Came to this location because it had late hours. Which accommodates my schedule. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience while being there. I walked in and was greeted right away, the employees seemed really nice! But it looked like they were doing renovations in the back, or the place was possibly old. I sat down and showed them a picture of what I wanted. It kind of took them a while to figure out what exactly they were going to do with my nails because of the picture. I sat down towards the back right and the place smelled awful. I don’t know if something died in the walls or the ceiling but my boyfriend with me had to spray cologne in my mask because it was almost unbearable. I’ve never smelled anything like it before. During the next 24 hours my nails became bubbly, their product must have been very old and the person doing my nails didn’t have much knowledge on nail designs so it came out kind of wonky. I have to pretty much direct him the whole time while getting my nails done. And was charged $85 for nail polish that is starting to come off and bubble up. The shape is wonderful but my hair is already getting caught up in my nails.

The experience it self was nice, my only question would be did he throw the jar of dip powder away after using it. He actually dipped my fingers into the jar. I didnt think anything of it as it was a brand new jar. But I wouldnt want to be a patron and have them use a open jar. So th entire experience was pretty good, he drilled into me once which startled me a little.The color was great, the manicure was good. The aftermath on my nails is horrible! So brittle and thin.The eyebrows I had to go home and fix them as they were not even.First and last time I will have my nails done. It has been over a month and I am still working on repairing the damage to my nails.

I usually get my lashes done with Mimi and decided why not do my nails since they were still opened after 8. Love that this salon opens till later than most nail salons in the area, it is super convenient. I dont remember who did my nails, but she was very personable and did very nice work. Very friendly people there! I will definitely be going back here soon (:

I went in trying to have a better day by getting my nails done but it ended up making it worse. The woman I unfortunately got not only seemed extremely new. She most likely wasn’t but it took her forever to find the colors (2) and kept coming back to check if it was right. Frustrating. Then she wanted to argue with me about the color I chose because i wasn’t getting tips and she doesn’t want to do it on natural nails. I told her I wanted anyway without tips and she proceeded to do it the way she want to. Horrible service!!! AVOID!!!! Made her remove and left

Paid $50 for dip nail polish. After 5 days 10 of the nails had lifted. After 7 days 3 of the nails had popped off. Horribly shaped. Was a rush job. Would not recommend.

I have been here a few times and I question why each time. They seem very unhappy with their jobs. I base that on how uninterested they are doing a good job or making it an enjoyable experience for the customer. My daughter and I went because it was 8pm and this was one of the few salons open late. During my daughters pedicure the lady actually unplugged her massage chair. This was way before she started to paint her nails. My daughter made a few comments about it and the lady completely ignored her. 😒I did give them 3 stars because they are open late and in a pinch they will do a decent enough job.

I went to the majestic nail salon for French tip, they did a horrible job and I left to find somewhere else because I needed them done for a wedding the next day, I went to multiple places that couldn’t fit me in so I decided to go to cowboys, I got lucky with my nail tech B ! I can’t say enough good things about her, she was the sweetest, fixed my nails and did an amazing job! I’m obsessed with my nails and her work !

Just ok. Nothing special and overpriced. One of my nails was very thick compared to all the others. It drove me crazy for two weeks until I got a new set. I wont be back there are too many great nail salons in the area.

Customer service was really good and they were very accommodating as I was working on my laptop, taking a work call, getting a pedicure, and manicure all at the same time. however, I got gel nail polish on my fingernails and the VERY NEXT DAY the polish on my thumb peeled off. I paid $111 for all services 20% top included. I’m visiting from DC and won’t be able to go back to have them fix it. I am extremely upset that the quality of their did not match their prices.

I had a great experience. I was being so indecisive even with their huge collection of acrylic nails. Tom (nail tech) actually ended up picking out a color for me, and had other great recommendations as well. I absolutely love my nails, he kept triple checking my nails to make sure everything was even, and portioned right. Money well spent, this is for sure my go to spot from now on.

I asked for a dip coffin cut nails she left product all over my hands taking my old dip off, was filing my nails to hard and cut my skin on my fingers, did not clean my cuticles right left the nail polish all over them, and also left glue on my fingers and they charged me 50 with the coffin shape and they look like straight nails !!!! Definitely would not recommend they will not give you the right amount of money back and my first time there, SAVE your money and go somewhere else !!!!

This is some of the most unprofessional work on my nails I’ve ever seen. I got nexgen dip nails and the lady was extremely rough with me. She left product all over my fingers and hands and didn’t even properly apply the product in the first place, the nails went over my cuticles which left a small gap so my hair got caught on them all the time which usually only happens when they are grown out and the edges were left rough. On top of that I was charged an extra $7 for the design that turned out looking horrible and my total was $57. Apparently tips cost $5 more at this place which would’ve been fine by me if they were at least done correctly...at my regular place these nails would’ve been $45 and done well. She didn’t do any work on my cuticles at all, not even lotion was used, nothing. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I only go there because they offer extended hours, but the job is poorly done by people that doesn’t know how to do it right.I been there around 4 times, again, it’s the only place I can go due to my schedule, but I will not recommend unless it’s your only choice.Honestly just 2 out of all the people there knows what they are doing.

I’ve never had this kind of service IN MY LIFE. This guy hurt me 6 times and didn’t listen to what I requested. I wanted French tips and they are so uneven....when I told him he got upset. Not only this they are foggy and look so gross. I asked for him to put a gem on each finger and he tried then complained that it wouldn’t stick so he wouldn’t do it. He had to redo many nails multiple times...WHICH HURT. I have been to many nail salons that are more than capable of all that I am asking. I was so upset! I’ve been here multiple times and it has never been like this.

I went to Cowboys Nail Bar the day after getting my nails done at another salon. The other salon jacked them up pretty good. They were crooked, bumpy, weirdly narrow, and my hands were very sensitive.Thank goodness, Tom did a great job fixing the disaster that was my nails! He was very sweet, friendly, and skilled. He took his time to make sure he didnt hurt me, and put in extra effort to avoid damaging my already thin nails.Despite the fact that I came in with my nails looking all kinds of cattywompus, he somehow managed to make them look remarkably straight and even. Im very happy, and cant wait to see what a great job he does next time! 🙂

Called to make sure they were not busy they stated yes we are not busy you can come now this was at 7:57pm arrived at 8:06pm when I walked in no one greeted, acknowledged or looked at me, I had to say Hello, is anyone able to help me? Then a women says to sit down and wait its now 8:40pm almost 9pm and still no service or no one even came up to me on how long the wait is theyve helped other customers in the mean time. Very poor customer service.

They told me the wait would be 30 minutes, after an hour, I saw the lady that came in AFTER me getting her nails done! I asked why this is and the employee said it was because I wanted a pedicure and she wanted acrylics! Absolutely awful customer service!

I love going to Cowboys Nail Bar, The girls who work there are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Its a great place for a manicure, and a great place to relax. I wont go anywhere else after having tried their services. i will back here

Unfortunately I will not be returning, I went twice now the first time the nails were pretty good but they broke very easy. I chalked it up to it was probably me moving and unpacking. So I returned yesterday and very unhappy. I had to try and redo my nails myself because they were horribly uneven in length with and size. They go upwards like they are pointing somewhere and no my nails do go that way. Very bad job one nail is already coming off, the nail bed and this was yesterday I got them done I had to reglue, refile and buff out. I told Mimi the things I was concerned about during multiple times and she said she new what she was doing. I got a phone call about my son or would have went right back in and asked her to fix them. But shouldnt have to after spending 75.00 they should be tip top shape without asking. Highly disappointed

First time going here. Went with another girl friend and my 4 year old daughter. She loooved the experience. Will definitely go back. The ladies were super nice and professional. The only complaint would be that they are a little pricey. Especially for tiny toes. Lol

I have gone to other nail spas for years. First time Ive been somewhere and they got the stiletto shape right with no coaching. And fast too! But not rushed. Jenny was focused in. At the end she noticed one thumb was shorter than the other. I said it was fine but she insisted on fixing it. We waited 10 minutes to get seen by someone but that was because theyre so good they were packed and we didnt have an appointment. My daughter accidentally picked brown instead of her desired black. Steven fixed it and said it was no problem at all. Very nice and polite. All the clients seemed very satisfied like me.

First time here and absolutely LOVED it!! Got right in Michelle did a miraculous job on my nails and toes! Helped me pick the perfect shade of red for summer. Everything was so professional and even got the best nails Ive had in my 25 years of living. When I come back to visit from Arkansas, no question on where to go. Thank you so much

I have been a consistent, loyal client of Lilly for a year, and I will not go to anyone else for my nails and lashes. Lilly is such a perfectionist, AMAZING at doing lashes and nails, takes her time, and is so kind and sweet to me during my appointments. When I leave her salon, my nails are ALWAYS perfect and I’m always happy with her stunning work! These are the BEST lash extensions I’ve ever had. I get so many compliments. Even after one year of lashes, my real lashes are in perfect condition. Ask for Lilly for your nails and lashes!! She is suuuuuuper busy so get in her books quickly!!

I should of listened the reviews.. arrived right when they opened, waited for about 5 minutes for nail technician to arrive... decided to do the French tip dip, she managed to be 1hour 20 minutes into it and still not be done and I had to leave for work.. so we agreed I would come back, so I head to work with half finished nails. Come back on my lunch break, it takes another HOUR for her to complete the nails. She drew blood on the side of my nails multiple times, not clean straight lines, and somehow managed to make my nails way shorter than they were from the start. I still gave them a chance thinking maybe they would offer some sort of discount for the trouble. NOPE! $50 for the French tip. WHAT! To spend almost 2 1/2 hours there to get an okay job and now how my fingers hurting on the sides from her!!! Just stay away. Otherwise the place was really just mediocre, seats seem a little older, I didnt see any utensils come out of the sanitized bags.

My family and I went tonight to get our nails done. Very inconsistent on their service not to mention very overpriced. My sister got cut and my tech was very annoyed. He acted like it was such an inconvenience to do my nails. Well sir, it was an inconvenience to over charge me as well. Never again will I be back. Their only benefit is that they stay open late.

She is the sweetest and she is always wanting what is best for you!!! Go check her out. It’s crazy cause every nail tech does a great job!!! Like they are are bomb!! You can’t go wrong! Welp! Survey said that they did a bad job.Total nails peeled completely off at this moment: 5 between both hands. After 3 days.I guess that’s what happens on a Sunday night, hour before close. Still no excuse though— as we are paying for a service.Sad. We come here all the time as a family and spend about $200 collectively. Their late hours are convenient for us. I will have to suggest trying a new place next time.

My sister and I are visiting from Kansas and wanted to find a place for our nails. This is the first place we checked out and everyone was so friendly! Very professional and our nails look great! They were out of our first two color choices but they helped us find a very similar one. My sister chose almond shape but her tech told her she thought she’d look great with a coffin shape so did that instead lol. She was right, a great fit for her! Thanks everyone!

Great service. We had a guys night out and was doing something different and the experience was a blast!!! They had many TVs with football channels. This place also serves alcohol so it was different than a bar except with the nice chair massage.

Nice atmosphere. They did nice job on my daughter, but did not do what she asked. She wanted ambre and I dont think the guy knew how to do it...so he did something similar instead of just letting someone else do it. Id try it again tho for myself since I dont get designs. They stay open later than most.

T.O did my nails and he did an AMAZING job. I’m very picky and I chose a pretty hard color to work with. T.O was very sweet and wouldn’t give up until I was completely satisfied with my nails. I LOVE my bright yellow nails and I will Definitely be back to T.O. The shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They did a great job on my mom and myself. Thank you, Cowboys! I’ve been coming here for 2 years! Stephen and Nikki are my favorites but what I love most about this place is that every nail tech does a good job. From color options to mastering whatever shape I want the technique is exceptional. While I prefer the Cowboy pedicure, I love that I get options and can switch it up from time to time. The staff is efficient and friendly and will engage in conversation or just let you relax.

First time! And my husband and I loved it (he eas just there for company) Marie was amazing! My toes looks cute and she got my eyebrows shaped perfectly! Well definitely be back.

Worst decision ever when it comes to Nail Salon. They rushed on my pedicure only to find out in the daylight that my color on my toes didn’t actually come close to my nails and charged me extra for returning the day to get the correct color. Their exact words from the manager were, “it’s your responsibility to match sure they match and I should requested to have it done be leaving the salon”!!!!

Michelle is the best for nails and Nikki is the best if you are getting your toes done! A tad bit pricey, but they do have a 15 percent off promo deal if you go at a certain time now! Over all I love it here!

Loved the lavender pedicure ❤️ they actually take their time and not rush you, better choices and quality of what you like, and they let you soak your feet and relax before they start, if your not from Dallas, this is the place to go, I paid $50 for 1 hour, you get your moneys worth, a very nice lady I met their recommended this place and thank you to her I would have never known about it!! I was looking for a good nail salon and I have found it. Cowboys Nail Bar is legit. I definitely recommend this to Any woman that wants to be pampered to perfection. Open today! The Cowboy theme works well in here. Staff is nice. They offer a wide selection of services but be prepared to pay more. Pedicures start at $30. However I will say I was pleasantly surprised that there werent any additional charges for services I wasnt aware of. They have about 20 nice comfortable clean spa chairs and a good selection of colors. I will come back and I would recommend this place to family and friends.

A high price for a mediocre job! I spent $70+ for a gel set, mind you my tips were short. I also had cute rhinestones added, since the price tag was already steep, and a couple of those stones didn’t even last a day.Don’t get me wrong, the place is nice and clean. The workers are friendly. But i’m didn’t come here for the atmosphere. I came here expecting my nails to be exceptional.How I see it, if I’m spending well over $50 fora gel set, I should be in love with my nails but I feel very ‘meh’ about them. Ladies, unless you need a nail place ASAP, then come here. If not, then save your coin, make an appointment with an authentic nail tech. There’s plenty out there. Disappointed!

They did a great job, and shaping was awesome, but gel started peeling before 2 weeks. At my regular salon, I can go up to 5 weeks without peeling or chipping.

I was In there last night, and the lady cut my foot open, and decided to just do one massage on one foot/ leg. And wanted to charge me full price. Will never be back and to be honest I want a full refund. The lady just told me we don’t give refunds. That’s fine I will fight this then. Never Go Here!!

These people are vultures- well at least the lady at the register and the two that helped my 14 yr old daughter.I dropped my daughter off at the Cowboy nail off the tollway in Plano, to get a standard- basic manicure and a basic standard pedi. Maybe 20-25 for each service... so upon getting this set up, I left to go get a coffee and come back.. (she was enjoying her little some-what if a spa day... getting ready for her school dance... )So when I left is when they started with all of the up-charging and asking to do certain things to increase their profits... now mind you... I did not approve nor agree to any of this... so when it’s time to check out, they tell me it’s 80.00“I’m sorry, what? Are you joking me? There’s no way!” You told me the manicure was 17 And the pedicure was 23. “How are we at 80?” She said, “we asked her if she want nail dip, and nail powder”. she told me she thought it came with it- they never told her about the fee increase- this type of preying is disgusting!I would definitely not recommend this place. These people are vultures they prayed on my daughters ignorance of the services that should have been provided, and not to mention they were yelling at me when I was challenging their integrity. Never again will I set foot in this place. And I will let everyone that I know about this place. This has got to stop

Total waste of my hard earned money!Service was extremely rushed and sloppy. In the middle of my pedicure, the front desk lady pulled away my nail tech to assist another customer while she attempted to finish my nails. She then walked away after painting one nail to attend to another customer waiting at the front desk. She then came back, forgot where she put the nail polish and went to look for it. When she finally returned, she rushed through painting my nails. A couple of my nails didn’t have nail polish applied all the way to it and to make matters worse, she didn’t give me time to let my nails dry. By the time I got to my next destination, which was 5 mins up the road, I noticed that 2 of my nails were smudged.I am so mad and will never visit this place again. Paid $90 for a french manicure (don’t even get me started on that) and a pedicure; something I could have done myself at home.Very sloppy!!

I got my nails done here about 3 days ago and the dip is already breaking and coming off. On top of that I told the woman I wanted fake nails and she told me not to... but I’m paying for it so I was confused and she just did kinda whatever she wanted. I was disappointed honestly considering they charge you so much. I will not return...

I just moved here from Iowa and finding a new nail salon is usually a process, if ya get what I’m saying. I looked up the closest one to my place & Cowboys Nail Bar was it. Everyone was so friendly. Tom was AMAZING!!! Not everyone can really master the coffin shape but I’m literally SO impressed. I will definitely be back to see Tom.

One of the ladies her got mad at me for wanting to short nails instead of long ones. she put on my nails tips super fast and she didnt measure the correct false nail to fit my finger, most of the nails were to big for my finger which made it look bulky and ugly by the time the acrylic was put on .It was a rush job and I wouldnt recommend coming her if youre looking for alone time and relaxation .Last time I checked Im supposed to come in and get any style I want if Im paying my hard earned money . I really hate when I go to a nail shop and they tell you to get something different even though youre very strict on what you like.

I did my nails on Saturday just the next day three nails got peeled, the day after another two. I don’t know what kind of gel nail polish they’re using but I absolutely don’t recommend that place.

This place is a joke. Don’t go here. I went and got my acrylic nails done and the next day they all popped off... all of them. I tried to call them 4 different times on 4 different days and they did not answer. I finally got a hold of them today and asked what they could do about the nails. They said that they could do nothing and that they “can’t deal with your problems” and then hung up on me. I called back 8 more times and they ignored every call.

Just left because I literally sat there and watched two women who came after me get serviced..the lady at the front is NOT very welcoming to blacks and on top of that,the last time I came she was the one who did my toe nail polish change and she did a terrible job. Speedy service, good quality. Hesitant to go here because of the previous reviews, but one person said to ask for Steve. Took his advice and did...definitely not disappointed at all. Steve did an AMAZING job. Quicker than MANY places (especially since I had to soak off my Nexgen, glue on a tip, and did Nexgen again), attention to detail, ensures hes doing what you requested, offers feedback, and very professional. His quality is great. As speedy as he isnt you dont feel rushed as though you wont get the best results. I highly recommend him. Hes very polite and sweet. If youre relaxing, he doesnt try to interrupt your quiet time asking tons of questions as other nail technicians usually would. He can take a hint and just do his job. I really appreciated that. Will definitely go back to him. Please ask for Steve if you decide to go. I usually do not write reviews, but he was worth it!! :)

Love the ladies at cowboy nails, wanted to get my nails done but I had to take my baby girl with me. Thought I could do it but I was wrong! I was about to leave but the manager grab the baby and her bottle and put her to sleep was able to get my nails done after all. Thanks ladies

When I was researching nail salons, I thought the low rating on Google for this place was an exaggeration. Unfortunately, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Worst pedicure ever - was done in under 30 minutes with very little massaging. They used some sort of product on my legs that gave me an allergic reaction, which has never happened in my life. The manicurist didn’t remove all of my old polish and also painted some cotton ball fibers under my new polish. The music was also terrible.

Tried going in on mother’s day, I expected a wait with the holiday, but they sat me down in a pedicure chair, all I wanted was an acrylic set, and I was waiting forever without be given a hello, wait time or anything. I ended walking out, I can tell the other clients in the salon weren’t super excited for their services.I seriously don’t know how this salon keeps clients with their salty attitude.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Took our daughter there and while we ran next door to target got a call from her saying how rude the nail techs were to her. Saying that the things she requested may cost to much for her. Upon return and after addressing the issue they became “nice” however not once apologizing. Her nails are trash and as of today a week later two of them have came off. This was our second time giving them a try after the same thing happen the first time. I would not recommend this nail shop at all!

I feel Im being generous with one star. When I walked in I was instantly greeted, but just as quickly was encouraged to do more than I said I wanted- its summer time she said, so I went for it and opted to get my toes done along with my nails. She asked if I wanted the gel or the dip. Well, Id never gotten the dip and thought Id try it out. Pick your color and moved on to the next customer. No prices were provided for nails. No further details given. When the lady who was doing my toes hands me the pedicure menu she instantly points to a $56 pedicure package! I chose a more reasonable $38 option. As the pedicure continues she again tries to up-sell me with the paraffin option (my usual nail salon includes this in nearly ALL of their pedicure packages). To remove my previous gel manicure the guy has me place my fingers in an entire bowl of used polish remover, making my hands VERY dry, not to mention- gross. Everything seemed fine until the guy doing my dipped nails is suddenly finished. Tells me to let them dry and leaves me for another customer. No manicure included was news to me. No lotion was absurd. I had to ask for lotion. When I told the front lady that they should tell newcomers that the more expensive dip nail does not include the manicure (you can buy it separately I was told $$) she proceeded to tell me that it was my fault, I asked for something called next gen and I should have known. I still dont know what next gen means and I certainly didnt appreciate this poor and unprofessional attitude. I wont be recommending and I will NEVER return. Not to mention my nails look poorly done with paint on my fingers and some substance under my nails. You are warned.

Made an appointment for 8:15. Waited until 8:30 just to be seated. Waited another 15 minutes and finally had a tech put towels on my lap just to tell me nevermind I have to do another ladies nails who just walked in. Finally decided to just walk out. Do not waste your time and money here.
