Nice, clean gym with a lot more equipment than pretty much any of the other 24 Hour Fitness that Id frequented in the past.Weights were all racked up nice, the gym was overall pretty clean and I didnt see anything that was out of order.I didnt interact with any of the staff members, but nobody as much as said hello when I walked in and checked in.I only come to this gym when Im in the area visiting some family members, and its usually only over the weekend so Ive never experienced this gym during peak hours so I cant comment about how the gym is during that time.

Pretty clean I wish they mopped the locker floors more often. The men’s locker could definitely use it at times. Not a ghetto area so people are a bit more courteous.

This has been one of my favorite gyms I’ve ever been a member of. Always clean and they know you by name.

We visited the 24 Hour Fitness facility to check out what they had to offer. We really liked what we saw. We talked to the front desk guy Konrad who explained the options available for membership and personal training schedules. He was very professional, polite, friendly and gave us a great customer service!

I went in to check things out after a year off training.The facility was bright, clean, and well laid out.The manager, Konrad, showed me around and answered all of my questions. He obviously uses this equipment, a lot, and it was really motivating to speak with him.I signed up for personal training with Rocky. I was apprehensive at first, but he was easily able to train me around my lifetime of previous injuries. I was surprised to learn new things every session, especially since I’ve been doing this for so long. Rocky’s knowledge of training, diet, biomechanics, etc. goes as deep as you need it to.I’ve tried most of the equipment at this point and it was all well maintained. The pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub were also clean and well maintained.Overall, I highly recommend this facility.Special thanks to Konrad and Rocky!I’ve never been more motivated or got so much out of training.

This place is enormous, almost like a superstore for fitness equipments. Its new so all the equipments are in great condition. The place is clean and tidy. Love the fact that its not overcrowded. Their manager, Konrad, is fantastic. He and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Ask Konrad for help when signing up for memberships. He can help answer any questions you might have about goal settings and fitness strategies. He gave me a tour of the place and was so patient in answering all my nitpicky questions.Its a great place to go and work out! I especially enjoy the pool and hot tub... its huge!

Just opened 2 days ago. Everything shiny new and very clean, as one would expect with a new facility. All equipment latest and greatest. Everything a super sport should have: pool, spa, sauna, steam room, more than enough cardio and weight machines! Friendly staff! Im in town on a business trip and this 24 hour is better than most back in Houston!

Tried to use my free 3 day pass I got online and they wouldnt let me in because I didnt have a Texas license yet, which is not required, and was very rude to me when I showed him that I didnt need it and still refused to let me in. I called the manager and she let me come in to try it out for one day. I told her that the prices were too high to be treated like that so she had a sales rep call me for special rates. The sales rep gave me a decent rate and told me I could come in for another free day to try it out again. When I come in for my free day, the same guy who kicked me out for not having a Texas license wouldnt let me in again. The manager came to talk with me and told me she couldnt give me a free day due to the corporate policy and I told her the corporate policy is a 3 day free pass then she said its her policy and wouldnt let me in. Very unprofessional and it causes them no harm to let me try out the gym for 3 days, like they advertise online, and I definitely would have gotten a membership with them if that was the case. I tried out all of the other gyms in the area and there are plenty of better ones that will actually work with you to get you as a member.

My car was broken into in broad daylight while working out in their gym. The staff were no help once I found out I was broken into and stolen from. They would not allow the police to view cameras. My wallet was stolen and the thief attempted to use my wallet down the street at target. Target was nice enough to allow the investigators to view their footage to hopefully catch the thief. I do not understand why 24hr could care less that someone is breaking into their members cars, in their parking lot, while using their facility.They told me next time rent a locker.. which are in the locker room with no cameras.

Ive been with 24 hr fitness for over 15 yrs because there were so many gyms near my house in N Dallas but then covid happens and most of the locations near me closed down but luckily I found this awesome newly built location in Plano only 10 mins away. I love this gym...super friendly staff who remember your name, gym is one of their flagship new location thats very clean and modern, has a lap pool and basket ball court as well as lots of free weights, machines, personal training area and huge group fitness room for Less Mills & Yoga classes with the latest equipment. Thanks to the pandemic I am happy I found this 24 hr fitness location!

Good gym no real issues with the gym.Unfortunately they closed all the gyms in N Dallas, Addison and W Plano, and E. Carrollton/farmers branch. This is now my closest gym. I had one that was literally in walking distance, is now a 20 min car ride each way.

Nice, clean, and big gym. But customer service experience was a turn off... Very pushy on sales and extremely stingy on guest pass. Website claims 3-day pass. Front desk guy wasn’t even letting me use it for one day until I persisted. How do they expect people to get a membership without trying out the gym?! Sorry but they just lost a future member. Bad customer service. Refusing to honor something that is clearly stated on their corporate website?! No wonder this company went bankrupt.

Terrible customer service!!! I signed up for a 3 day pass to test out the club and got a call and was told to come in. I came in and was told I couldnt use a free pass until I talked to a sales rep and no sales rep was there. The guy at the front counter told me he couldnt help and that there was nothing he could do and he was kinda rude. Drove out of my way to se the club for no reason. If they treat potential customers like this from the start its a huge RED flag

The continued reduced hours seems strange considering they also arent following Mask Guidance from the CDC. Mixed vaccinated and non-vaccinated should bean everyone is in masks still. Otherwise a decent enough gym.

I have been with 24 Hour fitness for over 6 years. Today my fiancé went to this location and was treated like dirt. A group of friends took multiple lanes of the pool and refused to give up a lane to share the pool. After being rude they grabbed management. After that an employee then told her she had to leave because she wasn’t allowed to be in the pool since they had the lanes. I’ve cancelled my membership with 24 because of this and won’t ever come back.

Great gym. Basically brand new as it opened early this year. A lot of different machines, pretty much everything you would need. I joined after the reopening and they do a great job with the Covid 19 issue. Its easy to book a workout on the app and the members are great about distancing and wearing masks.Its really great to be able to go to a gym like this right now.

It was great. Everyone respected each other and wore masks. The staff is constantly going around wiping everything down. I feel safe to exercise there every time. Thank you!

I went to this location to try out my free pass. I didnt know that I had to have a state ID to try it. The guy offered no explanation he clearly just looked at my ID and gave it back and he said sorry you cant come in. On top of that I waited there for 5 minutes to be seen one of the guys was talking to a client and then the other guy was staring off into space he could clearly saw me there but didnt care to attend me. The guy who was helping the client then it came up to me very rude like grab my ID looked at it and gave it back and said sorry I cant come in. Very unprofessional.

Great gym not crowded at all

Wouldnt allow me to use my 3 day free pass that is listed all over their website. I walked into the facility and was told by the person at the front counter that Covid is the reason why they will not allow me to use the pass. I told that person it was all over their website and they mentioned that corporate has not taken it down yet. I emailed corporate that day but never heard back. This specific location then called me a day later, left me a voicemail all about joining this gym and all the specials they had. Was not impressed, wanted a tour of the facility and to learn more about their classes but the staff did not even care to help.

I like it because they have new equipment, but I did not feel safe when I work out during the pandemic. Although 24-hour fitness has a poster outside the door that says a mask is required, some do not practice it. I wore the face mask to protect others, but they did not wear a face mask to protect me. What surprised me the most was that 24 Hour did not mandate the face mask, and no one told them to put their face mask back on. I told an employee about my observation, his response was, They have a medical Problem. I would understand maybe if I see one person, how come most of them have a problem? Wearing the face mask may not be uncomfortable, but it saves the lives of too many people. COVID-19 is increasing all over the states, but we can control by wearing a face mask. Wearing a face mask is a temporary thing. Changes are challenging, but sometimes it is necessary, and we should adapt to the changes and mindful of others.

Was making a delivery next door..... and we needed to use the bathroom and he was very rude and We are not bums and was turned away

Very clean and the staff holds everyone accountable to wear there mask at all time I feel very safe to workout here.

Class times changed and they did it on a whim and several walked in late. They should have notified us all the week before then changed times. 630 yoga is a bad time. 7 or 8 is better. No good spin class time. Only offer 1 and it is during weekday at 930am. Hard to do if working.

This is a nice facility. I have been coming since they reopened and felt safe but not this morning. There were people not wearing masks and they talked and mingled with their friends while exercising. No one could or desired to use the equipments around them. Also some equipments are very close to each other. For example the inner thigh and leg press. Leg press is very popular and there is always someone on it and walks around it to stretch or changes weights and not follow social distance rule.

Went early Sunday morning. Pretty empty so lots of individual space. Plenty of cleaning supplies and sanitizers.

24 is a great corporate gym. It has all the equipment I need to train with and it kept very clean. And staff is always nice and inviting.

Expensive and wasnt even 24 hours for the longest but still worth the money.

I love this location. It has a very nice overall layout and a placement of all machines. Everything you need to be in shape. Very clean facility.

Best gym I’ve ever been. This gym has set the bar so high now that I moved away and couldn’t find a gym as good 🤦🏻‍♀️

Clean, friendly and professional! Don’t look anywhere else to find a gym. They truly care about your experience rather than just getting a sale. I’ve been to many other gyms and no one is as friendly or clean. It is such a nice change to have a person sincerely greet you when you walk in and tell you to enjoy the rest of your day when you leave. I have never been in this gym when I haven’t seen at least one team member picking up weights or wiping down equipment, much better than the dirty gyms in this area! Keep up the great work!

Great set if equipment with minimal crowds during the mid days.

Kudos to the staff on keeping the place vibrant, clean, and having a positive attitude. Its an easy decision to continue coming back here.

Best gym experience in Plano! Dont believe me, and come see for yourself because you wont be disappointed. If they dont have the piece of equipment you want to work on either you dont need it, its a specialty piece they may have intentions to bring into the location. Just ask for Manny or John and they will deliver the very best service

Definitely 5 stars! Manny is really nice. I have difficulties when upgrading my membership, hes so friendly and help me figure it out. Whatever questions you have, just come and ask for help. He will handle it and the only thing you need to do is just enjoy your time!

This is a nice, crisp and clean brand new facility! I really enjoy working out here. One thing I wish they would add though is a swimsuit drying machine. I think this is the only 24 hour fitness Ive ever been too that didnt have one of those. The 24 hour fitness just up the road in Murphy has one, how come yall dont?

I am a long time member and recently came by this club with a few questions. I was helped by the club manager-John and miss Lauren, they were very professional and helpful. My problem was solved quickly and professionally.Thank you so much. I think this club will be Best among others.

The gym is amazing, equipment for all fitness levels, tons of classes and the staff is extremely friendly!

I went to this location just after midnight and i was mind blown. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. This location is only a month old so all the machines/weights are in working order. But i was also impressed with some of the machines they had in the gym. Updated with specific hip thruster machines as well as standing leg curl machines. Not rare, but was a nice thing to have that not all other gyms do. Dope place, check it out.

Clean, updated equipment, and attentive staff. Not my usual gym, but I do like to go here whenever Im working out late since its one of the few 24hr gyms thats truly open 24hrs.

I was a McDermott gym close orphan and East Plano took me in off the streets. With a more central and convenient location for me than Fairview, I was beyond excited for this opening. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a pleasant new car smell! Staff has been overwhelmingly friendly! This gym is really pretty and clean but I had to cancel due to their annoying mask mandate. If you dont like wearing a face mask, they will make you wear a face SHIELD. Ridiculous, I know.

Loved the new facility. The Campbell and Plano sites are dirty and equipment needs to be updated. Some of the machines at campbell are so old the acid from fingers poking at the switch membranes are wearing out and you cant even see the number. 24 hr needs to figure out a way to keep em clean and fresh....

The gym just opened and their air conditioning is already malfunctioning. Im sorry, but it should not sound like a nuclear fusion system powering up to destroy the entire galaxy. You can hear it even with noise-canceling headphones.

Attention CEO of 24 Hour fitnessHi,I am a senior who recently moved to the state of Texas from California. I reside in Plano. I love Zumba and was looking to join a new 24 hour fitness club near my home. I completed the online free 7 day pass and went to club located at 3300 N Central Expy, Plano Texas. I was interested in participating in the Zumba class at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5:15 and was met by the Manager Kelly Luther.Ms. Luther asked for my ID, when I showed her my California DL she immediately handed it back to me and said we cant accept this, your not local I attempted to explain my self and let her know I moved here from California, I also had two documents to include my Texas address and name - My electricity billing statement and Insurance. Ms. Luther was rather dismissive and rude and continued to state I was not local and would have to pay $25 for a day pass.I was shocked at this behavior coming from the manager. I was dropped off by the Uber as I do not own a vehicle and very much still wanted to workout. She walked away while I was still trying to explain myself and I walked up to another team member who was very pleasant and understanding. The individual advised if it was him he would have just checked the documents I had and proceed with the 7 day pass. He appeared to feel bad for me but did not want to go against his superior. Ms. Luther returned and stared at me as if she was wondering why I was still there. I showed the gentleman my documents and Ms. Luther stated I have told you our policy and how we handle non locals.There are many Californians residing in Texas and I am shocked as to how this was handled. I feel Ms. Luther treated me in such way because of my skin color. I cant imagine everyone that has moved to Texas and does not have an Texas ID yet is treated this way. I strongly suggest Ms. Luther takes some customer service training or management training on how to deal with customers. This is a training opportunity that needs to be addressed. She is rude, dismissive, combative and I feel I was racially profiled.I
