke and heard them make fun of my toes and the fact that I wanted higher priced options yet I “couldn’t” afford it. I came to this salon because it close to my home and had good reviews mostly. I was having a rough week and wanted to treat myself and just relax. I got the exact opposite of that and I will not be returning I would rather drive out of my way for people who actually cared about their clients.

I went in without appointment for nail powder dip. Poor quality job in that the finished product was very thick and uneven and the powder went too far down into my cuticles. I was VERY displeased! The tech must have been new to the job because although I did my VERY BEST to explain to her my dissatisfaction she didn’t seem to understand ….

Horrible!! If I could give negative stars, I would. I called ahead and asked for the price of an acrylic fill for myself and a full set for my daughter. I was told $30 for the acrylic fill, plus a $5 charge for any broken nails (I had one) and $40 for the full set. We arrived and everyone was friendly at first, however it took OVER 3 HOURS to finish our nails, and we were charged $135... not $75 like I was quoted on the phone. Within a week, one of my nails broke and SEVEN of my daughter’s nails broke off! We’ve been getting our nails done for years, and that has never happened! When I confronted the lady who had quoted me the prices on the phone about why we were being charged so much, she insisted on showing me a printed menu of services, which showed a $20 up-charge for gel polish listed under PEDICURE add-ons. I told her we did not get pedicures, but she insisted the $20 up-charge for gel polish applies to all services, which she had never mentioned on the phone. She was extremely angry that I refused to leave a tip on our $135 bill (the lowest tip option was 20% = $27). I would absolutely NEVER go back to this place. Overpriced, poor quality, extremely time-consuming, and very rude!!

Firstly I appreciate the convenient location as it is about 7 minutes away from my home. As I arrived I was greeted immediately. It is clean and they still serve wine unlike other places through this pandemic. Me and my gf pedicure and her manicure turned out beautifully and the personnel are very genuinely friendly. If I could do zero stars I would. I went to this nail salon last week and my visit was not only expensive but unsatisfactory. I requested a specific color for my nails and showed them a picture of what I wanted. They said yes, we can do it. Needless to say, I was sitted and already halfway done with applying the tips, when they communicated that they did not have the color. I had to choose a different color for my nails. I asked for cuffin shape, and received the shape but all of the nails different sizes and some looked bulky and others skinny and croocket. I was not offered anything to drink, but all of the other ladies (assuming they are regulars because they were hugging them) were drinking wine. I was asked about my nationality because I was told I looked and sounded Indian, I am Hispanic (but why was there a need to bring my nationality up for conversation?). On top of everything a nail has already fallen off ($70 visit -including toe nails color change, $55 actual price of the dipped set- and the hand nails are already falling off?). Very disappointed. This is my third time here and will never go back. My first time in the nail salon, I requested long nails and got short ones because the technician saidHe liked short nails because short looked better. Second time was pleasant, I went for a pedicure and it was good, that time I was offered something to drink.

I got my nails done down in Dallas and the next morning decided that they were too long and attempted to fix them myself (mistake!) They were took me right away, filed and fixed my nails to perfection and looked like nothing was ever wrong! The woman that helped me was incredibly kind,I will be coming back here again in the future! Thank you!

They did such an amazing job with my nails, I had to get them fixed after another salon missed and they made a horrible job look perfect. The first time I was here, I had my pedicure done and it was good. The second time I was here, I had my manicure done and I was not asked what I wanted to drink, to start with. I’m not interested in drinking 1 dollar keurig k pod or 4 dollar wine, but just being asked would be nice. Anyhow, the young girl who did my nails removed only the cuticles below my nails (in Turkey, they remove the cuticles all around the nail, not only the ones below). But she tried to dry them as soon as possible, to be fair. I believe when they’re busy, they don’t pay attention to customers because customers are pouring, but other times they’re ok.

I honestly wanted to cry when I left. And so did my mom. We both got nexgen nails. My nails were all different colours. And the tops of them were so uneven it made the shape of the nails look weird. My moms were the same. The one upside is the owner said she would discount them. Which I did appreciate. But over all I wouldn’t go back.

We have lived in Plano for over a year, but we are still looking for a GREAT nail salon...until yesterday. We went to Celebrity Nails and the service was awesome. All the ladies there did a fantastic job. The pedicures were so nice and I love my nails. we have found our new and perfect nail salon!

Absolutely loved the service and atmosphere here! I had to come directly from the airport and was immediately helped and seated (accommodation for my luggage provided right away). Part of me wishes this were my home nail salon, the technicians were so friendly, the salon itself so clean and calming, and the quality of service was superb. I got a gel manicure from Susan (she is the best!) and a pedicure as well. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know passing through and all my friends who already live here.

I just moved to Plano from Miami and this is the first nail place I tried out. I was not disappointed! The place is cute and super clean. Everyone greeted me as soon as I came in and they were all so nice and friendly! I didnt have to wait at all. I got a gel pedicure, as usual, and a full set of solar nails, which I had never tried before. Danny did my pedicure -- he did a great job and the process was very relaxing. (Loved the hot stone!) Susan did my acrylics (at the same time I was getting my pedicure, by the way) and she was the sweetest!!! She made my nails look perfect! They were everything I wanted and more. I will definitely be coming back!

Ive finally found my go-to nail spot! Celebrity Nail is absolutely fantastic! The salon is super clean and incredibly cute. The nail techs are kind, customer-oriented.I opted for the organic pedicure and will never go back. The products smell lovely and dont irrirate your skin whatsoever. It was my first time here after seeing all the good reviews on Google. Instead, was welcomed in and quickly ushered into a chair. The lady who did my pedicure was super great! She didnt rush me, was very gentle, and made small talk. Though next time Ill try to get there earlier! The actual pedicure was great, no complaints.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and will talk to you instead of you both just awkwardly sitting there quietly. They have a menu of services that not only gives you a description of the service and has the price, the pedicures even include an approximate time so if youre in a rush you know which to choose. The prices are also great. Im glad its not over procedure so I can leave a bigger tip, because the service really is that great. Theres also a very large color selection and a great drink menu so I keep coming bad every time. So far Ive had Vicky and Susan and both of them did amazing jobs. I would highly recommend this place if you havent tried them yet.

I believe this location is only good for its frequent clients but absolutely not for any new customers. Advice to this location, be courteous and if you accidentally cut your customer, at least offer them a discount. I will not be returning.

Have always been happy with Celebrity Nails . She takes much pride in and attention to her business, leading an example to her staff, and does her very best to accommodate. Everyone is nice, everyone is human (scheduling conflicts naturally can happen, all within reason and all with solution...ultimately everyone wants to be pleased with service! Clients and staff alike, right?). Celebrity Nails was recommended to me when I lost a longtime manicurist (she changed careers) and I needed to find just the perfect match (or better) for a white French manicure (which is the only color I ever get...Im a creature of habit!) It was not easy to find, but good recommendations are a gift, and Tracy is my girl! Best French manicure EVAAA! 5++++ stars to Tracys nails !

I contemplated for a while between various places to go and get a pedicure. Finally, I decided to try here and theyre stuck with me now. Vicky is who did my pedicure and she was BOMB. She was kind and engaging, but also didnt talk from beginning to end so a great balance. If youre contemplating between here and somewhere else, choose here. You will get the most of your money!

They have Friendly workers and a clean environment. Pedi Chairs are constantly being changed out and updated. My favorite technicians there are either Susan, Loan or Vicky. Susan is fast and she doesnt make your acrylic nails fat, she puts the perfect amount of powder and she is good at designs and flowers. Make sure to make your appointment early.

Wonderful atmosphere, clean and professional. They had a large selection of colors to choose from and the staff was all friendly and professional. There was no pressure to upgrade in a package or get more things done. Highly recommend!!

Linda is amazing! I was in town at a nearby hotel for a wedding and stopped here to get my nails done. Not at all disappointed. I have VERY high standards for acrylic nails and Linda was perfect. Rarely leave 5 stars but this place deserves it.

Susan took care of my poor hands that were in really bad shape, I was actually a little embarressed to go in there because my cuticles were so dry but Susan put me at ease and within the hour my hands were magically tranformed into hands that I wanted to flash everywhere! I have plenty other salons around me but will drive a little out of the way to this awesome nail salon!I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

I went to Celebrity Nails in Plano for the first time this week, and I can honestly say that I received the best pedicure of my life! I try to get a pedicure every month or two and Im typically open to trying new places, but I am completely sold on being a dedicated regular at Celebrity Nails! I have never found a spa that is so clean and classy, gives quality time and attention to each individual and has such outstanding customer service! Its been a week since I went in and I still cant stop raving about it! I TOTALLY recommend going!

I stopped into this nail salon since I was working in the area and was very impressed! I met the owner, Debbie. She just took over this salon recently so all of the old reviews are related to the previous owner. The new owner is SUPER sweet!! She completely remodeled this salon and it is so pretty and relaxing. Debbie seems to really care about her customers and give great service. I will be coming back for sure and would recommend giving the new owner a chance to make you happy :)

Best nail spot I have been to in years. My gel pedicure lasts for over 4 weeks! The only reason I go in is due to my nails growing out. The color remains vibrant and the polish never pulls up from the cuticle.

I dont consider myself a hard person to please, but this was my second experience with them and again, it was terrible. Customer service was lacking, they were not friendly at all. Went for a pedicure and fill in. Was placed in the chair and the lady ran lukewarm water in the basin. So my feet sat in the water for 10 minutes before she decided to put 1/4 of a scoop of foot soak in the water. The technician didnt seem to know what she was doing. She really did a half a__ job with the pedicure and took an hour and 40 minutes. The polish looked like my daughter did it which is not a compliment and my feet still terrible. The only good thing was the hot stone massage. After the pedicure they got ready to start my fill in. I told her no, that it had already taken entirely too long. Then she tried to charge me $35 when Id requested a $30 Spa Pedicure. I also witnessed a customer come in for a 1 p.m. appointment with a specific technician who was not available. After the exchange, it was discovered that no one told the technician she had a 1 p.m. appointment. Completely unprofessional. Even though the location is conveniently close to my office, I will never be back.

Debbie Le has been my manicurist for 20 years. Now she has gathered a very competent group of, well, artists to work with her. (I admit to being prejudiced. Debbie is the best manicurist Ive found.)

I just broke a nail and stopped to get it fixed. They told me they were too busy. The lady who walked in behind me asked, are you not accepting anyone?. They proceeded to tell her they could do her nails. Im not one to play the race card. However, this was the only evident explanation for instantly refusing my service and accepting hers immediately after. I will never return and hope that you wont either. Ill take my very hard earned GREEN money elsewhere.

This place is horrible. I got my nails done for a special trip. I got a gel mani and a classic pedi. My gel manicure started peeling off in 2-3 days. The tips started to show white and the color started to PEEL off from the cuticles!! I have never seen this before - I wish I was in town and could show the owner their shabby work. Completely and utterly dissatisfied- total Waste of money.

What I don’t appreciate was calling to make an appointment, making it very clear that I was pressed for time before scheduling, just to be sitting there for 50 mins. before being helped. Didn’t even fill the or pedicure bowl up with water, just let me sit in the chair with a drink for an hour.

The owner is incredibly unprofessional with her customers. She did a terrible job on my nails and when asked to just fix it, she replied with its Fine then was incredibly rude the whole process after. She rushed me out the door and the work was very rushed.Ive been here a handful of time with a different girl working on my nails and she was great, unfortunately, I wouldnt come back and wouldnt recommend after this experience.

I got nexgen nails here and it was a waste of money. They rushed it, made them uneven at the tip, and bumpy all over. They look awful. They didn’t even use the proper tools to them. This was the first time I’ve come here, and I’m never going back. My mom, who came with me had to wait an hour for her manicure and ended up not getting it because they were going between her and another customer. They do not care about the satisfaction of their customers, DO NOT GO HERE.

While the name is the same, it is under new management and they have updated and refreshed the shop. The staff is friendly and attentive, this will be my go to nail salon as long as it is under this management.

You can’t find a Salon Owner that cares for her clientele more than Debbie! She is kind, accommodating, and does exceptional work - and her staff is just as amazing!

I had an 11.30 appointment for mani and pedi. I arrived on time but they were not ready for me. Several minutes later, I got a seat. The water for pedicure tub for too hot and they kept it running, I noticed it just before the tub was about to overflow and alerted the staff. They took the extra water out and I asked them to add cold water. I kept waiting with my feet soaking until 12.00 but there was still nobody available for me. Finally I got up and left.

Went in for a mani/pedi, I was seated immediately and had a very relaxing experience. The staff is very polite and they are very good at what they do! I will definitely be coming back!

I am so disappointed in this place. I went here 6 days ago to get Nexgen for the first time. I have about 12 friends who get their nails done here as they work in the area. When I arrived o was seated and things were goin great but there was a large party waiting to get services and as minutes went by.. more of the group got much larger. The technician which I believe is the main technician was going on about how they were late and shes glad she didnt shut down for them and why are they so late. But as Im getting my nails done I can tell the work is being rushed, assuming to accommodate their awaiting party. Needless to say today is the 6the day and my nails started looking horrible on day 3. This should not be happening with Nexgen. I go back up to the salon today and let the same lady know Im not happy with my nails and I paid too much for them to look like this within a 3-6 day period. She stared it was my fault because my nails grew too fast. What!?? I understand them growing out a little but the area where its extremely risen, not completely covered, not in the entire bail including the sides of the nail has nothing to do with my growth. So instead of fixing the issue she stated it was my fault. All of my friends have stated they will not return to this place along with myself.
