I have been going to this salon for 3 months now! I always go to Lily. She seems to be nice but she is very rude. She has called and told me to come early for my nail appointment because I take too long to pick the colors. She is always rushing me and says I have another person after me. She also says she doesnt have time. Then why book that appointment time? The only reason I come here is because my nails come out bomb and perfect! I didnt like the color and she was giving me attitude for asking to change the color or design! Never coming back here!

Went with my daughter for pedicures. We had regular polish on our toes. They charged me $14 just to remove the polish - $7 each. Not gel polish-REGULAR. I was appalled. Their nail polishes are old and you have to shake them for a long time to see the color. There are no prices posted. Will not go back. If I have to say something positive they give a decent massage with pedicure

Took my oldest about 3 years ago for her 1st mani-pedi when she was 2.5. We loved the experience, especially with the smaller mermaid princess chairs. I wish I could say the same for my visit yesterday with my youngest, who is now 2.5. We had an apt for 12 & had to wait 30min. The kids chair & nail dry fans appeared dirty. Worst of all, the polish has not lasted. One entire nail peeled off before we got home. By bedtime, the polish was completely off 5 nails. Im not talked chipped, which I could understand with her age, COMPLETELY PEELED OFF. Ive never seen anything like it. The kids peel-off nail polish I used to buy lasts longer than this mani. Oh, and they no longer accept credit cards.

They dont pick up phones lately and lily has gotten ruder. I loved the way she did my nails but place has gone downhill

I like this place to do my nails. I usually go to Jasmine she’s wonderful and Hannah is pretty amazing too. Brought my daughter today to get her toes done and the polish came off within a couple of hours. Very disappointed.

The service was ok but the lady who sit in the front yelled at me. I asked her my appointment on 3:30 pm i would like to do pedicure and she said something i didnt hear so i ask her again and she yell so loud pick the color!!!!!! I was so upset but the lady who service me is good. The one that yelled at me is Young Vietnamese !!!!

The women at this place do a very fantastic job on their work, but they’re very rude. I’ve been going there for a few years now, I always make an appointment, but I usually end up waiting 10 minutes sometimes 30 minutes I also understand that they could have been busy or had clients come in late so I don’t usually mind especially since it gives me more time to pick a color but The last time I went there, I had an appointment showed up on time one worker came up to me and asked if I had an appointment I said yes and she quickly dismissed me to cater to the woman who walked in after me who didn’t have an appointment (the woman stated she didn’t have one) and I waited 30 minutes while they were staring at me and talking about me, it made me feel very uncomfortable and I just wanted to walk out of there but I really needed my nails done. It’s a shame because they do such fanatic work but I don’t want to go somewhere where I don’t feel welcomed.

I was satisfied with how my nails came out looking and the girl doing my nails was pretty nice.

Charged me $25 for a manicure and was upset when I asked to later my nails with a different color than clear. Cut my nails with out asking and didn’t do a good job shaping them.

I love the no pressure atmosphere there. Maritza takes her time and does such a beautiful job on my hair... shes wonderful

I went after work to fix a few nails in preparation for a funeral. Although this is not my regular place, I had a good feeling since it was recommended by coworkers.First, I was greeted with an attitude by the technician that did not let up the entire time I was there. I try not to judge people understanding no one is immune to a bad day, but when I realized her attitude was because I was interrupting her watching her show on her phone at work, that is not acceptable.Attitude aside, the powder gel manicure I received was grainy and sloppy.I will CERTAINLY not return to this salon.

Went for a pedicure, first time at this nail salon, very unimpressed. Not friendly cut my nail bed made it bleed just looks at me says sorry and didn’t seem to care!!!! Did pedicure in 15 minutes. Worst pedicure I ever got!!! I will not return

I literally only trust Hannah with my nails, shes crazy talented and the nails always last long. Once I couldnt come in for about 4 months and the tips I had on lasted just as long. Always had a good experience here, dont know what the other reviewers are talking about -- some people are just super entitled and rude & think nail techs have to bow to them. Everyone here has always been very nice to me

Completely disappointed. They did what they wanted, disregarded what we asked for and rude to customers. Only reason they get 2 stars is because manicures do last 2-3 weeks...to top it off they charged me $5 to remove the stuff that they put on my nails last time and another extra $5 for the uv gel that i said i didnt want!

Started going to this place about two years ago. The customer service was never great - but the people I went to did a good job with my nails so I kept going back. But slowly the quality of work has decreased tremendously. They rushed my pedicure and it got smudged almost immediately after I left. I went back the next day to fix it - and it hasn’t even been 5 hours and it is beginning to chip. Definitely do not recommend this place and will not be going again.

Very unfriendly. Went to do my nails and the woman file half my nail off. Its a musical chair and they rush you out of the chair because someone had an apointment but didnt get there on time. Hanna whatever her name is, walks around with her chest out and have a mightier than thou rude attitude. No hello etc. Will not waste my time and money here...too many better places.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. The girls do some amazing work which is why I always end up going back. But they have HORRIBLE customer service. I will make an appointment, and they start on my nails, then make me sit somewhere else, while the work on someone else. If youre going to do that WHAT IS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT? I get wanting to get as many people as possible, but when I finally get the chance to get my nails done I would like the nail technicians attention on me. Its me time.I hope that doesnt sound selfish.

This place is definitely not the best salon around. There are much cheaper and better places nearby. They used the electric buffer to take off my gel nail polish and removed so much of my natural nail that they all broke and my gel manicure was ruined in four days. I had been growing my nails for a while and they were super strong but the salon I went to closed so I went here and they ruined my nails because they didn’t want to soak off my gel polish. Before she started I told her it was gel and asked if it was ok to use the buffer and she said it’s fine. Four days later literally all my natural long and strong nails were broken. Do not go here.

First time I went my experience wasnt so great I felt like I was getting attitudes I mean Im here to pay I felt they just wanted the money I owned 3 hair salons and I never treated anyone so bad!!!! HORRIBLE!! Wouldnt go back or recommend I mean yes good designs but lose the attitude Im the CUSTOMER!!! I want good service and little more respect.

This is a good no frills salon...guy who did my mani pedi was great...and would definitely request him for a massage service.dont love the polish selection, but a great gel selection (and most were getting gels)
