Worst customer service!! They never send the proper documents and then all of a sudden your insurance has been cancelled because they dont have the proper documents signed which you already did with the agency!!!

I was shopping to get insurance for my son and their price is not bad but horrible customer service. I can never get hold of anyone so I literally have to go physically to one of their locations to take care of any issues so it made me think if There was any insurance claim Ever how would they take care of any situation if I can never get all of them so decided to go Farmers insurance. I pay a little more but I never have to worry about customer service. YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET JUST REMEMBER THAT..

Had insurance with Baja for 9 months and have not had any problems UNTIL I needed to add a vehicle to my policy. Calling the number on my ID cards, resulted in several transfers and 3 days of wasted time. FINALLY was able to reach Yesenia in the Plano office (THANK GOD)- I was almost at the point of not wanting to explain my situation again, but I took my chances and glad I did. Yesenia was able to locate my policy, add my new vehicle and made the process seamless. I was ready to cancel my insurance and find someone else due to all the agony. My 5 star review is based solely on my experience with Yesenia, because the rest of the group would have 0 stars.

My review is for Lisa Sifuentes. She owned my concern, request, and service every bit of the way and did exactly what she said. I was not happy with Baja but now I am. First rep didn’t ask me if I had insurance during the interim and didn’t get my apt number so I didn’t get my first bill and charged late fees and a increased premium but Lisa asked and made it happen with a credit. Evelyn is the true example of stellar customer service. I called 3 locations and got rude, incompetent, or just careless CSRs just to add a vehicle to my policy nothing more nothing less. Ms.. Evelyn fulfilled this request without a hassle and treated me like a family member. Because of Evelyn I will continue to do bussines and will keep my four vehicles in my policy and will not switch insurance companies like I planned on doing. I highly recommend existing or new customers to give her a shot, you will not be disappointed. The only thing I did there was have a insurance paperwork printed out for me. The guy who helped me was a sweetheart. Great customer service. The ladies there can be a little rude for no reason at all. And most of time they just have you waiting for no real reason at all. And the sad part about all this is that there is really no one in this place.

Pure garbage these people are a joke. You cant even set up auto payment at the store you have to jump through hoops to get it. And then when i set it up offered to pay that last one in store and she said it shouldnt be a problem. The customer service guy cant even process a payment on the phone. Says he doesnt have access to it and I would have to go in store and make a payment and a late fee even though it was their fault!!! Amateurs or grifters either way stay clear
