Love my natural gel manicure! The gentleman that did my mani pedi picked a perfect natural color for me. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Will definitely come back!

Went here recently and got a gel mani and pedi. Chris did my nails and I love them! Asked for a coffin shape and she was able to file my nails without any pain 🙌🏻 Iykyk. Salon was clean and they offer drinks if you want. Will be coming back to Chris again soon!

I absolutely love this place! This was my first time here and everyone was so nice and would actually have a conversation with me. Chris did my nail design and I’m completely obsessed with how she did them! Definitely going to come back again when I want my nails done!!

This is the best salon . They have a huge selection, have plenty of employees and communicate well. Plus their hours of operation make it easy for anyone. Do know they can get busy just like everywhere else and it is best to schedule your appointment before you come in for weekends.The parking is a little limited and it is off a busy intersection so give yourself time to arrive. My Pedicure is so relaxing

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to my group of friends. My tech did an amazing job on my nails and toes. I definitely recommend!

There is a video circulating where a woman is outside of this nail bar with the police bc one of the nail techs was apparently filming her 14 year old daughter with an adult male on the phone. They were apparently trying to verify her age and the man kept giving her a thumbs up. They also allegedly asked the girl who she was with to see if she was alone. The tech also allegedly took pics of the girl’s mother. Has anyone else in the city heard of these allegations?? I’ve attached some screenshots of the video. I sincerely hope that some employees aren’t trying to traffic any of the minor customers.

I love this place! The ladies here are amazing and kind, I’ve been using them for two years and my sister in law and mother a year before that and they have always been great and done amazing work!

Ive been going to A Nails for about a year since I moved to the area. Ive always been happy with their pedicures. Theyre clean and staff are friendly. Especially the experienced ladies do a good job and the foot massage included with service is very relaxing. Ive tried other nail salons in the area and settled on A Nail Bar as they had the best service overall.

Various businesses establishments ask for age before service to help determine the best service for customers.Also please everyone keep in mind it most likely is a language barrier, cultural differences and MISUNDERSTANDING that happened. Please don’t ruin a business for that reason.As for phone usage, most nail salon work environment are fairly relaxed. Not too many restrictions or rules are in place.Last but not least, according to our legal system, The presumption of innocence is a legal principle that every person accused of any crime is considered innocent until proven guilty.

This nail salon is great, don’t believe the negative reviews. People will only listen to what they’re told instead the actual truth. The techs here are amazing, it’s unfortunate how a miscommunication can turn things sour, but please do your research and don’t let false information ruin a small business.

I actually made an appointment at the wrong salon, but all worked out well. Joe gave me a good mani and pedi. I paid $10 more than my normal mani/pedi. I appreciate his attention to detail and explained to him that I wanted a better paint job than the one he was removing. He listened and did exactly that. I’ll have to tell him next time to not trim the corner of the toe nails as this might lead to ingrown toenails. (Just confirmed while writing this review. I’m not afraid to speak up and make my request understood, but honestly I wasn’t sure I knew the facts while he was trimming my toenails.) Thanks!

I used to like this place till the last time I went I was treated very badly. A young man I had never seen before asked if I wanted a manicure I said yes. I was already sitting for a pedi. They lady recognized me from before. I asked for mood changing nails. The young man WHO SPOKE GOOD ENGLISH said no dont have. I let him know I had them on now, and got them done here. He said they changed it and forced gel nails on me. I decided I didnt want a mani his attitude was already nasty. I then asked someone else about it and she brought out the selection I was looking for. The principle of this is I told Kim about it and I was blamed for answering yes to regular nails, I literally even asked what is regular nails they said tip or no tip. I wasnt going to argue with her. But really this kid lied and mis treated a customer and you made me feel like its my fault !? Horrible Horrible service Im very sad by this and do not understand. I leave good tips. He lied and Kim said it was because i said yes to regular nails so she said Im sorry we should have explained that better which is complete bs. The least the young man could have done was apologize for not knowing the product existed. Waste of money for the poor service I felt awkward the whole time too because the lady doing my nails was urging me to tell Kim about it then I get treated like im in the wrong. Never in my life have I experienced such ugliness at a place thats supposed to be a relaxing spa.

Place is always clean. Lucy did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Laura, as always, did a great job on my nails. The special for August was the Aloe Vera pedicure. It was great! Looking forward to my next time.

Do not take your kids to this nail bar!!! A woman who took her child to this nail salon so they could get their nails done and the workers were repeatedly asking how old her child was, commenting on her appearance AND taking pictures and going live with grown men showing her underage child… It appears that they might have some kind of child trafficking ring going on at the salon… Do not take your kids to this nail bar!!!!!!!!!!

Owner was welcomeing. Selection of nail color is grand. Basic pedicure massage was superb! Sorry I had to ask for something to drink, legs and bottom of feet didnt get rinsed at end. Didnt get to enjoy chair massage because nails were being dipped. Arms were not massaged after so called manicure. Filing of hand nails werent rounded as I wld have liked. Was over charged for service since toes werent polished. Overall, Ill give them a second try next time Im in town.

We love this place. The staff is so friendly and Ive never had a bad pedicure. I usually go in with a daughter or two and a girlfriend, often without a reservation and they are always able to accommodate us. Peter always offers us a glass of wine or a margarita, the ambiance is nice, the massage chairs are great. I always feel good when I walk out of there.

Its a hit or miss on who you get. My first time here was good, the guy does a good job. My last two visits have been a disaster, both times I had to go to other places to get my nails corrected, the ladies did not size or file my nails correctly. I dont think I will go back after the recent try, the tech made my tips so wide and thick it was impossible to do anything, I had to go to another shop to cut everything down and had to refile to taper my fingers.

First time here and I went to get Gel manicure but was disappointed within hours one nail chipped. I went back next day after work and service was not friendly. They fixed my chipped nail but unfortunately within hours other nails began to chip on the other hand. I am not hard on my hands and my nails are short.. seems like this place uses Very poor quality polishes. Dont waste your $. Not going back.

Jennifer always did my nails and she was incredible but she is no longer there. Since then Ive had terrible experiences. I had blisters after a lip wax, cuticles nipped and left bloody, had my hands placed on top of a towel that had dried stiff clumps of product, been lied to when I called and requested a certain person, showed up only to find out 5 minutes into my service that the person I requested was not there!!! No one talked to me, busy chatting between themselves in Vietnamese which is very rude considering they should be providing a service and working for tips. She just slapped product on twisting my fingers without regard. I will never go back. Owner must not care because these same complaints have been said before. Wake up!!! Shop is only half as full as when Jennifer was there. Plus now they have the chairs facing the bright window which is not soothing OR relaxing

When we first moved here, my daughter & I went here. There was 1 woman who always did a great job, everyone working there would work on you, but speak in their native tounge, Vietnamese, I believe( could be wrong on that) they would be working on you, but looking at each other, all talking and then make some gesture that made you feel like they were saying something ugly about you. I thought I was being paranoid, until my daughter and some friends, even a woman sitting next to me waiting mentioned it all on different occasions! THATS JUST RUDE!!!! My daughters nail polish would never last more then a day or 2...what a waste of money! We found another place we love!

I always used to come to do my nail here. I thought they did a fantastic job. Over time, the quality of their service have declined and made it about the money and not the respect to the customers. I had one profession be so rude to me by telling me that my finger is crooked. I had to sit there for more than an hour trying to relax on a beautiful Saturday, and the nail technician kept checking her phone each time it went off or she would stop fixing my nails to reply to a text. It was awful. When she was drilling my nails, she consistently was hurting my curticle resulting one of my finger to bleed. Within three weeks, the nail was suppose to fall off but she put too much superglue that it was actually damaging the soft bed of my nails. I saw GREEN. It was about to be a formation of fungus. EW. Thank god I took my nails off sooner. The equipment is so unsanitary that they put everything back in the box... never again.

Place was nice and clean. However, pedicure was mediocre at best. I came to this place by mistake for the first time, mistaking it for the nail bar on Parker @ Custer. I paid for the deluxe pedicure which states 12-16 massage (I cant remember exactly, it was probably 12.) Again, the pedicure is mediocre at BEST. For those of you who get pedicures on a regular basis, double top coat and nail tip coating is standard and EXPECTED when purchasing a pedicure. None of the above was provided. Furthermore, the sign outside states 20% off... my bills definitely didnt reflect such promotion. Me being me, I paid my bill and went on to write this review. I would definitely recommend the nail bar on parker @ custer over this place any/everyday. Thanks.

This is my fifth time coming back to A Nail Bar in plano. It’s well ventilated, not loud, they make conversation and make you feel pampered. First & second time Chi did my acrylic set and did a phenomenal job at a long coffin for me. This round I had Amy and she blew my Nexgen yellow Easter short coffin nails out of the water. Every single nail is the same. She took her time filing and shaping and refiling and reshaping. It’s difficult to find and keep a nail tech but i will say with my OCD and high standards both Chi and Amy have been 100% phenomenal. I’d share a pic but it doesnt Give me an option too. Next I’d like to get my eyebrows and lashes done here.

Worse experience getting my nails done in my life. Clearly everyone dont need to open up a nail salon. Where to start, I was told my regular pedicure would be 25.00 and extra 5.00 for the callus removal, and that turned out to be some kind of scrub thing over the back of my feet. Horrible job!! Then my nails are horrible looking!! If I was not in a rush to get to this graduation. I would go to my regular salons, Angel Nail and A 1 Nails!! They were both booked, thats the only reason I strayed away. It will never happen again!!! And I will Never step foot in this salon again. 60.00 dollars down the drain, I am so pissed right now. And I asked for a pair of the little form shoes to put on after my toes were done, I was told No!!! Need To Be Closed down, and go back to school, clearly they did graduate from a school in the US!!
