I would like to give zero stars. We have stayed for almost 2 years and after moving out from the apartment they are charging 700$ for the stains on the carpet. We just had 2 stains for that the charge is too high. We have also cleaned the apartment from the professional cleaners while moving out and these guys are charging 100$ for the cleaning. This is ridiculous and simply collecting the money. While we stayed in the apartment there is no proper maintenance and the service was worst. Please do not prefer this community and I would not recommend. Horrible apartment. Ridiculous customer service. Be careful dealing with the the people at the office
I truly love this place! Great atmosphere, great location! Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. Kayla does an amazing job telling you how it is and making me feel welcome and wanted. Maintenance staff is super awesome as well! All my issues and concerns get addressed in a timely fashion unless I don’t enter the request in correctly. I like my personal apartment- they were great at getting me exactly what I wanted. So many positives
I was just reading some of the reviews with regard to noise & upkeep. I just want to say the property is kept up beautifully & its quiet. We love it!! We dont really think of our place as an apartment, its home.
I just wanted to come on here and say how great management has been with my concerns in some things with my apt! Manny (Management) has been So helpful and is right on my request of many things and VERY understanding. He acknowledges the situation and does his best to try to fix the situation. I’m so happy we have someone who can hear my concerns when there is a problem. Maintenance has also been doing their best in trying to fix certain things and right away! Monica also has been very helpful as well and is very sweet.
Current resident. No supportive leasing office people.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!Leasing office people are extremely rude and disrespectful. Maintenance sucks, It take 3+ weeks to fix issues. Not sure these leasing people get hired. Extremely disappointed. Take my word, don’t even think of living here.
I usually dont do the Review Thing, But this HAS to be known about Legends at Chase Oaks. I dont know about the previous management, but I moved in a Year ago. I LOVE it Here!! Kayla and Monica are AWESOME! Ive lived in a couple of other apartments in the area as Legends, I must say they are Definitely ! the Best KEPT Apartments in this area. The property is VERY WELL KEPT and CLEAN ! Nice friendly neighbors, very quite. So if youre looking for somewhere to call HOME! you should consider Legends at Chase Oaks !!So YES! I will RENEW my Lease. Its my FOREVER HOME!!!
If you respect your privacy do not move in management is not on top of emails and notices and expect you to just let people into your homes, today was just the last straw that broke the camels back we denied entry into our home because of continual lack of notice or if a notice was sent there wasnt a followup to remind of continuing inspections last email we recieved of so inspection today was from March 15 email stated inspetions for the next week or two we are now in April, 3 weeks later and no further emails sent out to remind or give a simple notice that they are still continuing inspections and to expect someone to have access to our home when asked for a notice the manament came here telling us with an attitude they will come into our home trying to intimidate us or she will put property manager on phone this is ridiculous! We allowed access all we wanted was and still expect notices and to be treated with respect. Completely unacceptable.
I would honestly give 0 stars. We have been living here almost two years and were told if you dont like the issues [ which they are obligated to repair ] MOVE OUT! What kind of service is that?. Please Please read the reviews before you consider moving in. A LOT OF MAINTENANCE ISSUES THAT ARE JUST NOT RESOLVED. VERY Poor management. They lose paper work at their convenience as well. 0 stars.
This apartment is horrible. Too many con artists working at the lease office. Kayla is the one that leased and gave me a tour. She will tell you everything you want to hear to get you to move in. She will not disclose anything wrong with the apartment. But once u get in, you are on your own. It will take months for them to come out to fix severe life-threatening issues. She will confuse your paper work and blame you. Their internal communication is hideous. And so many other unpleasant experiences. always. Its either one story or the other. The ONLY thing she and the manager care about is getting the units occupied to make quota and get their commission. They dont care about their residents. Terrible terrible experience. Im not going to tell you not to move in here. Please do and experience it your ownself. I would give a negative-10 star if I could.
Great management team with very prompt maintenance crews. I had a few occasions where something was broken after office hours, and they sent on-site technicians to take care of my problems within an hour (no kidding), after I called their emergency hotline. Super efficient! I truly appreciate all your efforts in keeping us safe and happy. Also the apartment has a beautiful and truly stunning landscape right next to the golf course, and is in close proximity with HWY 75, Walmart and three major Asian supermarkets (Jusco, Ranch 99 and Mitsuwa). Highly recommend Legends at Chase Oaks if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, relatively affordable and yet conveniently located Plano apartment complex. Keep up with your great work, cheers!
Majority of the positive post here seems to be created by the management at the leasing center.
Called to inquire about availability and what options were available. Was interrupted and told well we arent leasing until the 19th but I can take a message My move in date is after that and I was calling for information. When I said I had a few questions, they said they would just take a message. Confused on why someone would be provide such poor service to someone trying to give you money. Disappointed but will look for another residence in the area.
We’ve lived here for about a year and half now and no major issues.Everything works, and when things have broken, it’s been a easy fix. Staff is friendly, the maintenance people always stop and say hi to my pup when we’re out for a walk. Most people seem to pick up after their animals which is nice.Comfortable apartments, and I was blessed with quiet, friendly neighbors. The ONLY complaint I have is that it’s kind of hard to get a hold of the office by phone. But I also understand there’s a TON of us who live here and only so many employees. But they’re always nice when I do get a hold of them.Rent is average. Grounds are well kept. Overall, favorite apartments we’ve ever lived in.
Horrible apartment. Ridiculous customer service. Be careful dealing with the the people at the office.
Living here for 2+ years so far and things have been serene and calm. Area feels like home and is secure.
We have now been tenants here for over 2 years and just signed another yearly lease. The staff here is great everyone is super friendly. Ashley, Jessica and Harrison are the best :) We havent had but 1 problem which was taken care of extremely quick (a.c. was frosting over issue) We leased an unit that was completely updated with all new matching GE appliances and renovated with all new floors, cupboards, fans, light fixtures, blinds, faucets and bathroom update which was important to us and we couldnt be happier!!The walls are shockingly thick and the layout makes it to where our neighbors share 1 small wall with us in the kitchen. It really makes a difference. The garage is a fabulous extra storage feature plus there is also additional storage on the patio which I found to be useful. The grounds are always kept up and the dog park is quite nice. It is definitely an added bonus since they had the agility course put in. The pool and gym are both great as well.I do feel completely safe and sound here which was a HUGE concern of mine moving to an apt for the 1st time. There are no loud neighbors, parties or any of the other things I assumed would be happening living in a large apartment complex. The location is central enough that theres pretty much everything we need in a 2 mile radius and its perfect to hop right on 75 and thats a huge time saver for me with all my commutes. All in all its been the perfect place to live. I can highly recommend living here at Legends at Chase Oaks ♡
This place has mis treated my family! Not only have my families a/c been out for a year they have lived there they just threw a portable a/c unit in the apartment and called it good. I am in this industry and this is unexceptionable! It states in the lease contract they need to respond in a timely manner to work orders which was never addressed! A 70 year old woman who keeps to her self but when asks management for help gets turned away from the manager and the regional yells at her because she just wants her work order done is sickening and disheartening because my management goes above and beyond for our residents. I am sad that my family member is going through this because not only is she an amazing person she gets slapped with a non renewal because the management does not want to address work orders. Run away I PROMISE all of us property management is not like this!
We just moved in a month ago. Christopher was very friendly and professional, showed us the unit before lease. He answered all our questions and concerns. We had some small issues on the first week, but he resolved everything very fast. I have already had two maintenance requests, they were resolved very fast too. I really like the spacious renovated our unit with high ceilings and a lot of sunlight, it was clean and carpet seems like new (probably it is). A lot of different cabinets and storage closets. Territory is beautiful too with playground for kids. Location is very good (close to 75 highway) All the specialties they promised to make they made! I’m happy ;) The only cons is some tenants... they don’t clean after their pets...Updated: we have been here for 5 months now. I love this place more and more! In hot weather I had problem with AC. I called to office one hour before they are closed to inform them. They acted super fast! Maintenance examined my AC in 30 minutes and fixed it (added Freon) next day, providing me with small internal conditioner for a night! And all of this was during COVID shut down 👍Office stuff is so helpful! There are a lot of trees on the territory, they created a lot of shadow for comfortable walk during hot days.
I had a great experience with the two young ladies Kayla and *** (not sure if they are still there) with my look and lease process.Pro:For the price my unit was a nice size my patio was huge. The grounds/hallways/trash area/mail area/dog area were always clean. Parking not an issue. Maintenance responsive.Cons:Unfortunately it was right by a gate so i heard cars coming and going over the tracks. My bedroom also faced the gate I think my complaint has become standard when renting apartments. Maintenances job is to fix things in the cheapest way possible. It took a few attempts to get my move in items completed. My windows needed resealing but it was never addressed. However they did remove hornets nests for me.Plumbing was a constant issue. My dishwasher washed leaked (more than leaked). My toilet stopped up every 2-3 flushes. One time my downstairs neighbor came to get me and it was literary raining in her apartment.Personal:One day I came in from work and they had entered my apartment and locked my Cat in the bedroom with door closed in a bin. I get it not everyone is a cat person, and my cat isnt friendly. Closing door while inside repairing things I can understand but leaving it closed? I worked 10 hour days she had no access to food water or her bathroom... came into her screaming NOT GOOD.I leave my review on a positive Kayla was amazing throughout all of this, I can be a bear at times and she handled me with professionalism and sincerity and never gave me what I was giving her. THAT is customer service.Management was in the process of changing when I was there. My experience with new staff left a lot to be desired. the conversation regarding the ongoing plumbing issue didnt go well. He was new and new to my issues yet its Q-tips? Madness..Next time id select the upgraded unit...
I just recently renewed for another year on October 31st and I’m confident in saying the experience has been great. The staff is very understanding and accommodating. I don’t ask much, but when I do they’re on top of it. The maintenance guys have a lot of work but are always willing to help as quickly as possible. Their rates are very competitive, trust me I’ve looked. Most recently I had my water heater begin to leak slowly and into the drip pan but it was filling up quick and they answered my call at 3:45 in the morning and were at the apartment bright and early to replace the unit. I’ve been very pleased as of late with the management’s efforts to address maintenance concerns and requests promptly. The community looks clean, the pool area is very inviting and the leasing office has everything you can ask for. I’ve even recently discovered the very hand wrapping station. A big shout out to all the hard working women in the office and of course the maintenance men working tirelessly to make this community a safe and welcoming one.
Went apartment shopping for a long time. And happened to drive past this place. The lady I talked to was Kayla and she was amazing. Very nice and very accommodating. Needless to say I got an apartment here. Very nice layout inside and out. After reading reviews, decided to move in. If you are looking for a nice clean and quite place come here and see Kayla.Sterling
Been here 2 years with a A/C that barely works and runs 24/7. The unit is dated and appliances are in their final years of operation. My Sept electric bill was 290$ in a 1 bedroom apt as opposed to my 3 bedroom house where my electric bill was under 100$ a month. Management & maintenance is convinced 79 degrees in the summer is perfectly acceptable indoor temp. I would have to disagree and am now moving to a more modern apartment with a functional A/c unit.UPDATE:I ended up moving out and now my electric bill runs 40-50$ a month for the last 4 months.
We recently moved in and had a very positive experience. Kayla was very friendly and responsive during the process. We wanted to get an upgraded apartment on the second floor, and she was able to find one rather quickly. The property manager also sent a welcome email and made a personal call. Very refreshing. We like the open floor plan, and even for a one-bedroom, it seems roomy and spacious. The balcony is a huge plus. Grounds are clean and kept up. So far, so good.
I recently took a friend over to see the apartments at Legend at Chase and Kayla in the leasing office was awesome! She was patient, pleasant and professional. An overall great experience.
I love these apartments! Everything from the quietness of the place to the layout of my apartment and the amount of land that is here to walk my dog is amazing! I also love all of the staff that works here. If your looking for a great apartment this is the place!
Hands down The best apartment complex we have ever lived in. So thankful we were able to find this placeThe front leasing agent Kayla is the BOMB!!! If you want a smooth easy going move in process call and ask for her. No matter your situation she will work with you and make sure you are taken care of. Very thankful for her also.
I lived here for 3 years and in that time, this property has had three different management companies if that tells you anything. For whatever reason, each management property that takes over cant ever seem to figure out the basics. The gate cards dont work, you have to pay rent with a physical check every month and have fun manually adding in your water bill each time. The last management was abysmal, but theyre gone now so time will tell if the new management is any better.Management aside, the community and complex was fantastic. I never heard a single peep out of my neighbors and everyone kept to themselves. The grounds and landscaping have always been well maintained and people generally pick up after their dogs. Most of the people renting are young professionals, retired couples and small families. If youre looking to rent here, I recommend trying to snag a golf-course view apartment. Stay away from any apartments near the gate or the road as they can be very noisy. Ask if they have any un-upgraded apartments as they rent for way lower.Even with all the management problems I ran into over my 3 years, I would still highly recommend this complex. Just try to deal with the management as little as possible.
Great area. Nice location next to the golf course. Good management team (2017). The only complex in the area that I know that offers 2-car garages and fenced yards on some units! My only complaint is that our apartment was not very well insulated and the bedrooms would easily get 10+ degrees hotter that the rest of the apartment. I called about this but was told that there was nothing they could do. So my suggestion is to not get a unit on the second floor with exterior walls. Otherwise, this place was just about perfect.
I wish it could give it 0 stars. I never complain and this is my first google review. I live at the property and my air unit goes out with warm weather. They never fix it and Management knows the difficulties. If you are looking here, look elsewhere. The property manager is rude and refuses to release his corporate supervisor. It has been over two weeks since my air went out and when I went to talk to him, he was abrasive and verbally abusive.
Had a great experience so far. Worked with Kayla to get the right unit, with a garage. My service tickets were taken care of quickly, and it is nice living in a gated community compared to my last place.
We have lived here since September and we have no complaints. We love the amenities and the fact that it has a decent size dog park. I searched forever before finding this place and I can say it’s definately home. My only complaint would be that sometimes maintenance orders take awhile to be completed but Ashley does her best job to not only get it taken care of but to also follow up with you. If you are looking for somewhere that it quiet and safe with great views and amenities this is your place!
Just completed apartment leasing process here. Jessica Dejong was wonderful and helpful. She made the process very pleasant and smooth. Always willing to answer any minor to major questions or concerns. Very happy with her professionalism. I will update more after I move in.
I have lived here twice now. The new upgrades are awesome.. the updated pool and bbq is great. The community is improving and I have had other friends and colleagues move in here.. this past summer has been a blast with the community.. its been easy getting to know the neighbors.. the staff members and management team are amazing! Thank for the improvements.
I am staying here for over 2 years now. I like the apartment buildings and my living place very much. Initially when I moved here, the management was very good. But then there were couple of management changes which were not great. But the management that has taken over now seems to be very responsible, hardworking and responsive. I am writing this review specially to encourage the current management who have being doing a great job. They have responded to all the problems very quickly. They do a follow up of the problems reported and keep us updated until its closed. They community is well maintained and looks very beautiful. I wish them all the very best and strongly acknowledge the great work they have been doing so far !!
The management on site is good, Ashley is action biased and has a responsive team. They addressed our concerns as soon as they could with the resources they had. I had initial hiccups with many things during the move-in but they were all addressed thanks to Kayla and Sarah.Gym and swimming pools are well maintained. There is a pretty park in the community but some residents didnt pick after their pets, so that was a spoiler at times.
Thank you Ashley for making an effort in trying to me happy. I really appreciated it. You are the reason why I am still here and will be here for a while. Thank you again!!! ☺️
I moved in soon after getting married, my husband and I LOVE it.Sure theres always little things with maintenance taking a bit etc. But its such a nice community, families, safe, oversees a beautiful golf course and pond. New gym, nice pools and hot tub, dog park, kids playground. I mean it has it all AND youre NOT packed like sardines with 3 people below, above, and left/right of you. Only 2 floors and about 4 complex per side. The front staff is always so friendly which is nice because Im sure like any human they have bad days but they leave that at the door and always greet you with a smile. Thanks guys!!
This has been the worse apartment complex that Ive ever lived in. *** DO NOT BE TRICKED INTO LEASING HERE *** I signed a one year lease in May. For the 1st two months my water bill was about $50 while we reported a leak to the office. So then after supposedly fixing the problem my water bill is now $114. In the lease it states that the average that someone should expect to pay is about $50-$60. We have to call for maintenance at least once a week due to various issues (toilet constantly runs, patio door wont close, leaking faucet that theyve come at least 5 times to fix is still leaking). My wife called and after being put on hold for 30 minutes (stall tactic) they told her that it was her fault that the maintenance man didnt properly repair the leak on one of the other 5 visits. They also wanted me to move in and walk on a carpet that was full of cat hair. The cat hair was visible to the naked eye and if you were to put your hand down on any point of the carpet and drag your hands, you would basically have a fist full of hair. The management off literally has no management skills or even general customer service skills as they feel like you are bothering them to report a legitimate issue. Every time it rains the power goes out in the whole complex, to the point that everybody has to go outside until it comes back on. I literally should have turned in my 60 day notice after one week of living here. It is so bad that I am putting in my notice today so that I can just be done with this horrible experience. The approximate $900 in re-letting fees will be the best money that Ive spent over the last couple of years! This is absolutely the worse experience in my 41 years of living as it relates to dealing with apartment management. DO NOT LEASE HERE. I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasnt an option. I have only been living there approximately 4 months!!!!!!
Best Place to Live!! Upon finding this beautiful community, I knew this was where I wanted to be. I had a few bumps and worried about getting approved. Well, long story short...EVERYONE in this office is amazing!! They understand that a few bumps doesnt mean you should have to live somewhere unsafe with your little one(s). I was approved with the normal deposit and I moved into a beautiful 2 br apt, upstairs. After fulfilling a year, I couldnt leave...they were too good to us! I moved into their new upgraded unit on the 1st floor..no more stairs!! The 2nd apt was even more beautiful than the 1st!!! There were some issues along the way, but Ashley and Kayla were amazing, and made sure that everything was just as it should be. I feel so safe here and love the property... My backyard is a view of a pond surrounded by a gorgeous golf course. I couldnt be any happier with my choice to stop here and apply for residence. I plan on being here until I purchase my home... no reason to leave!
The staff here is excellent. My husband moved here 7 months ago and they have been so helpful in settling in. The complex is well maintained and minimal noise compared to many complexes. I would highly recommend the Legends.
These apartments are pretty big and the benefit of the garage is huge. I have never had trouble with visitor parking but I dont visit often during peak hours. The pool is very good sized and allows for a lot of people to enjoy it without feeling uncomfortable.
Nice community and amenities. However, I’ve had nothing but problems since moving in. Slow maintenance and poor excuses from management. Will not be renewing my lease. I do not recommend.Update: New management sucks! Starpoint properties has taken over and made things even worse here. I have given my notice. As soon as I did that here comes the fees and ridiculous water bills.
A/C went out Saturday morning. Left a work order Saturday, and followed-up via phone on Sunday. I was told someone would be coming out on Monday.I am curious, does this complex not have at least 1 or 2 staff members available on the weekends for emergency type situations? What happens if someone has a busted pipe, a leak, or the A/C goes out in the summer time? Just tough luck, i guess?!Not a coincidence that the majority of recent post have to do with A/C or maintenance issues.. Hopefully that is a warning to potential future residents.
We lived there for a year and recently moved out. There were so many issues from the beginning. We were showed the wrong apartment at first.. then after it being the wrong apartment, it wasnt ready when we moved in. Then to get it ready, for days maintenance people were in and out continuously. For one repair, we had to turn off the AC two separate days in July for them to fix what should have been done prior. This caused us to have to pay to cool the apartment back down twice. Again, there were so many things wrong but one of the biggest was the place would start smelling like sewer. It would wake us up at night and smelled horrible. During dinner, smelled horrible. When we called maintenance, they came out a couple of times and I was told, its a known issue in some of these buildings... but there isnt anything they could do. I called a plumber who said that it was not safe to live like that and after repeatedly asking the apartments to fix it without resolution, we contacted the City of Plano. The city got on it immediately and finally the apartments called a plumber out to find out it was a broken pipe the apartments were responsible for so they had to fix it.The office staff always blamed maintenance and maintenance always blamed the office staff. It is apparent, either the office staff isnt doing what they said they would or maintenance undermines the management. They have the worst follow up ever and a simple request can take WEEKS.In the year we were there, they went through 6 or 7 office personnel and who knows how many maintenance people. If they would do what they say, then Id recommend this place but since I know better, Id rather not waste your time.Good luck searching!
Horrible maintenance. Hard to get in touch with leasing office. Business office has malfunctioning printers ALWAYS. Computers are down. The leasing office people are rude. Disrespectful. Work orders are never done in a timely manner. When they do come, the problem still exists. Worst place to live. Our building doesnt have street lights or any lights fixed since January, 2019. They say We are getting LED lights yea right.... how long does it take to order and install lights?? Not a pleasant place to call home.
UPDATE 09/24/2019It is still very hard to get in contact with office staff, I have emailed multiple times and gotten no response.I have had to put in a TON of work orders and office staff or someone keeps cancelling them before they are done saying it doesn’t need to be done???I had high hopes for this place but sadly it’s just like the rest, care SOOOOO MUCH until they get your money. Then they don’t give two fukcsUPDATE 03/18/19: I love living here but the office staff is EXTREMELY hard to get into contact with. I have been calling and emailing for the past week because upon move in I did not receive a gate clicker or gym key. I was told that they were ordered and that I would receive it last week but nothing still! I was given a temporary gate code so I guess thats good but I need my keys! Also had a few maintenance issues that were taken care of within two days so no complaints there.UPDATE: I have finished the process and have decided to make LCO my new home! Very excited to move in! The process was easy to navigate and I love my unit. Thanks again!I have not finished the leasing process yet (will update when done) but so far it has been great! The staff is amazing and very helpful.
As an independent contractor doing deliveries for Amazon, Ive seen a LOT of apartment complexes. This is one of the better ones for a delivery person. I stopped by the leasing office and was cheerfully given a property map, although I really didnt need it. Buildings are clearly numbered, and each entrance is marked with the apartments that are inside that entrance. A few signs like these save a visitor a lot of time and frustration when trying to find a specific apartment. Right across the street at Villas at Chase Oaks, signage is TERRIBLE, and the office staff werent even able to share a map of the complex. Night and day difference.
Kayla is an amazing person before and after I moved in shes so nice and has am amazing care for us. She always make sure we are taken care of and she made us love our home before we even moved in she is great.
It is hard to understand how people who charged only once have tried to give $ 75 back. But until now i have waited for many days, but you still do not give a $ 134.23 refund. If you do not give it back, you will not have to, but you will have to bear the tombs you have laid.Im going to tell did say that I will talk about what happened last summer.I requested repair for leaking from aircondition pipe on the ceiling of the bathtub in last summer. But repairman came someday later and fixed it left result paper. But every when aircondition turn on that ice water is still leaking.Every when I take a shower, I had to get cold water.Every time I feel so bad.Since then, I have repeatedly requested repairs, but they have never been there right,They did not know the cause and left to fixed the result paper. But every time the water was falling. The apartment were building 3 number 25(325).I dont know how manager hired the repairman who have no ability to work.I still have the results that the repairmen left each time, and when I turned on the air conditioner until I moved out, the water leaked without fail. So, lot of people have to decide whether you prefer this apartment or not ...
Fix the noisy, broken down gates! I dont even live here but 50% of the time its broke wide open then when its working it almost hit my car twice. Hire a garage door man or woman please for 50 dollars? Update 01/12/2019; The gate on the West side any Saturday night 10-2AM.
Worst living experience ever. 1. Worst Customer service. our unit had an emergency Issue- Heating system is not working. 1.1 A Month ago. the heater never stopped. our unit was around 90 degree overnight and my little two boys ended up getting sick. it took them two days to fix the problem. 1.2 and happens again a couple days ago. this time it never worked. We requested service via online the day before and even called the office next day to make sure they fix it before we are coming back from the thanksgiving break. a person from the office just said ok and hung up on me while I was explaining. Of course when we got home, Heater is not working and electrician came around 11pm and couldnt fix it tonight. today we are supposed to be around 30 degree..2. its pretty old apartment. dont be fooled by their photos. I know a couple of residents here and all of them complain about plumbing issue, AC/Heating unit problem. 3. When we moved in, a toilet in master bedroom looked like over 100 years old lots of rust and brown colors on the bottom of the toilet. We had asked a couple of times to change the toilet, they said they could not change it because it is functioning. I would love to give them a Minus rating if I could.A. After they fixed the heater. Left all the dust behind to show us that they FIXED it instead of job report.B. Well functioning toilet
This apartments are very old, anything works here... I have problems with the air conditioner, dish washer, locks door patio. Basically you will be wait many days to have to get maintenance appointment.Really worst quality apartments, I not recommends this place. This place need renovations
Nice apartments but slow on repairs. Very quiet community.
A very lovely place to live in very quiet and very nice
Earlier Management was good . The new Management i am pissed of first of all maintainence is very bad but they keep increasing rent . You need to wait 20 days for any issues inspite of repeated calls and going to their office. Secondly Manager never comes forward either she hides or acts as if she is very busy . She has no value for residents time . She makes you wait outside as if she is having meeting with president inspite of letting her know that i need to talk for just 2 minutes . I wanted to extend my lease but their attitude has pissed me off .
Every time if I need something from the officeThey close bad Mangment !
I initially had a small hick up in terms of customer service. Everyone has his/her off day where things dont go as desired/planned.The Apartment manager Monni Warren helped us in overcoming the hick up in no time and got us a 3 bed 2 bath apartment on the move in date we wanted.Hats off to her on turning around the initial unpleasant experience into a great one for us in no time. That is perfect example of how customer service should be.The leasing agent Ruth was also extremely kind and welcoming. She showed us the property and walked us through the entire process no matter how trivial our questions were. This is a wonderful community with a very friendly management team taking care of the property.I would strongly recommend people to move in here and call it their new home.
Cool house move in love it
Excellent place to live. Quiet, spacious, and great staff.
First, be prepared for no service when you move in. The current CRES Management Company decided to invest their limited funds in turning the pool area into what looks akin to Saddam Hussains palace with blue and gold accents -- which would be nice, if the pool ever actually worked. Half the year it is closed and filled with biological sludge. They also lied to residents when their water meters were broken and even though they couldnt accurately calculate the energy costs, they charged every resident in my building 100USD per month. This extorted money obviously went to pay for renovations to the front office. The office staff is condensing to the extreme, every chance they get. When one of the former residents who was eventually evicted, three of the tenant’s guests threatened to beat me into a coma because I told them to be quiet at 3AM on a weekday. I had to defend myself with a pocket knife to prevent physical harm to myself -- however later that day, after all of the female leasing agents assured me that my safety was of the utmost concern to them, I found a leasing violation on my door.Even though you pay for pest control, its practically non-existent since we constantly deal with bees, fireants, wasps, rats, mice, and cockroaches on such a common basis it no longer fazes me. Whenever you request something as simple as a light bulb change, be prepared for a week or two, not just because of a backlog, but because they dont have the money -- They simply wait for someone to move out and steal their units parts. They also have perpetually rotating maintenance personnel, since almost none of them end up working more than 4 weeks anyways. When I ended up moving in with my former neighbor and we both moved out of the Legends, not only did they keep her deposit, but they charged her an extra almost 300USD for Cleaning the vents and steaming carpets. They sent her a letter which unabashedly lied, saying that the apartment would be cleaned for 75USD. So they ended up making around 350USD in pure profit off of a make-ready on one of the cleanest apartments Ive ever lived in. When I stated that the document advertising a cleaning service was a pure lie -- Jessica said that it was a typo and that the service was a convenience -- and she followed it up by saying that it wasnt legally binding, regardless that it had the company letterhead. We also asked for photographic evidence that such damage was left behind, however everything was meticulously documented, EXCEPT the air vents and carpet -- the two items they were charging us for. They have subtly threatened to take revenge against my elderly grandmother who still lives at the complex. Two of our buildings residents were far more vicious and messy than myself (Which they seemed to do little about). One family from India would periodically throw grease and chicken out onto the ivy off their balcony -- another would sneak out at midnight and fill the dumpster to the brim with furniture and large pieces of trash that prevented residents from disposing of their own garbage..The resident whos guests tried to assault me, would yell in the parking lot at all hours of the early morning. They would leave huge amounts of trash and food items in the hallways which was never managed. A neighbor awoke one morning and opened the door to find a 200 lbs friend of the tenant being mounted by some dude over the railing. It seemed like the office couldnt care less, but I was under constant surveillance -- even though I would work hard to keep the community clean and presentable, and be polite to everyone I encountered. In conclusion, be prepared to have no problems resolved by the office or maintenance staff. Get ready for violations many of which are dubious and are hardly distributed fairly. Be prepared for the rent to increase every possible period, and for them to gouge you illegally when it comes to utilities. Be prepared to be condescended to by the staff at every turn. I figure that I owe it to future and prospective tenants to let them know what theyre in for.
Beautiful place to call home
Constant complaint about the same issues over and over again, the office is unresponsive, and unhelpful and so rude, cant the work orders ever be done? that would be a no!
Absolutely worst place to stay. Weve been living for one week with no A/C. The temperature inside the apartment is 84-87F . Made over 17-20 phone calls and visited the leasing office over 5 times over the past three days (9/10/2017-9/13/2017). The A/C is still not working. The neglect shown towards maintenance requests is baffling.
I live here! Its so cool!
The apartment here is neither correspondable nor repairable. The correspondence is too bad I can not trust!
Worst management ever. if has zero star I must give.

Very bad...when you request maintenance issues, they will not come but close it..
Repair workers are a joke managers are a joke you are supposed to get a notice when your last day is I have called and spoke to management for my notice I told by one person that they are behind that was 3 weeks ago now they tell me the second notice is coming out either today or tomorrow they dont even know what a joke
Quiet, peaceful complex
Beautiful
Honestly, the apartments are pretty good considering we get an attached garage for 1 car. Lawns and roads are well maintained. We did not have any issues with the maintenance crew, the issues were resolved within a week or two except for a few times .Management is very unresponsive. I almost never get a response on phone or email. It is very difficult to get a hold of them unless you walk into the leasing office, even then the property manager will not be available consistently. Since COVID we cant walk in so, its become even more difficult to contact them. Most of the time the leasing agents did not resolve our issues.Communication with residents is almost nonexistent. Any issue we have, its never about fixing it; rather they just try to provide an explanation of why it happened. We never get any email or text notifications regarding any issues like parking, rent, payment issues, lease termination and more. It feels like their communication is decade behind.Looking at the reviews here, its either 5 stars because the residents did not any kind of issue so the never had to contact management or 1 star because any interaction with the management is very frustrating.
