Seriously, Kayla (Mai) did an excellent job on my nails. She took her time and made sure my nails were shaped perfectly and the polish was cleaned up. Her personality is great! I will be back!

I went to this location for the first time last week. I was the first person to come in with my two girls. Our nail techs got started right away. Well half way through the transaction she left to go get food. When she returned she had more customers she had her mom stopped my feet and continue on working on my hands. When she started working on my hands I advised her that half of them were lumpy she said it looks fine. So I returned on Sunday to get the nails removed she tried to give me 20 dollars back but my bill was 115. I declined because you should be returning more that 20 dollars. My nails still have the dip powder around my skin.

I have been going to this place since 2002, but lately Kim, the owner has been very rude and disrespectful to me. It could be that they are getting too busy and she is stressed out, but it is not my problem. They should be able to say no sometimes and leave more time for the loyal clients they have. I actually like everyone that works there and very disappointed at Kim. This was not the first time she has disrespected me, but for sure would be the last time because my family and I would not go back there.

Love these ladies and Mike. This is the only nail salon I have ever been loyal to. And why? Theyre loyal to me, my sister and my Mom. :)

The lady was really rough with my hand. She made my nails on one hand shorter than the other, so they don’t match up! Some of the people that work there are very nice but the old is very rude and nasty to African-Americans.

Nails kept popping off. Then it turn my real nails green
