Been with John Kraft for 22 years. We’ve been blessed not to have to use them but a handful of times but every time we do I feel he and his employees have out back. They are very clear about your policy and once you file a claim, stay in close contact with you throughout the whole process. Good agency

I am a long time State Farm and John Kraft client. Last two claims have not gone so well. When I ask for certain things to be done ( calling specific phones, assistance with claims, etc this has not been done). I am very disappointed and after my current claim is resolved will probably leave John Kraft and State Farm.
