I used this placed 5 times prior. Had services provided by James and never an issue However today I was rendered service by the owner older lady who sits close to the entrance she started doing my gel manicure and what a horrible job she never once touched the tip of my nails w the brush when I mentioned it to her she said shes been doing nails for 30 years then wanted to know if I live in neighborhood? I asked her why she never answered. Also witnesses 2 other customers who refused to pay for service because of bad job stay clear the owner will only do a good job if you live in the neighborhood 🤔 been here for 20 years!!! Only started using them cause my former tech moved out of state

Love Bliss! I’ve coming here for years. Pedicures are the best here. They always make my kids feel special with glitter or cute designs on their nails too

Jane was my nail tech. She did a good job.

Very nice place, clean and bright. However, my basic powder manicure took 1.5 hours which is way too long considering I was on my lunch break. No special designs were available for SNS. Staff were sweet and determined to do a good job, but I will not be returning.

Got acrylics done there. Horrible! They were not a lot of people at the salon. And were a ton of workers but they didn’t take me. They had scheduled me for an hour. So I waited and came back. It was a regular acrylic set (new). And thought that the shape of them was very crooked. They had literally made my nails sooo sore and it hurt like heck. After that train wreck the polish chipped after like a day! And I paid a decent amount of money.

I went to this salon because I was looking to get my nails done right away as I was heading into the city and wanted to catch a train ASAP. The tech started cutting all my nails, saying a full set of tips would be better than just fixing 3 that needed to be replaced. She then left me with my nails soaking in a bowl. She started working on other customers and seemed to forget I was there. I asked how much longer she was going to be and she said not long. After sitting there another 20 minutes and not being acknowledged, I got up and left

In town for a brief meeting. Visited Bliss Nails. I was initially turned away but the owner ask me to wait a few moments and Im glad I did....I have one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. The manicure was excellent as well.

Excellent services, staff, and quality! I have been coming here for almost 10 years, and haven’t switch salons after moving away. I have had bad experiences at other salons, and I am happy to have found a place that cares about the customer.

The standard pedicure includes hot rocks, hot wax, and a massage treatment. Its fabulous and totally worth it.

Had to return for a repolish after fill and pedicure. Paid for gel coat on top of polish and it still chipped. Service was a rush job. Sceptical about using this salon again.Went back the next day after calling to request repairs. They tried to push me to come in another day even though I explained it was my day off. When I got there, even though i wasnt confrontational, the tech tried to put blame on me. Never in my 31 years of getting my nails done have I ever been so appalled at Horrible service. Wish I could give Zero stars! Take your money and business elsewhere!!!!!

Love this place - they are clean, work well and always do an amazing job ... best advice though is call for an appointment first, don’t rely on walkins being available
