Ive been with Geico for about two years. Backed into my neighbors vehicle parked on the street directly behind me. Their claim response was amazingly swift and smooth. I was very pleased. However, based on the premium Im paying for coverage offered, its possible Ill be shopping around at renewal time. Otherwise, I rate them well.

My bank sent a letter that our homeowners insurance was no longer in place after we had signed up with Geico (Stillwater). I called Jeremy and he immediately handled the issue directly with the bank. Perfect response time to my call and then an email from him confirming he communicated with the bank and all was good. Best move I ever made coming to Geico!
I had a rather poor experience. I called them up to get a quote, and after asking all the questions, he offered a quote but did not have the courtesy to listen to what I had to ask. He did ask if they were saving me money, I said I had a question. He just hung up. There you go for excellent customer service.
Geico, is an awesome insurance co. I have multi-car, and homeowners with geico. Wont give away my FULL coverage monthly premium for 2 vehicles, but i will tell you its under 100.00 a monthFor BOTH cars together.#TOTALLYSATISFIED !!!!!
I called this location to try and speak with a representative about my claim and the automated voice said I would be on hold for 40 minutes and a representative would talkwith me. After 40 minutes the call was dropped. This was very unprofessional. There should be someone to pick up after the time they say they will get back to you.
Well I went through a long process of choosing the coverage to get me what I needed and then when they thought I was in an accident they told me my deductible was $500 even though I negotiated and paid extra so that it would only be $300 but other than that I would have given them five stars

I recently just called Office to find out some information about my policy they placed me on hold and said they were going to get something then never came back to the phone, it seems like if you’re not calling to get new service for a new quote they will not provide information about your policy.
Super bowl nightmare car was hit and I did not like the adjuster told them they totaled my car out and you guys try to take money from me and then. I was with this insurance for 15 year never did a claim,and it happen that my daughter borrowed my car and someone hit her in the back I had to do a claim because the person that hit her ran away and I need it a car as soon as possible, and I didnt think it will be a problem a year later on my birthday we went out to eat my other daughter went to the store to get a cake she was at that light and when she was on green someone ran a red light and hit her I did a claim, and 6 months later this company said I can not insured with them anymore, this insurances companies only want to gain Money and no lose just want the public to know because this was new for me, basically you can pay a lot money but at the and you only can do one claim and they dont care how long you been paying them. And I feel like this company was so ungrateful after all this years that I was with them and all the good referral that a did for them, so mean of this company.

I only wanted to do an online quote to check the prices on auto insurance. Now I get harassed with 4-8 calls a day by this specific location. I’ve already called 2 times and was told I was taken off their list but still get spammed. Terrible.
Ive had GEICO for years, excellent customer service and never an issue on the few claims weve had to process. This trip was to move my in-laws into the wonderful world of GEICO. Process was very smooth.
I was getting quotes for many insurance companies and did not go with Geico. And now Im harassed with phone calls by this office to the point that I just blocked their number on my phone. What kind of professional calls a prospective customers cell phone, doesnt get an answer, and then immediately calls back? It is business hours and I am at work, please leave me alone. If I wanted your expensive rate I wouldve selected it. But I didnt, I went with someone far more reasonable and who ended up being more professional and courteous. This one local agency has turned me off from Geico.
Amazing experience shopping for a new insurance policy that didnt cost an arm and a leg each month. Switched from Farmers and have to say the level of customer service I received here greatly exceeds the service I received with Farmers for years! Special thanks to Jeremy! Never called me back nor did they cancel renewal. I was a customer for 2 years but we went to Allstate for much better price and excellent customer service.No hablan español y no atienden bien.
Jeremy helped out a ton. I felt I was being taken care of and being well-educated on policies. He made suggestions and gave examples that resonated with me, so ultimately it was a very easy process getting renters insurance added on to auto insurance that my wife just set up yesterday. I had GEICO for approximately 4 Years. Though, I had only happened to make contact with the Local Agency a few times. That being said, 1. GEICO is a great Auto Insurance company all around. They are up to date on all of the newest technology to make it easier for their customers. 2. Having the Local agency right in the heart of the North Dallas area makes it convenient to go in and discuss anything or give them a quick call. So - Even though the few interactions I had with the Local agency were brief, they had an amazing team.Please keep in mind - The agency owner may run the Agency to an extent, BUT they also have a lot of things to do such as meetings, marketing, and planning things for the future to help them grow into an even better agency. Thats why you will find the Office Manger, Jennifer there to make sure things are running smoothly whether the big boss is there or not. Also, GEICO puts their employees through months of licensing and training to make sure they know what they are talking about and how to help.Thanks and keep up the great job GEICO-Plano, as you are virtually the only local GEICO office in Texas (Denton doesnt count... its basically over in Oklahoma (lol) )

I got hit by a Geico Insured person, June 2018 and as of todate they havent settled my Claim. My Claims Adjuster, Ive had 2 so far, they just blah blah blah with me. Todd Fortner, I havent heard from you since before Chritmas. What is the Hold up in Settling my Claim. I was out of work for 2 months because your insd. PLUNGED into my Rear. I would like to be taken care of Fairly. Can someone at Geico please Settle my Case in A Fair Manner. I would APPRECIATE IT.
Geico is the worst insurance company period. They just want to take your money and never pays for your claims .
I get constant calls from this number and they never speak. I hear voices in the background but no one ever speaks to me when I answer my phone. Annoying.

I tried for geico auto and renters insurance quotes online but got few doubts. I got mail from GEICO to contact local agency. I called them for auto and renters insurance quotes. But their response is very bad. First, give respect to customers.
I have had Geico for years now, I would highly recommend them. The rates are great, and I have always been treated like a VIP any time Ive needed them. I dont know of another company that would be better.

Geico is a great company, this is a terrible office.I have been trying to get a hold of them fro 3 weeks. To sign up for car insurance. Every-time I speak with them they say that they will call me back at a certain time but never do. I give up.

Sometimes it pays to talk to someone in person. A gentleman here helped me resolve an issue I couldnt get taken care of over the phone that saved me over $1,200 on a one year policy!

Well, I emailed Darrell about helping with an issue that I was facing regarding a claim but, he never responded. Granted, hes not my agent but I was hoping to have a relationship with a local Geico agent. Doesnt look like thatll be happening.

Geico may have cheap rates but my claim - hail damage is 8 months old and they keep referring me to different adjusters and offices. Pathetic. Try progressive.

Geico I can say this insurance really had a bad review of it but I totally changed my opinion when I finally decided and I went to try to make a quote and I really did not find anything expensive what it is like everything if you let yourself they sell you everything they offer, you know what you are going to pay but if you adjust what you want you can find a good price
