I called before driving to this location to receive a quote, I spoke to a lady in the Garland location, she gave me a quote of a amazing price, once I got to the Plano location the price was totally different, not only was a quoted a different price once I got there, it took over 1 hour to finish the entire process, definitely check elsewhere before coming here .

Pretty easy, they call to remind you 5 days before your bill is due which is nice because I’m a bit forgetful 🤓 prices are almost great. But yes overall I’m glad I chose them 😊

Wow you do not want to do business with these people!!! They had a major price increase two months ago with their company and failed to notify me of this increase until the day of my policy renewal which put me and my husband in a position of losing our coverage immediately. having less than 24 hours to find a new insurance company that will be able to provide us with a coverage we can afford. Not to mention the increase on our specific policy was a 200% markup!!! And I have spoke with them 2-3 times over the last two months to make my payment and not once did anyone mention this to me... so so very disappointed especially since all i did was brag about how great they were before..

Seemed like the agent had no clue what he was doing because he kept asking other agent how to questions. That shouldve been a red flag right away because after we left the office we got a call saying we messed up on our zip code and the policy was all wrong. First of all we know our zip code and second how can they say it was our fault, ummm no. Prices are a lot cheaper here tho.
