This workout is terrific. So efficient. I do one 20 minute session a week and have great muscle tone. It seems too good to be true, but it’s true. They tailor the workout to your needs, so anyone at any skill level can do it. All of the trainers are consistently trained and super encouraging.

I am thrilled about the results I have achieved since beginning my Perfect Workout journey at the Plano location a little over 4 months ago. My strength has increased far beyond my expectations and the trainers are amazing especially Laura and Rachael. For only 20 minutes 2 times a week you get a very personalized and targeted training session. The staff is extremely caring, compassionate and always go above and beyond to make the experience outstanding. I highly recommend the Perfect Workout!

This workout has given me better results than any other workout Ive tried. My trainer, Valerie, has been amazing. I have a history of some irregular heartbeats but Valerie was able to modify the workout for me so that I have had no issues with this at all. I highly recommend this program.

Wow.... amazed at how strong and safe my workout is in fraction of the time other workouts expect all while getting stronger than I have ever been. 20 min work out a few times a week... any one can commit that amount of time to get healthier. :-) Ask for Valerie or Raechel... they will take care of you. The science behind this type of workout is literally amazing and fascinating. Its worth every penny you spend to get a true 1 on 1 professional trainer motivating you and keeping you in good form. Cant recommend it highly enough!

Ive been a proponent of strength training for years, especially for the 50+ crowd. TPW combines strength & cardio training and Im not spending hours in the gym. Lauren and Kimberly tailored a personal workout routine for my needs and goals. I appreciate them pushing, as well as, encouraging me throughout the workout. As I feel the burn I know its working. I love The Perfect Workout!

I am a breast cancer survivor. The drugs that I had to take caused osteoporosis. I had a hump in my back from poor posture. And I was tired of asking people to open jars and carry things or get up off the floor because of lack of body strength. I also wanted to keep up with my Fab, my grandchildren. I went to Perfect workout for help. It is twice a week for 20 minutes. Working one-on-one with a trainer helps you reach your goals and set new ones. After 3 months my bone density for my spine was normal and my bone density for my hip was still osteoporotic but with a 2.9% increase in bone density. I cannot wait for my next bone density test. I now stand tall with my shoulders down and back. My trainer suggested I wear a weighted vest to help with the first and then a posture corrector for the latter. I am gaining muscles and can do so much more physical activity. I can leg press more than twice my body weight of 125 lb. I can do a 5-minute plank without my weighted vest and 3 minutes with my 8 pound weighted vest. Extra credit bonuses are fat loss, muscle gain, from a size 8 to size 6 and heading to 4, weigh the same as 49 years ago and increase in my balance. My grandchildren are teaching me how to ride a hoverboard. One grandson said no offense Grammy but youre awful strong for your age. Did I mention that Im 71? My daily goal is to go at least one second longer than the last session. My ultimate goal is to be able to do a Time static crunch for 2 or 3 minutes and a plank for two or three minutes both after a workout. Then I know I have arrived. The Perfect Workout is the best gift you can give yourself. The benefits are so great for your health and its only 20 minutes twice a week. The trainers are very caring and encouraging and help you reach your goals.

I started my Perfect Workouts in February and I cant imagine going back to my previous hour long, 5 day a week fitness classes. I didnt really have weight to lose, but wanted to build lean muscle and gain strength, both of which I had very little of, and I have not been disappointed. While I could feel that I was getting stronger after the first few weeks of twice weekly 20 minute workouts, within 3 months I could really see a big difference as far as muscle definition and fat loss. The trainers are great, they pay close attention to your form as you do the workouts to make sure you dont strain or injure yourself but definitely make sure you are working each muscle group effectively. I have never felt stronger and my overall endurance for other physical activities has greatly increased. How can you pass up only 20 minutes twice a week?? It really, really works.

I have found that all of the trainers at West Plano are exceptional. Each one brings their own unique take on making sure you have the right form and pace to maximize your workout each time. I moved here from another Perfect Workout studio, and have never regretted the move . I have to drive an addtional 15 miles to get there!

I cannot say enough good stuff about this place. In the last MONTH I dropped 13.5 pounds, 19.5 total body inches and gain 1/2 inch of muscle in my arms!! Liz is my trainer and I really like her, encouraging but also kicks my butt if I try and slack off.
