I went in on the day my daughters custom necklace was supposed to be ready for her birthday and the day it was suppose to be ready they said it was not ready yet and for the last past 2 months they kept telling me it was going to be ready every other week and it was a different excuse every time I finally called them again and they told me someone messed up with the order and that I should go get a refund when I went they kept asking if I wanted to buy anything else. Worst experience ever don’t go here there liars I would give 0 stars if it was a option I wasted my time for nothing now my daughter don’t have her birthday gift.

I dont have good credit and I didnt have much down payment to buy a ring because of my upcoming wedding but folks at Sardinia Jewelers were able to find a ring in my budget and finance me with a finance company with very low down. They explained me due to my bad credit, I only have 90 days to pay without interest and than the high interest will kick in. They told me if I had good credit, they could have used a finance company with 12 months no interest. I plan to payoff this loan with my Christmas bonus and this will also build my credit. Their prices are reasonable and they even sized the ring for free.

I have brought my wifes wedding ring here which lost a stone and needed to be polished back out and redipped as its white gold. They did an amazing job so when my wedding set was left in my pants when I washed dishes the washing machine destroyed my double ring guard. It was so damaged I cried. My ring is made of silver as i wanted a fancy looking ring so when i brought it to Sardinia the man looked at it and said your better off buying a new one because it was out of round on one half of the guard and lost many stones and was bent in an odd way. He said its too damaged at which I told him how much it meant to me and he looked at me and said leave it I will see what can be done. I picked it up today and it looks almost new again. I thought this ring my beautiful wife had gotten me was lost forever but its beautiful again. Im tearing up Im so happy. Thank you guys soooooo much you dont know how happy you have made me. Thank you.

I recommend that you do not even step foot in this store. They are very dishonest in the way they run their business. They know exactly what they are doing and just hope that nobody says anything to them, and Im not just talking about their ring prices. If you decide to not listen to me and decide to finance jewelry through them make sure you leave with a contract that YOU signed in hand. Do NOT let them tell you that you need to call the finance company to set up payments.

So we came here to buy our daughters ring for her Junior Ring Ceremony and to get it blessed. Sales person told us to come in on a certain date. We did; it wasnt ready and they said come back tomorrow. I am here 11/14/18 and it is still not here. Very poor customer service amd lack of empathy

HelloI will say that the store is a trouble store praying on people that already dont have great credit. They do not explain what you are signing and the head manger is never in the store at all. You will not walk out with a contact of what you have signed and they will tell you to call and set up payments through a third party. They do not tell you that within the contact a payment plan has already been set up without your knowledge. I advice everyone, do not let the people convince you to buy anything! It is a scam and cheats.
